Never go to this store. I went to pay off for my old device & get new. I paid at store. Purchased a new one. But I still need to pay for old phone and new phone. Customer service says they never received that amount even I’m showing my statement. They are charging twice. Be careful please. I
Don’t ever go to this store. I went to add a line on my business account. The rep informed me I couldn’t although I found out I was eligible to do so later. So I opened a separate line under the same business account for $35/mon. After 3 months, I found out I was actually being charged $100/mon for that line. I went to the store to report to the manager. She did not care at all. She only seemed annoyed they were confronted. Did not take any responsibility whatsoever. She blamed it on “policy changes and misunderstandings”. Seems like a standard practice here to rip off customers. The manager went to the back for 30 minutes to calculate the 3 months they were overcharging me. Definitely one of the worst stores I’ve ever dealt with.
Very nice when it is not busy. When you can stand for a bit. They do the best they can, but when it is your turn you get very good service. Happy faces make it much easier :)
We just went here about 45 minutes before closing to purchase 4 new devices and switch over to Verizon as a new carrier, there was a manager and one employee there who was wrapping up a sale. The manager said he couldnt help us and we would need to wait just a few minutes for the other employee, then proceeded to sit there doing nothing until 5 minutes after closing when they both asked us to leave. So yeah, almost an hour spent sitting in this store for nothing. The funny part was they blamed the whole thing on a computer error that happened at precisely closing time. I still dont understand why the manager wouldnt even talk to us while we were waiting. Did he know literally nothing about the plans and products the store he manages sells? I feel bad for the other employee honestly. Were going to drive out of our way to use a different location tomorrow and give them our money instead.
Was a very good visit. Got my phone fixed and more. Great service. Love the appointment scheduling. Very helpful staff.
I would rather go to the DMV than go to the Verizon store. And no comfortable place to sit. Why do I have to wait when theres employees standing around???? All I needed was a new sim card. Frustrating.
Horrible service with a attitude.. soon as I walked in I felt like person checking me in was like ugh why are you here given it was 15 min before closing. Im in the service industry and I cant count the number of nights I have stayed late to make the customer happy. I was told I wasnt a authorized user when I was, she didnt want to wait for me to call 611. Called 611 and they said all they had to do is just confirm with them. For being a commission based job they sure didnt want 3 new lines. Taking my business else where where customer is appreciated. Youre better off going to a different location than dealing with this place
Juan was excellent with customer service, he took care of our phone issues professionally and promptly. Thank you for your services this morning.
Asked for a receipt when paying and Casey also asked if I wanted one but failed to give me a actual reciept I walked back in later after finding out I never got a receipt to ask for it the same day. 1. One lady that worked there was not busy just staring at her phone while I was waiting. (This is known as completely ignoring a customer and is also very bad customer service). 2. The gentleman at the door said he could try to print me one but it does not always work what I was given in no way showed the amount I paid for my items complete joke. When a customer asks for a receipt in person they want the reciept. Your team needs to do training for figure this out and learn better customer service. When I come back with my mother Ill make sure you do as she asks since I was clearly ignored and not taken care of correctly the first time.
Juan our sales representative was very good, No pressure and answered all my questions.
Terrible company. Cant even make a phone call with their terrible service. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I cant get a straight answer much less a solution. Do not use Verizon, you would be wasting your money. Had better quality with payphones 20 years ago. Its amazing they are still in business.
This stores customer service sucks! We got four new phones online with phone case and screen protectors. When we went to pick them up they basically threw us the bags and were like have a nice day. According to the companies customer service number the store should have offered to set the phones up and install screen protectors and cases if we wanted. All I wanted was the screen protectors to be put on. The store employees refused. Terrible customer service!
Casey was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she ensure to provide the best COVID-19 safety practices, she also provided above and beyond service. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything Verizon and was eager to answer all of our questions. We asked a lot of questions and she was patient and kind the entire time.I just switched back to Verizon and I am so happy I did, especially with the outstanding customer service we received from Casey this evening. It’s people like Casey that help make our day better, especially during these trying COVID-19 times. You rock girl, keep it up!
