Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment to see Nadiya. She had her barber named Vernon that works in her shop take my sew in down, wash my hair and put a protein treatment. My hair ended up in a tangled mess, severely damaged and broke all off. I was in the salon for 10 hours and left with no hair on my head. All I have now is paper thin strands of hair and the length is no longer down my back. This was a very dramatic, life changing experience for me. I really don’t think Nadiya cared that my hair was ruined. She just offered to do another sew in to cover my damaged hair. And wanted to me to buy more hair.

My daughter got her hair done on 6/21/19. She received a sew in. First impression was AWFUL !! The hairline was so far back it did not look natural at all. The hair she sold us was SUPPOSED to be HUMAN hair NOT!! My daughter has her hair in for one week and it started to lift around the edges because she used glue 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. It was a sew in not a glue in😡. I would have taken her back, but we moved out of town. The hair started to mat up almost immediately. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I DO NOT recommend that you EVER have your weave done at this salon. It was a complete and utter waste of almost $500.00. The stylist who did her hair was Nadiyah. If you do your research you will see that this is not the only negative review. BUYER BEWARE 👌🏾

If Zero were possible I would give it. We went to this store a few months ago the young lady working there sat behind the counter, ate her food, talked on the phone to her friends and NEVER acknowledged us at all.She did help another customer that walked in some time after us. She also proceeded to give us so many harsh looks, we then left the store. This place is garbage and the wigs were not quality anyway. I would NEVER go back nor would I recommend this store to anyone.

Very small selection of products. The cashier also did not know what they had in stock. I would rather make the drive to West Aurora then come back here.
