We were very pleased with the Advance Auto Parts in Augusta, Maine. We were there traveling back from Bar Harbor on vacation. Our car desperately needed a new battery. We found Advance Auto Parts online and they opened at 7:30 AM on Sunday. We were their when they opened. We bought a new battery and they installed it for us and within 15 minutes were back on the road heading back home to Virginia. Very efficient and helpful staff. We recommend them 100 %. Lousy service. Had to wait & was ignored by sales help. Young man trying to help has no automotive knowledge, and should be bagging groceries instead of auto parts. I know its hard to find help but this kid doesnt belong in auto parts

Just went in to pick up some transmission fluid. The people were very nice and helpful. Store was nice and clean. Not much else to add.

Well stocked and usually busy. Its good to have several auto parts stores in any one area for price comparison purposes. Sometimes I buy from AAP and sometimes not but they are as good as any other.

Amazing staff who helped me realize that a mechanic was trying to rip me off. They sent me to another mechanic and helped me get my car properly taken care of. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Knowledgeable people and always willing to help. Needed new wiper blades and they made sure I got the right ones and even installed them. Plus gave me heads up for next time, on how I can do it myself.