Went to this location last night to get information about updating our phones. Employee rushed the door, came outside and said he wanted to give us information before we came in the store. It was cold and we had our children with us, and despite us wearing masks and there being no other customers present in the store, he proceeded to tell us that there were no deals for phones, that they would charge $40 per activation on a new phone, employees can’t touch anything, have to hand you products in the bag, etc. At that point one of my children was shivering so I said we will just leave, when suddenly he decided that we were allowed in the store, but not before telling us we can’t touch anything. I get that covid is a problem, but we were treated so poorly and without any discernible reason. It was a terrible experience.
Robert was friendly and very helpful. One of our best visits to the store.
Worst experience I ever had, I literally walked out to go find a different Verizon store.
Never had such bad customer service at a Verizon location before. The lady wouldnt let my husband in the store when he asked about a new phone case. She said we dont carry any cases for your phone, which is a Samsung Note 9. Then he was asking her about the 5G and if his phone is compatible or what needs to happen. She said his phone isnt compatible and he just said are you sure? She said 175% sure and pretty much shut the door in his face. I know with COVID, there is the issue of customers in the store, but to NOT EVEN offer assistance or answer questions is ridiculous. Even the older lady waiting in line after him left due to the attitude of this obviously unhappy employee.
This place has always taken care of me. Went their today and I worked with I believe his name is CJ. He helped me to figure out the best options for me and develop a plan that fits my needs. Will be going back for sure when the new IPhone is released.
Great customer service 👍
Terrell has amazing product knowledge. Exceptional customer service!
Fair warning- Horrible service. Take your business elsewhere. Took a 1 year old smartphone that I had on a T-mobile account and tried to have them switch my fathers flip phones number (with Verizon) onto the smartphone. Her first response was I cant hook this flip phone to our network. It wont work. (It has for 20+ years.) After she realized that we wanted to switch the flip phones number to the smartphone, she proceeded to tell us the smartphone wouldnt work on Verizons service. SUCH BS. It was obvious to both my father and I that all she was trying to do was upsell him to a new phone. Despicable way to treat a customer of over 20 years... We will not come back to this store. Totally unprofessional.
Double check what you get. Came in for an iPhone 12 pro and left with a 12 pro max. Came back and had to wait in line for assistance. Their fault....my problem.
Fast and very helpful with everything. Answered all my questions and explained some things I didnt have and put them on my phone. Have to say this one in Southland Shopping Center is the best one I have been to.
Store was busy and a girl with manager on her name tag just chatting with greeter. Ended up leavingUpdate to my experience. Ended up going to an Authorized Dealer instead of this corporate store. Experience was remarkably better and bought a new phone. Will go only thru this dealer now on. Go Wireless
Visited this location to purchase a specific phone and informed the girl at the door of what we wanted. Proceeded to wait 45 minutes for someone to help. Actually watched the associate who would eventually help us talking to the front door girl about our account. The associate assisting us comes over and we tell her we want to purchase this specific phone. Simple, easy no issue or exchanges. She comes back and says they do not have it in stock. An hour wait to find out they don’t have it. Complete waste of time. I understand that getting a new phone can sometimes take a few hours. But an hour to say we can’t help you? Why didn’t the girl at the door simply check their stock when we told her? I see some reviews that say they had great service. It’s a shame it’s so inconsistent. But I guess when you’re as big as Verizon you can afford the occasional missed $1000 dollar phone sale due to poor customer service.
The last few times We’ve gone to the Southlands location, my husband and I have gotten weird vibes from employees who don’t bother hiding the fact that they just don’t care about the customer. This last visit was the worst. I understand it may be frustrating to stay a little after closing to help a customer, but over the top gesturing through the door before I’ve even walked in, when closing doesn’t happen for another 10 minutes is rude and unnecessary. I will be avoiding this location, and praying that professionalism and common courtesy can once again become a thing.
Ive been coming to this Verizon for all the years it has been open. Ive never been let down. The staff is on point and do everything in their power to accommodate your requests. Keep up the great work. Ten stars
I have been with Verizon for a long time, and I have been fairly satisfied. The staff is normally helpful, and has alright service. But this recent visit I had completely changed my perspective. The staff was very rude. I simply wanted a new screen protector put on my phone, and they didnt have it in stock. Actually, apparently, my phones screen protector was discontinued. I am not upset about this, the thing that bothers me is that one of the staff members was rude, and wasnt even willing to help me. I think her name was Courtney, and she doesnt seem very dedicated to helping and providing solutions to her customers. Also, a very unsatisfying waiting period. Way too long. But to sum up, I love Verizon and I have had great service in the past, but this last visit left me very disappointed.
