By way of comparison, the Yankee Candle Stores in New England where I was born and grew up are much more elegant than the brands western chains. It seems apparent that the New England version really knows how to capture the spirit of Old World scent and candle crafting.

Visiting this store at the end of the night is really nice. Low foot traffic makes navigating the store easier. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in finding candles and trimming wicks for more efficient burning.

I highly recommend this store. I went in looking for a certain candle, Joyce and Eddie were quick to help me. They both provided excellent customer service and made me feel so welcomed. Best customer service I have had in a long time!

Highly recommend this store. I had a coupon with one specific candle pictured on it, and it turns out that the coupon doesnt work for that candle. But they still honored it! Their customer service is excellent!

With a great, helpful and kind staff there were plenty of Try me! and Smell me! lptipns and candles around the whole store. Very clean and gently bright with a great sale. Will come back again with my gf for sure.

I am just left the Southlands Mall store in Aurora Colorado where Ive shopped for years encountered probably one of the rudest people Ive ever met. When I acquired about the price of an item and if it had gone up because I recalled it being $2 less she quickly snapped at me and informed me Ive worked for Yankee Candle for 10 years and theyve always been this price she could tell my my response I wasnt overly thrilled with how she was speaking to me she still didnt apologize or calm her tone. the sad thing is I used to come in here all the time Luv the stuff that worked here now I dont recognize anybody but thats okay cuz I wont be shopping there anymore
