Could have sold me a new snow blower for 2500 instead told me what i had was better....you cant beat that

Ok I had a surprise at this place. I visited to see what I could buy an item for compared to the best online price. I had searched the internet and found a price over a hundred dollars less than most places. I brought a printout to show the sales person and maybe they would match the price. What I found really surprised me. The price was $20 less than the best online price. What a surprise and I would get to support a local business. In addition the clerk said he would meet with the person getting there gift to show him how to use the item (its a power tool) and he would give him some free oil when he comes in. This was a win win all around. When a local business acts like this place acts it needs our support and Ill return.

Reggies is probably one of the absolute best small engine repair and maintenance shops in the area. He also sells them! And his prices and the quality of his units are far superior to any of the big box stores. Add to that the knowledgeable and helpful staff makes an arduous task of taking care of your machinery a good point in your day. They know what they are doing. Their prices are more than fair. And for peace of mind and value there just is no comparison.

The outside of the building isnt much to look at for sure. However, I was greeted quickly and treated very professionally as I brought my snowblower and flat tire to be serviced.I brought my equipment here because Ive been disappointed with other service centers and had heard that Reggies was good and professional.They were very accommodating and when I told them about a flat I had on a snowblower they actually recommended going to a different location because he said it they would be able to do it quicker because he didnt have the parts on site. That really shows to me that they put the needs of the customer first when transacting business. That makes me feel a whole lot better bringing my equipment to Reggies to be worked on.Based upon this experience I would highly recommend Reggies and will definitely return here.

I bricked my snowblower and Reggies had it running mint in no time. They picked up my snowblower on a Friday and delivered it back the following Wednesday. I thought this was super fast. I was expecting at least a week. I asked them to please hide it in the driveway as well as they could when it was dropped off and they absolutely did the best job concealing it from the road. I cant recommend this place enough. My experience was top notch. By all means, go here.

The owner was very attentive to our needs, and patient with giving us time to make decisions. He answered our questions thoughtfully, informatively, and confidently. Everyone in the store was friendly.

A far cry from the big box stores, they actually know what their selling. Yeah you pay a little extra but its a better machine with service to back it up. My Home Depot snowblower fell apart after 1 season, the unit i bought from Reggies a year later is built 10 times stronger.

Reggies is THE place to go in the area for quality small engine equipment and service. The staff is Very knowledgeable and friendly, with fair prices. When you are tired of constant problems from big-box store junk, go where the pros go.

Great shop - helpful and have good tools. Bought my Stihl saw there a decade ago, and theyve taken care of me ever since.

I have done business with Reggies a few times for minor parts etc., but this time they really shined! They were able to take my dead snowblower, fix it, and deliver it back... before the big snow storm for a fair price. Really came through !!

They tried to upsell me a chainsaw, stating the one I wanted was garbage. Im not sure if it was his first day on the sales floor or not or if Stihl knew that they were telling people their equipment is trash. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

We bought our Husqvarna riding mower, our Stihl trimmer, and a Husqvarna chainsaw from Reggies. He is the only person we would ever have service our equipment including the equipment we bought from him and the equipment we bought elsewhere before we knew Reggie existed (sorry Reggie). That is our DR Brush cutter, a snapper lawn mower and a small Poulin riding mower. The job is always done right the first time. On top of that, everyone is patient and helpful. 100% satisfied!

I waited 20 minutes straight while the owner was chatting about the neighbor to another person in line, when others came in he chatted with them. I over paid for sheer bolts with out the pins full price.

I received a chainsaw for Christmas that was purchased at Reggies. I went in to get the saw set up and the guys there couldnt have been nicer. Got the saw set up, and hooked me up with a free file and qt of premixed fuel