Service was quick with their system of calling you. I was able to step out and they texted me when it was my turn to see them. Their service is so much better than T-mobile, whom I had been with since it was called something else before. The location is convenient and the store is clean. However, they lady that sold us our new phones was sick and I am pretty sure we all got her cold - not cool.
I was greeted immediately on entering the store and sat with an agent who answered all my questions and offered assistance wherever possible to make my visit a good one. Verizon is very customer friendly and helpful. There were no pressure sales but explains all the promotions and possibilities that exist for the customers to decide.
The service was excellent!!! I had 2 people helping me...both were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They took their time with me and made sure I understood everything. Best Verizon visit to date😂
The Verizon store is nice. The employees are nice. However, I have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years, and they want me to pay $1,000.00 for a phone? My Droid Turbo does not qualify for trade in? I think I will be checking in to other companies. I dont like companies that dont appreciate loyalty. Time to part ways with Verizon.
I went in to the store to have my screen protector replaced and waited for an agent to help me. This girl told me that I should go online and order a replacement or go to the store in Park Meadows to get it replaced. The reason I am annoyed is because I went to the store to have it done for me, I really did not care if I had to purchase a new screen protector I just wanted the issue resolved. The girl never offered any other option and I basically got the impression that she did not want to do it and was rushing me out to make a sell that would give her a better monetary reward. Waste of my time!!
Worked with Kris and she was amazing! Helped me and my sister with our new phones. She was very patient and understanding. We were on the phone with customer service for almost two hours getting the run around but once we went to the store we walked out very happy.
I have been with you since 2005. Ive have never had this many issues with customer service. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with technical support fixing all the issues with my lines. She assured me that when I got to the Verizon store I would have no issues getting a warranty phone for my wifes line and an upgrade for my daughter. When I got to your location I told the sales person the issues I was having and what we needed. Now magically my wifes phone is out of the warranty period and I can either pay off the phone, or add another $50 a month to my already $300 a month phone plan. When I spoke to the manager who had a very smug attitude backed his employee, told me there was nothing he could do and encouraged me to have a nice night. So now I have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour again looking for someone who is competent enough to help me. Verizon needs to learn we are the people who made them into a billion dollar industry. I will be looking for a new cell phone provider.
The wait was longer than expected but issue resolved quickly by Juan who ordered replacement phone.
Worst experience Ive ever had with Verizon! Do not go to this store. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and this store and its employees completely changed my opinion of Verizon. My husband and I came in to find out the cost and promotions for getting a new line of service. We were told it was too late in the day to get everything done the same day so we needed to come back. We came back and were given completely different information and told we would need to talk to the Manager that was working that day. So the next day I called to speak with her and what a joke! She was completely rude and nonchalant about the error and just told me sorry but it is what it is?!?! Im in management myself and her lack of concern for the wrong information her and her employee gave was so incredibly rude.
This place is nice and the workers are accomodating!
My iPhone 5s had performed dutifully for 4 years but yesterday the inevitable happened and the battery decided to do its best Steve Jobs impersonation. I went in today to replace it with the iPhone 7 plus and through it would be a pain in the ass and that it would take forever. I couldnt have been more wrong. Shelly was beyond helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Ive always loved Verizon for the cell service, but now I have a reason to love them for their in store customer service. I will be making the longer drive in the future to come here for my future needs. Nice job!
Terrell did a very bad job of explaining information. Had a very bad attitude and kept making fun of us. Very poor customer service.
Walk in. Walk around the store. Not a peep from a single employee. Someone walks in 2 mins after and almost instantly ask them if they need assistance. Thanks, no thanks. Go to Best buy for actual help
Great service - I never once had to go up to the counter. They came to us as we entered the door and showed us our options as we were seated in the store and then took our order and activated our new phones and everything without us having to go to the counter for any reason! Very personable and knowledgeable.
