This is the prettiest store! There is a perfect ebike for all tastes and ages at Pedego Southlands. Last time I was in, they had a nice selection of trendy and versatile bike bags, lots of accessories, and upgrades options for all types of riders. We bought two Pedego interceptors, two smart helmets, and a pannier bag from them a few years ago. The support weve gotten from owners, Mark and Sandy Kinslow, has been fantastic. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers love the bike they buy. They still care about us as customers years after the sale. Thank you so much!

Outstanding introduction to electric bikes by Sandy and Mark. We were given introductory instructions and then able to test ride two bikes with different motor configurations in an empty parking lot at the Southlands. We were also able to use helmets with radios build in so we could hear each other. Very cool. Will be wonderful once supply chain issues are back to normal and there is a reasonable inventory of bikes to purchase or order.

Went in to test one of the bikes. Met with Mark who walked me through the bike and all it’s operations. Rode 2 bikes and now I need to make a decision. No pressure from him. Very easy. Looking to buying my first evoke soon. 👍🏿👍🏿

We have been going to this place since it opened. The people are super friendly and are qualified to help you with anything bike related. I would recommend them to anyone and I buy all our parts from them too. They just replaced the back tires on both of our bikes last week. It was nice to be treated so well.

Went to Pedego Southlands to look at E-bikes. The owner allowed us to ride an E-bike for the first time. The Bike was awesome! The owners and staff were awesome, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This store is amazing. We’re from Florida and had been riding. Had a small bike issue, we stopped in and they were kind enough to help us out, even plugged our batteries in to charge a bit . Really enjoyed the friendliness of the store owner and the willingness to spend time going over the bikes and test riding a couple different bikes. I havent ridden a bike for a long time so I was extremely nervous but Sandy spent time explaining how to use the bike, made sure to show me the mechanics of using the throttle. Great atmosphere for introducing a new biking experience. They let me test ride one around the parking lot and on the street. The friendliness and knowledgeable talk convinced me we will be back to rent 4 bikes when daughters are in town this spring. Might be purchasing after that. The time in saddle today showed me these are safe, fun and a good exercise machine that I believe will be worth the investment. We had a great experience at Pedego Southlands and ended up with a fabulous new bike. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, let us test-ride several bikes and even delivered our new bike to our house the same day.

We are brand-new to e-bikes and decided to go to Pedego Southlands, just to look. Well, upon our first e-bike test ride ever, we both had perma-grins and were true believers. These are SO fun! Plus, they have a ton of great accessories to add to make them really useful (cell phone and water bottle holder, baskets and bags, side mirrors). They arent cheap, and the models we liked were double what we expected to spend. We decided to sleep on it and test ride a number of other models before making a final decision. We ended up riding a number of other manufacturers models to compare. While some features we liked better, none of them came close to the comfort of the Pedego Inceptor Platinum, or had the throttle. We ended up back at the Pedego store after a lot of research and discussion. The 5 year warranty, proximity for service needs, and overall satisfaction of the ride are what made us definitive in our decision. We are so excited to explore our city in a whole new way!

Ok... First of all when I walked into the Pedego store I had absolutely ZERO intention of buying a fat tire bike. I heard that they were sluggish, hard to pedal and werent nimble at all. I actually had a Ridge Rider in my sights. However... I was blown away by what I experienced! The 500w motor gives it way more than enough power and takes off just as fast as any other bike in my experience. I asked the dealer if they could take the 🦍 edition and put mountain/straight handlebars on it as I plan on taking this on and off road. The Southlands dealer here in Aurora CO was amazing and extremely accommodating! I have the bike that is perfect for me. Thank you so much!

Great staff, wonderful bike and a great experience. They rented me a bike for the week and theres no better way to explore the hundreds of miles of excellent Denver bike trails. Denver is surprisingly flat so I was able to get about 35 miles to a battery charge.

First of all, our new Pedego ebikes are amazing and Ill never go back to riding non-motorized bikes again! My hubby and I stopped in at Pedego Southlands just to inquiry about ebikes in general and ended up buying one for each of us! Mark, David and Sandy thoroughly explained ebikes and Pedego bikes in general to us. We had so many specific questions and they patiently answered every one of them even when the store was busy. When we need accessories or service, Pedego Southlands is where we will always go.

Rented an Interceptor model for one day so my girlfriend could keep up with me on a 19 mile ride.At the store, Mark took 10-15 minutes and walked me through learning to ride an e-bike for the first time - that was super helpful! I walked my girlfriend through the same steps later, and she took to it with no problems. She especially liked the pedal-assist. Pedego Southlands also adjusted the rear brake which was a little squishy, provided a helmet, and offered a bike lock (which I did not need). Mark walked the Interceptor to my SUV and helped me strap it to my hitch carrier.Note: E-bikes are heavier than standard bikes, so check with the store about your particular bike rack before renting.Pedego Southlands allowed me to rent the bike a full 24 hours, from afternoon to afternoon. That was wonderful - it allowed us to start 6:30am the next morning when it was cool.If you have a riding group of mixed fitness levels, *e-bikes are your answer*. They level the field so everyone can enjoy the ride. Pedego Southlands has a good selection and is a bit less expensive than some other Pedego locations. That is perfect if you are hauling the e-bike somewhere else to ride, anyway. I strongly recommend Pedego Southlands!

