I tend to break my phone screen, probably way more than the average person. I have gone to a few iphone repair places in the past, and of them all, this place is my preferred location. By far. Since i found this place a year ago, they have replaced probably 5 screens maybe more. The owner is one of the most genuine person youll likely meet. I recently went to iRepair for a simple battery change. I had heard their service was prompt and the price was favorable. During the process of changing the battery a slight pressure created a small distortion on the screen. They went way out of their way to ensure I was more than satisfied. I cannot speak highly enough about them and the care they take to ensure customer satisfaction. If you require your phone or tablet repaired this is the place to go!

Unfortunately, I’ve needed iRepair more than anyone should ever need a repair company. However, they have performed miracles on everything I bring to them. They are always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I wouldn’t take our phones/lab tops etc...to anyone else!

Brought my phone in to fix a logic board issue and the owner was very nice. The issue wasn’t fully fixed so he didn’t charge me. The girls working were very patient and polite as well. I would recommend having your electronics fixed here!

You know, the location is very convenient- at the Farms. My iPhone was ready sooner than the quoted time. We went in today for a screen replacement for an iPhone 8 Plus. We had made an appointment so our service took 30 minutes. The screen looks brand new! Price was reasonable compared to the Apple store. He was very informative about the phones. Hopefully I won’t have additional problems but if I do, I will go there again. I would highly recommend!

The service that I received at this iPhone repair shop is tremendous! I am greeted with kindness and friendliness and when I answer the door. I feel like the staff treats me like their own family, and I always have a great experience when I come in for a repair. Just by reading previous reviews you can tell that the service is great but I would like to emphasize that the staff is well trained and technically educated for the field ! Staff member John took time to explain the exact problem with my phone even when I asked 1 million questions he never showed any frustration. I highly recommend going here before going to Apple. I brought my phone in and it had water damage and the screen was completely blacked out. He immediately knew what was wrong and knew how to fix it. After repairing the screen I discovered that the camera was still having issues and I brought it back in and worked patiently with me to figure out the problem. Again I highly recommend going here for any tech complications.

This place is great, I called in advance to check their inventory and they told me that it would take a few days to get the part.They called me when the screen came in and were able to fix my phone in about 90min. Normally they are faster but since mine was newer it was a bit tricker to do the repairs.They also fix almost any electrical hardware like audio recovers etc.Great service and friendly staff.

Last month I used this store to replace my cracked iPhone screen. It was done in minutes far cheaper than my last replacement. Plus for under $20 they replaced the battery. The next day I found the phone was not working right and took it back. irepair found the obscure problem caused by a prior phone drop and repaired that for free! I called for some help while repairing a iphone myself. John was very helpful, he removed the part I needed and reinstalled it on the new screen at no charge.I stayed and chatted with him for a little while and he couldn’t have been more friendly. They did excellent work! I needed a rear camera replacement on my Galaxy S5 and I had already ordered the parts online. They were willing to just do the labor and use the parts I already had, while several other cell phone repair shops were not willing to do this. They were very quick and very friendly! Highly recommend them to anyone with a cracked screen, camera, or water damaged phone or tablet!As a heads up- they will not pay for your phone screen if they crack it while repairing your phone; however, they had very practiced hands and this certainly wasnt an issue. The screen came off no problem!

Attempting to get my s9 screen replaced.Wasted my time 3 different times. First, I made an appt online 1 week ahead of time. I receive no confirmation of any kind until the day before I received a text message confirming my appt. I go in, right on time. Theres two girls working, one of which doesnt know much of what it is going on. I talk to the other to find out that she remembered having the conversation about my phone, but that they never actually ordered it. So attempt #2, I called and asked if they had the screen and the back glass. The gentleman (that I assumed was the owner/manager) said that my screen had just arrived and he assured me that the back glass would be there by time I got there. I arrived about 1.5 hours later to find out that the back glass was not there yet. He installed the front screen for $270. He did a very nice job on the install - clean and works well. I left without the back glass. Went home and ordered my own. When it arrived, I didnt feel comfortable with installing it myself so I called iRepair to see if my back glass was there. It was, so I went in right when they were supposed open at 10:00AM. I arrived at 10:02. Doors locked and the same younger girl giving me excuses that the manager was running late with the keys because she wasnt feeling well. When she finally arrived, she was clearly feeling fine freshly out of the shower. I go in to get the back glass installed....wrong back glass. They ordered the one for the s9+ which is far too large. I told them that I had one in my truck because I had no intention of coming back. They installed my glass for no additional charge - other than my time.Only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were polite, didnt try to charge me for the installation of the back glass and the front screen install seems to have been done well.Overall - next time I break a screen, which I will, I will absolutely pay more to go somewhere else.

Our ipad pro needed repair so we did what anyone else would do and took it to the apple store. They did a diagnostic and told us that it would be $600 to repair and at that price we thought about just buying a new one. A couole weeks after debating to buy a new ipad or not we found i repair while shopping at aurora farms outlets. Long story short they found iut that the charger was actually broken and not strong enough to charge our ipad! They could easily charge us for a diagnostic or anything else but these guys were honest and awesome! Don’t hesitate to have these guys service ANYTHING!! Will definitely be bringing anything that needs to be repaired in the future!

$130 to fix a broken screen and the day I get it back the screen cuts out constantly, and the screen wasnt installed correctly and broke by wiping the screen off, but its not there problem and they wont fix there screw up, very bad customer service