Probably the most incompetent people Ive met. Ive been in there twice now and each time Ive sat at least a half hour only to be told I cant be helped in store. First time I was trying to switch my phones over from Sprint and after trying for almost an hour we found out the phones werent unlocked. Second time we needed a new SIM for one phone having issues porting. The couple in front of us were also told that their issue could not be settled in store and referred them to customer service and then we were told the same thing shortly after. What is the point of a store if they cannot provide service? It seems all they care about is upgrades and selling phones.
Although I had to wait a while to be seen by a rep, my experience here was great. The people are very friendly and helpful. They listened to the problems I was having with my phone and took the time to fix them. After my terrible experience at Go Wireless this is exactly what I needed. Great customer service.
Horrible customer service. Waited for an hour while people who came in after me were helped even tho I checked in. Then as I left I was told to have a good day by the same guy who checked me in. Verizon this store is a big 0.
My brother is the district manager. Turnover is a real problem at most of these stores. Regardless, I was still annoyed about the service I received. I purchased a phone and was not happy with it, so I asked to return it. My main complaint was that the phone got VERY hot when using any apps. I met with a salesman - I didnt catch his name but he was muscular and tattooed, who told me that the phone got hot because I had a sleeve on it. But every phone Ive had for the past 20 years has had some sort of sleeve on it without getting this hot. Suddenly this guy disappeared and the salesperson that I originally met with the day before assisted me. He was excellent. (Patrick?) Swapped the phone out without any issue. Just annoyed with the original guy basically not listening and dismissing me.
Unknowledgeable staff, not helpful and overall disappointing. May as well get rid of the brick and mortar stores if service is this bad.In addition, the Denver area Verizon service is terrible and I constantly lose internet. Increase your number of towers and do better.
Arrived at this Verizon store 1 hour before their scheduled closing time to exchange my battery issue prone Note 7. As I entered, I was greated by the manager on shift Michael. I explained to Michael that I was there with intentions of replacing my Note 7. Michael said okay and informed me that I was currently 4th in line for a service rep. (He mentioned NOTHING further). I waited for nearly 30min. before finally being helped by a service rep. (No big deal, I expected a decent wait time given my time of arrival). I explained to the service rep. what my intentions were and he asked if I had the phone and original packaging. I did indeed have the phone with me, but no, I did not have the original packaging. I had left that at home since I have NEVER needed it before when upgrading to a new device over the past many years Ive been with Verizon. He went to go ask the manager if they could still do the exchange. Michael appeared from around the corner and told me there was NOTHING they could do, they MUST have the original packaging. Now after waiting 30min. to be helped and a brief conversation with both the service rep. and Michael it was nearly 15min. before their scheduled closing time. There was no way enough time for me to run home and retrieve the packaging. However, if Michael had a single ounce of actual intelligence, then when I first arrived at the store and told him of my intentions of exchanging my Note 7 he could have informed me then of the absolute need for the presence of the original packaging. I would have either had time to run home and grab it and come back or at the very least not waste 45min. of my time there to just be sent on my way empty handed. Oh and not to mention still carrying a potentially dangerous device.
Chris Garcia was the best help! Way better experience at this store vs Park Meadows
Long wait. Manager just sits at door talking on his phone. Very frustrating experience. Worth the trip to avoid this location
I always become frustrated at Verison. We purchased several items but statement wasnt correct. Store employees cant do ????? To help with problems. Referred to phone service which takes forever. I hate all Verison stores. Not the employees fault. It is the administration.
Service was pretty good but didnt have enough items in stock.
Remodeled recently and looks good. I just wish Verizon was cheaper...
Your sales/rep person Elaina was outstanding as usual. We only go to her when we need assistance.
I stopped in to talk to someone about the various android phones that are available. I wasnt sure what direction to go with my daughters entry level phone (she had used up most of the memory). I was assigned to Terrell who clearly was not too thrilled to be bothered. His demeanor was appalling. He asked for my phone number then my ID and then said Who are you named after?. I didnt grasp what he said at first because of how abrupt he was. He said, normally, you are named after someone with a name like that. I was shocked at his rudeness. He then said he couldnt believe we didnt have insurance on our phones. He mentioned the various options and appeared annoyed that he was being bothered by questions. At that point, I was done. Guy has major atti..rude! I am disappointed by this whole experience.