While in Denver CO last week we stopped in at the Southlands Mall in Aurora. I saw a bike shop there and wanted to look around. Come to find out it was a Pedego shop and they had rental bikes. We took a quick lesson and were off on a beautiful 12 mile ride around the Aurora reservoir bike path. These Pedegos can be pedaled with a motor assist or if your lazy, dont pedal, just twist the right hand throttle and your cruising up to 20 mph in a flash. Great disk brakes and its easy to control your speed. These machines are awesome!! We liked it so much we went back again the next day.

We were in Aurora visiting our son and family. We decided to visit the Southlands Mall and we spotted the Pedego store. I have been getting emails for years but this was my first time going to a store. When we entered the store I said we were on vacation so we were not “shopping” but I did want to see what they had. Everyone in the store was so nice! They answered my questions and told me about each of the bikes they had in store. They encouraged me to visit a store closer to our home in Texas - which I will. I believe the electric bicycle will help me to get out more and assist me in getting through areas I might have issues with on my own. I want to thank everyone for the time they spent with us! They also rent bicycles so the next time I am there for a visit I can set up a time to rent and they gave me ideas on a ride. Thank you!!!

My teenaged sons walked by the store and saw the test ride offer for electric bikes. The staff got them set up right away and they had a blast riding them around. We had a great learning experience in the store with no pressure to buy. Enjoyed getting to know about the bikes and about Bluetooth helmets (didn’t know they existed!). We are now very happy owners of 2 of the helmets and are keeping the bikes in mind as college vehicles. This shop and Dan and David were more than helpful. I first called on the phone to inquire a little about the bikes. Dan took the time to talk with me and explain about things I never even thought about. He offered to even come in on his day off to show me about the bikes. When I arrived at the store on an open day I was graciously greeted and introduced to Dan and his wife. He turned me over to David and he was awesome. He answered All my questions, set me up for a test ride and explained everything about the bike. I highly recommend this bike shop and know that you won’t be disappointed. Southlands Pedego store is awesome - staff is very knowledgable and personable! They have been very helpful all the way around from my multiple visits (trying to make up my mind) to the day they got a shipment of bikes and my making a purchase, ending with the new bike delivered to my door along with setup! Sandy and her husband were such good sales people. For one thing, they enjoy their own personal bikes so much that their enthusiasm is infectious. This is an excellent place to shop and to learn more about electric bikes. Mark, one of the owners, was exceedingly helpful and informative. I was encouraged to take the bike on a test ride (which I did - amazingly fun!) and from there, I felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase, which was very refreshing. It seemed clear Mark only wanted to share his excitement for the bikes - which was VERY easy to get onboard with - these bike are a rush! I hope to be able to buy one soon, and until then, can take advantage of their hourly rental program.

Sandy took me out around the Aurora reservoir. I felt like I was riding with my best friend. We could talk to each other through our helmets, the reservoir had whitecaps and it was beautiful. Originally went to look at regular bikes not realizing that they specialize in electric bikes. The staff there were phenomenal! They really took the time to explain the benefits of an electric bike and even took me on a test drive. I was very impressed!

Pedego Electric Bikes is one of the best places in Southlands! I had been on the search for a place that did tandem bike rentals and after calling most big name bike shops with no luck I finally came across Pedego. They offer several tandem bikes to rent or purchase. I was a little hesitant to rent an electric bike because most of the time I perfer the challenge of peddling and actually riding the bike, which turns out, these Pedego bikes do offer the option to use the motor or not. However, we did find the motor to be very nice especially if you are new to tandem bike riding. Our experience with Pedego was very positive! All the staff was very kind and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of. Not only was the staff great, but we had the chance to meet one of the owners and she was also very nice! Highly recommend this place, especially for cute date ideas to ride a bike together for the day! Will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I wandered in this morning while killing time waiting for friends. The staff here was great and took the time to demo new Bluetooth helmets, then insisted we try out the bikes, which turned out to be a lot of fun. We are roadies, but loved the electric bikes. They would be great for commuting or cruising around the area. We hope to get back when we have some more time to rent some for a nice long ride through the area as a change of pace. This is our 2nd rental experience here. We brought our 20 something kids this time just so they could experience what electric bikes were like. They enjoyed it and we got another dose of info. as we decide if this is something we would like to invest in down the road. Pedego Southlands were very supportive and helpful. Rented a tandem Ebike from here. First time on a tandem and first time on an Ebike. Good experience in arranging two hours rental and my wife and I had fun riding around the Aurora reservoir. Nice to have the electrical assistance when setting off and hills. Would do it again.
