I cannot say I 100% pleased with AT&T yet but I can see the individuals working at the Auburn location are absolutely awesome and worth 5 stars. Excellent personalities and the guy put se major time into trying to get us help setting up our new Apple I watch. No success (apparently a huge problem) but he was so good with my son. Still dealing with ATT AND APPLE...neither seem capable of helping us. But I was much happier going to the store and dealing with people that make us feel welcome! Super location. And they are finally authorized dealers...so I can skip Portland. Phew

Not a good experience. During the first 6 days of service the reception was so bad my wife and I could hardly hear each other on the phone.. very faint...or we would be talking and the call would just drop and I would be talking to myself for half a minute before I realized my wife or whoever I was talking too was no longer on the phone. AT&T blamed it on new towers or on the new 5g service but nothing got fixed.. We left AT&T 6 days later and went with US Cellular and glad we did. AT&T charged us over $300 for Restocking Fees for the phones we returned plus other fees. About 2 months later A collection agency contacted us and threatened us that they were going to garnish my wages because we owed $1700 for phones which they claim they never received. Thank God we had the receipts that proved I returned them. Then they tried to charge us for two months of service we never had... They were actually sending bills every month for service we didnt even have.. More collection agencies called and threatened us and tried to bully money from us we didnt owe.. We tried to explain we only have the service for 6 days and we had receipts for the phones we returned. The Collection agencies contacted us around 10 times and there still contacting us. They threatened to ruin our credit if we didnt pay the $1700 for the phones.. I told them for the last time five months later that I had brought the phones back and had the receipts to prove it and not to call again and then I blocked them! AT&T do not have their act together.FOLLOW UP May 27th 2021. Just received a bill from a collection agency working for AT&T wanting $143.63 For 6 days of service. The entire bill for 30 days of service had we stayed with AT&T would have been $179.00 and they want $143.63 For 6 days of service? AT&T said we would only owe around $60.00 for the 6 days of service. Un believable! My wife and I have decided to bite the bullet and pay it to get AT&T out of our lives. Good luck if you choose this company.

I have had AT&T since 2006 and I wouldnt change to anyone else. They are always so helpful even if they cant help with the problem. They are so friendly. Keep up the good job.

I have had multiple friends try to convince me to change my wireless carrier to a better or less expensive carrier. I have given these suggestions some serious consideration until my recent experience with AT&T.I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 cellphone online with AT&T on August 12 that was delivered August 17.I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to transfer data to my new Samsung. After the frustrating attempts I decided to go to the AT&T Store in Auburn, ME on August 28 in the hopes that they could assist me.I was very fortunate to have Amir assist me and successfully acvomplish the transfer of data and activation.Amir was extremely patient, professional, personable and competent. He took the time to show me some of the new functions, short cuts, etc.As a long time AT&T customer I am pleased to say that I will continue to be an AT&T customer due to the excellent customer service that Amir provided.Hopefully AT&T has a program to recognize your outstanding employees. Amir is certainly deserving of recognition for his excellent customer service.

Excellent service the employees worked with me to get the best deal that aligned with my needs. The one gentleman who helped me knew everything without consulting others it was great having knowledge service. They do not carry phones older that two to three years so don’t expect any cheap phones.

Went in to pay my bill and the representatives took the time to go over my current plan and explore options for the new unlimited plan that comes with HBO! Great staff that seem to want the best for you and make sure you get what you are paying for.

The AT&T phone service is great. BUT staff and will say some Mangers. Should go through more training for Customer appreciation, been to this location on a few occasions and the staff which obviously fallow the lead of the manager. Were short cocky and very rude to other customers and myself.

Went to Auburn office on Monday May 13, have been there several previously with positive help & outcome, the male I spoke with definitely had an attitude, he was treating me with one word answers, very impatient, acted like he couldn’t believe I needed help. Left with no helpful information!

If there were an option for zero stars, I would give it. My wifes tablet was stolen form her car in July 2016. We immediately went to the AT&T store to replace said tablet. The representatives at the store were absolutely no help. They informed us that we needed to contact the Fraud Department from home, which we did. The Fraud Department told us we needed to go back to the store to verify the account to initiate the replacement process. All they did was punch in a few numbers on their phone, hand the receiver to us and then walked into the back room and hid. After thinking the situation was resolved, in February of 2017, we received notification that the stolen tablet (which the store had neglected to shut off) had accrued over $750 in overage charges. We immediately went to the store and demanded to speak to the Manager, Will. He came out of his hidey hole in the back, told us, Well, theres nothing I can do, turned around and returned into the back room. We have been at this now every other weekend since mid-February, trying to get this resolved. We have since now closed the account. The customer service at this store (and AT&T in general) is abysmal. My wife has been an AT&T customer for almost 25 years. All the lackeys at the store want is to bring in more customers with shoddy, snake-oil-esqe rhetoric, then plead ignorance when it comes to simple technical support or a billing issue. Theyre all about showing customers the latest and greatest, but treat their existing customers like rotten garbage.

Want to buy a phone there but the staffs are extremely rude. When there are white people coming in, they turned to others for help and just ended our communication without any excuse even when they were talking with me and came back after 20 minutes meanwhile I was just sat here waiting. Why does this happen? Because we are an Asian and an African so our concerning can be ignored?

Went and upgraded my phone where I was told if I got a new line I would get another phone for free. My sister wanted a Samsung plus so the sales person said I would just have to pay the difference each month between the regular Samsung and the plus( I got an iPhone X) they informed me after a couple months I would get a bill credit for paying full price for the phone then it would drop down to the difference which was like a dollar and change. I didn’t see any bill credit so I called AT&T where I was then informed that I had to buy the same type of phone to get the buy 1 get 1(which the sales person did not tell me at the time) they told me there was nothing they could do and I had to go back to the store and see if the manager could help me.... so now I have to drive 25 miles one way and hope to get this resolved. What a joke. Been with AT&T for years and they’ve always been great until now. So disappointed. Now I’m stuck in a contract with a phone for full price that I never would have gotten to begin with.