This verizon has the worst service I have ever had the displeasure to go to. Courtney, one of the employees, was rude to me, my daughter, and especially rude to my young grandaughter. Also, the help was terrible. Nobody was willing to help me. Thanks a lot, verizon, you just lost a valued customer. Whatever, I will just seek help at the t mobile or the sprint.
Thanks to Missi at Southlands Verizon for her help. She helped my daughter and checked on my service. Got me and husband on the best package for us as empty nesters!
Lately my phone has been having spotty service and then the other day it just completely wouldn’t connect. I went in 3 days ago and they sait it was a manufacturing problem and they sent me a new phone that would be here by 8pm the next day at the latest. That was 2 days ago and I have received nothing. I have to leave tomorrow morning at 5am to drive 14 hours BY MYSELF to go back to college without a phone. No gps. No way of communicating to anyone. I’ve tried contacting everyone I can and this store is completely unwilling to help.
I got my phone from there and good service 👍
I had some doubts after reading other reviews, but this store was closest to me. I went over on Wed. afternoon around 1:45 p.m. The store had only 1 customer ahead of me, and my wait time for assistance was less than 10 minutes. Patrick was very helpful, explained things I didnt understand, and got me out the door within 10 min. So my total time in the store was no more than 20 minutes total. Thank you, Patrick, and Verizon Southlands.
The sales person was helpful, answered all my questions and helped me save money.
Very helpful staff! We had a whole army waiting to help us lol
Everyone here is always so helpful and amazing would definitely recommend this location to be your home store
My experience with this particular store (and Verizon in general) has been beyond HORRIBLE. I unfortunately wish I could change phone carriers at this point because of how bad service is at this location and with *611 Verizon customer service. They dont do what they say they will do, they dont follow up and each and every time I have to inquire with them regarding my ongoing issue I have to restart the entire process all over again from the beginning. I have had a Trade In issue for over 2 months now that still isnt resolved and all I hear is were working on it. Coming into the store to buy a phone case results in a 45 minute wait in line inconvenience...really I cant just pay for a case? I have had Verizon from day one and I think this is my last straw, I cant believe how terrible Verizon and their customer service has gotten.
Quick service. Super helpful staff and extremely knowledgeable
Fantastic Customer service every single time
Chris helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not a fan of the phone here selected for me, MotoZ3, battery only lasts about six hours, but he was good
Ive been with Verizon for over 10 years and today was the first time I was disappointed with the service. Their customer service was why Ive stayed with them. Today reminded me of why I paid Sprint to get out of that contract. Id go into their store take a number and wait and wait. Think Ill look into other providers.
So upset with this store! Went in yesterday, discussed buying a tablet, liked a Samsung S2 I saw. This was the only thing in the store without a price posted. The salesperson looked up the price and said $250. Spent the rest of the day comparison shopping. Went back today and was told its $500 and, even though the salesperson agreed that he had quoted me the $250 price they still wont honor it!!! Weve been customers with Verizon since we first had cellphones! Furious to have wasted so much time and energy and get such crummy customer service!
Awful.. We went in to find out why our tablets wouldnt let us get to the Play Store to download and we get a message that our background data needed to be enabled. I have been searching the web for a week on how to fix this to no avail. So decided to go the source. They did a soft restart and said its fine here.. We went to the car tried it...still didnt work went back in got the manager. Again had to explain the problem. After 20 minutes of him trying everything I had already done, he replaced the sim card and handed it m without trying anything. I tried to download from the play store it still wouldnt work. At this point we got the feeling we were being a nuisance so we left. So now we have 8 more months on a contact for tablets that we can only play games on. Good bye Verizon hello T-Moblie.
Helpful staff let down by shoddy computer systems. Took the poor guy about six attempts and best part of an hour to persuade the system to sell me two prepaid SIM cards.
Costumer service workers pigs
Customer Service could be better. The two that assisted me did not seem to want to help me.
