I drive all the way from Syracuse to come to M&R Sports because their service is exceptional and they are extremely helpful every time I need something. I would highly recommend checking out M&R Sports. Theyre highly knowledgeable about their product line. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome there.

Recently went to pick up a Toro zero turn mower fro my sister at M & R sports. Due to Covid19 concerns I called from the parking lot to ask for protocol to pick up/load mower. I was instructed to look for overhead service door and to enter a side entrance door near the service door. I walked thru the side entrance door, however, it led me to the service area where no one was present. I entered an interior door way that led me down a hall to the service/parts counter. I looked thru a door way where a service rep asked me what I was doing and why was I in the building. I explained but it was obvious that he was irritated by my presence. After making it clear that I should not be in the building he did connect me with a service tech who assisted me in loading the mower onto my trailer. The service tech was very cooperative. My experience at the service counter was a very unprofessional experience from a customers standpoint. The ironic thing was that when I was speaking with this person through the doorway of the service counter, I was a minimum of 15 feet from him and I was wearing a mask. The person speaking to me nor any of the other service counter workers were wearing a mask. Perhaps I should have been the one who should have been irritated! Needless to say we will not be going back to M&R for any service on the Toro mower.

Bought a new atv 450 took it home and it didnt run right. So I took it back, it was there a month before they put a fuel pump on it and said come and get.When I pick it up I had trouble starting it.The guy on parts counter starts yelling at me about something on my atv.He was so mad I thought he was going to hit me .Never going back to them again Beware!

I have bought 2 machines and multiple accessories from M&R. My experience has always been top notch. Recently I had an issue with my side by side and M&R took amazing care of me. Standing by their work and their product! I’m a customer for life!

Ive been a customer for over 20 years.Purchased a 2013 ATV, been in the shop more than on the trail.Thousands spent on warranty repairs.Transmission wont shift, warranty no good.M & R said;Maybe its time to bail - ownerIve got enough time in it, take it someplace else mechanicWhen you buy a true lemon like this the dealer bails

This place is terrible. I took my rzr in for one over and service before I went on a ride 10 hours away from home. Simple stuff like plugs and fluids. The miles out on the trail the spark plug wire fell off one of the plugs, and I noticed the other plug wire was ripped as well. Spent an hour on the side of the trail getting that taken care of and then a mile later the machine started to over heat because there was almost no coolant in it. I waited to cool off and didint call until I got home. All I asked for was a refund on the labor they changed me. I was talking to the owner, he said he could not do that. His excuse for the plug boots was that they were hard to reach, and offered to give me a quart of coolant if I wanted to come back in. I have not been back since. Every other person I have heard of dealing with their service department has not had good things to say either, sending a bike out the door after an oil change that is a qt and a half low, installing motor cycle tires and letting them leave with 12 lbs of air pressure, you know safety stuff!

Needed belts for my John deere riding mower. Fast friendly service, actually found them on Ebay but picked belts up at their Auburn location.

The fat guy behind the counter said his back hurt “too much” to perform an inspection on a motorcycle,..... I found it ironic that I broke my back twice and still rode my motorcycle there, I’ll make sure to avoid doing business here ever again, I’ll also be sure to pass the word along, laziness won’t get a bike inspected
