I dealt with Travel agent Taylor and her manager Marc. I’ve never Been on a Caribbean vacation before and I trusted this company’s agents to help guide me. Plans changed during my initial visit to Punta Cana, so Taylor was asked to relocate us. Taylor gave us a few options which was appreciated and we choose Puerto Rico because we still wanted a Caribbean trip. She was nice throughout the whole process but the issue I have with this company is that I was mislead. I was told everything I paid for in the initial price was covered. Fees, hotel room, etc. That is what I expected of Taylor. I don’t need anything fancy I just want to be in warm weather and I want to make sure everything is covered before I get down there. I asked several times if the price I paid to go to Puerto Rico was it and she said yes. All you would be spending money on is excursions, food, and drinks. The money she had from me for my original vacation was maxed out. She put us up in a 5 star resort. It was gorgeous and I was so thankful to be there and I loved it but it wasn’t necessary. The reason I accepted going was because we were told everything was booked. She promised we were “in for a treat” and it was “totally worth it”. We get to the resort and BAM I have to pay a little over $800 for a deposit fee! I was shocked because Taylor told me everything was covered before I went down. THEN there is a $40 charge a day! I had absolutely no idea about these additional fees. Taylor as my travel agent should have notified me about these fees and about the islands covid restrictions. Once I began my complaint I ended up being pushed aside, my calls and emails were not returned and when they were I had to push for them to be returned. I got back from my vacation at the end of April 2021. I waited a couple of weeks before I called and emailed again. I emailed because I was asked to provide statements and such and apparently my email was never received. It is July 6th 2021 as I write this review and through my time communicating with this company I was told they would help me with the large deposit I had to put down the day I got there. I was told something would be done. Weeks go by. I get told there is nothing they can do for me…. I wouldn’t use this company or this agent every again. If you are new to traveling please do not use this company. Being mislead is never fun and being in a completely different culture and the weather being so hot it was not fun or easy having to deal with these discrepancies. Especially when I asked all the questions I could to make sure I knew what I was getting into before I went down there. Thanks for nothing Triple A

Said they were coming to help and never showed up. After saying they were on their way and they would text me I never got a text and waited outside in 85 degree weather with no water for them to come just to be stood up. Thanks AAA can always count on you!

AAA always provides excellent, efficient service whenever I need a tow! I never would own a car without that protection! And I have always advised them to get and/or provided AAA + for my grown children and other relatives.

My friend used her AAA membership to have my car towed to a mechanic the tow truck company dropped my vehicle off the back of their tow truck and totaled it and they tried to cover it up they didnt even bother filing a police report I had to file the accident report the next day when I found out now AAA is only willing to pay me out the $3,042 for the damage of the car not the fact that Ive been without a vehicle for over a month and the fact that they are still using a tow truck company that has a long history of destroying peoples vehicles the customer service has been lacking at the very least and I am blown away that a multimillion-dollar company would handle their business like this! when I asked what they were going to do about the fact that they didnt get me a rental car and Ive been without a vehicle for over a month mind you I had to take a vacation without a vehicle because that was already pre-planned they offered me a free AAA lmfao. I will make sure I contact every newspaper around this, every social media outlet, the police department and anybody else that will listen toIm going to make sure I drive their stocks right down this is not how you run a business!

I was told my membership renews at 12:01AM today when I called earlier. The agent said I can call them to get the free tow when the membership renews. Now I am told I will have to call back at 6AM due to the system not resetting yet. KDT Towing in Augusta also delayed the delivery of my car for days earlier this week.. What has happened to this company?