Bought a phone for my wife for Christmas. They said she would be able to use her current phone until we activated the new one...(after xmas)Now Im on the phone with cust support because they apparently activated the new one. They also told me right after i signed on the dotted line...oh and remember the 50$ restocking fee that we talked about...what?I have had great experiences at this store but they remodeled and made some personnel changes. Customer support has put me on hold 3 times while i hide so my wife doesnt find out what i got her for xmas. LolI am likely going there tomorrow to return the unopened new phone and seriously think about switching. Can ya hear me now?
Took no time at all to get service but the gentleman wh ok helped us out wasnt vety friendly. He wasnt rude either just seemed to not really care. When he put my screen protector on he definitely cracked it and left several air bubbles.
Store has better selection that some others, but staff still cant often keep up with their current deals and features offered. I was provided wrong info twice in one visit.
Very helpful staff. Looks great, like an apple store.
Extremely slow service. Three people working on black Friday. Well five total but two were just standing by the door not assisting anyone. Almost two hour wait with maybe 10 customers in the store.Wont be back to this location.
Wait time can be long, but friendly staff and knowledgeable.
Total copy of an iPhone store, no character of their own.
Usually someone at the door to greet you and help. I like the payment kiosks so if there is a line you dont have to wait to make a payment.
Got the help I needed. Knowledgeable technician - my gender and age, so understood from my perspective!
This place is awesome! Jessica is extremely helpful!
Good but wish the staff knew a little more knowledge about the products... I still know more then they do about most phones and specs.
Awful customer service, I had a service plan with my old phone that had the touchscreen fail from the newest update. I was told I will have to have the phone traded in through the warranty system that I already had on my phone to be able to upgrade. I was then told that my Apple warranty will not be valid, because the phone they gave me for the SAME problem 8 mo prior was a reman so there was not a valid warranty on it. I got one of their most expensive phones, but they could not honor the trade-in! Worthless group, I am considering paying the 35 dollars to return the phone and cancel service.
Bought a new phone and they helped to completely set it up
Only go to the real Verizon stores! Avoid the authorized retailers. This is one of the good ones!
Wasted my time trying to return Samsung Note 7 after they confirmed I would be able to. Spent hours waiting just to be told that I could not return my phone. Dont go here
The store associates are quite friendly and even during rush hours the reservation system they employ is very helpful. Associates do tend to be slightly pushy when recommending new products and services.
Nice surprise, very fast service even on a busy Saturday
Great store here the staff is always very helpful.
Horrible service! Everyone standing around and no one wanted to help with my problem.
Had to wait 30 min to get a sim card for the phoneCustomer service 0 ( zero )
The only thing I like about Verizon is that out of all other carriers the connection and speed on network is the best. What I dislike about Verizon is the wait...I have been to the Verizon store to upgrade my phone and ended up leaving with 2 new phones. I have spent over $3000 with Verizon in phones and accessories alone in a matter of 1 year and each time I went into the store it was a long wait and my family and I spent a total of 4 hours each time we went in. I came in today Oct 11, 2015 to return a phone case that I wasnt satisfied and was told by the rep at the front door that there are several people ahead of me and that I needed to wait. I explained that I have invested a lot of money into Verizon and asked why I have to wait to do a simple return on a phone case. His response was horrible! He said there are other people ahead of you that have simple returns as well and I just needed to wait. So far my family and I have been waiting almost 30 minutes to return a $30 otterbox phone case! Why do I feel like I am trying to purchase a new vehicle everytime I walk into a Verizon store! Management and CEOs please do something to expedite the customer service in your stores. Especially the store at the Aurora Co Southlands location.
One of the female clerks here acted with no integrity. She said the new phone was $189.00 and all the assessories were free. I went to the PARKER store and showed him my receipt. He said that was a lack of integrity of the clerk and she charged for 3 items over $120.00 and said they were free. She never asked me the gigabites that I wanted and sold me the phone with the least amount of gigabites. This store told me I could get a new phone in August, so when I went in they said, no it was Sept after the deal was done and that meant they could take away my old phone. I felt like I was being ripped off by this woman at Southlands Verizon. I will never buy anything from that store again!
Worked with a girl there and she was great help. Seemed to really know the ropes.
Great
Bad information. Lied to get to next customer.
Its not my fault you dont know how to install your screen protectors you dont have to be to a customer
Clown show. Ever time I go in there, I spend the next 6 months trying to fix the issues they create! Worst Verizon store I have ever been to.
