Ive bought a great many items from here, particularly shoes. As someone who works in hospitals, this is one of the only places Ive found that offers suitable dress shoes that are designed comfortably and well enough to survive 14 hour days standing in.The prices here can be absolutely fantastic. Ive regularly bought shoes for 80-90% off, which usually makes them cheaper than standard major brands while still being better shoes overall.

Although I didn’t purchase anything at the moment the employees were great and willing to help out. I did see a pair of jeans that I liked. I will return in the future.

Bass makes up a majority of my work wardrobe. They make very stylish and comfortable dress boots for men. And the staff there was incredibly helpful when it came to finding what I was looking for.

Very disappointed! They refused to give me store credit for a belt I bought before Christmas. I would have bought shoes at a greater cost. The saleswoman didnt even apologize. I have shopped there for 40 years. Never again! They used to hAve such good customer relations at Bass.

They have an awesome selection of shoes. Its the best place for penny loafers. The shoes are high quality and usually end up being less expensive than youd expect.

I bought a winter jacket on Oct 1st returned it very next day . Too tight in the shoulder area, because I had a dog bag in pocket unused, of course,, she refused to return it, i had my receipt and she would not let me return it . Never ever shop here again.
