In the past I would have given 4-5 stars, today 1 and will probably take my business elsewhere. Went in to get one tire replacedand mounted on the rim only. Had seen the tire priced online for around $215. I was given a quote at Tire Warehouse of $345 and no real form of customer service to explain it. Oh, and there is a big sign on the wall that say they will beat any price or the tire is free. Just bought one for $176 and not even going to bother calling them out for the free tire.

I noticed a vibration in my car while driving from Long Island NY to Augusta ME.. I contacted several tire shops along the way to get my tires re-balanced. No one could offer any help in a timely manner. I spoke with Dan at Tire Warehouse and was completely shocked at his willingness to help. He set up an appointment to accommodate my travel schedule. Once there, the help and friendliness of the staff was a refreshing change from what I had been hearing. Not only did they do the work quickly but explained what they were doing, ( they actually also used a torque wrench to re install the tires!) I could not recommend this tire store any higher for quality of work, friendly service and actually making me feel as though I was a long term customer even thought they knew I was passing through Augusta for just a few days.Highly recommend Dan and his staff if you need tire work done right..

10/5 stars! We were in the area on vacation and had an issue with our tire going flat. We’re 5 hours from home so just throwing the “donut” tire on it for the trip home was not an option. Fast, friendly, fixed! Many shops in town couldnt take me for a leaky tire same-day. Tire Warehouse got me in right away and was done very quickly. All the staff were great, and Im relieved to have my tires fix. Highly highly recommend and will use again for any tire needs!

I noticed my front driver side tire was down to the wires and I was looking for somewhere to swap it for my donut. I had called a few places and was told they couldn’t do it. I saw these guys as I was searching for somewhere that could do the switch for me. I walked in and the gentleman at the desk was fantastic. He had me pull right in and they swapped it out with my donut super fast. I’m so over the moon I don’t know if I could have made it to Portland with the tire the way it was. Shawn is great, very polite and funny. Came in because my tire was losing 10 psi daily, they took me in same day and had my tire patched after finding the worlds smallest nail. I definitely recommend coming here for anything tire related.

We were on vacation when the TPMS (low tire pressure) light came on on our truck. Did a google search for tire places in the area and these guys popped up. Spoke to Dan on the phone, said he could help and sure enough, he could. Dan and his staff couldn’t have been any more friendly to deal with. Enroute to a family vacation in Maine, my daughter and her husband suffered an explosive blowout on the highway....the kind of blowout that they were lucky to survive. So there they were, with a car that needed to be towed, still 2 hours away from our vacation home. Tire Warehouse was the only store in the area that showed to still be open (this was on a Sunday, mind you) but we knew theyd be closed by the time they could get there. My daughter called and they said that they would stay open late because of their situation. Not only did Tire Warehouse go above and beyond but they had 4 tires in their size in stock and had them back on the road (minus some car damage from the blowout) in very little time for less than they were expecting to pay. If we lived in the area we would never go anywhere else! THANK YOU for going above and beyond!

Tire warehouse saves the day again!!! I called as I was having to put air in one tire regularly and they quickly got me in for an appointment. From the first phone call, to diagnosing the problem, and offering to wheel the tire back to our truck, the staff was friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my tire in ten minutes. They werent even going to charge us! All the employees when I had my service was very negative towards the company. Very very slow to finish to complete the work. Had an alignment done and it took almost 3hrs to do that. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. But on a good note saved $85 on an alignment.

Its going on 12 or 14 years that Ive relied on Tire Warehouse in Augusta for the tire and alignment needs for four family vehicles and an additional few extended family vehicles. Yesterday, while waiting, I listened to Mike get berated by a call-in because, no matter how he phrased it, the caller wouldnt accept that they were booked for the immediate future, especially with snow forecasted. It was painful to watch him get berated when, especially during pandemic times, he has always gone over and above to offer exceptional customer service. This is just a quick plug for the best tire shop in Augusta.

Had TW put on my snow tires a few moths ago. I just took the car for brake work and the mechanic found one tire that had ALL of the lug nuts untightened! I am extremely lucky that the incompetence at TW did not get someone in my family killed.

We had an appointment for 9:30am and waited for 45minutes to 1 hour for service. For a tire change then didnt get job completed til noon time. Poor service.

Routine tire change and purchase. They had the tires, ordered on the spot and scheduled me for 4 days later...Quick, easy considering the fact that they were up to their ears in customers. New tires on in 30 minutes.. have done right by me and my late father, for 15 years.
