2 times I delivered there, 2 times in and out in less than 30 minutes. Really nice on phone when you call them

I’ve never walked an entire store and waited at a counter for 10mins without being acknowledged by ANY employees, these guys are too busy in their offices to even ask if you need help. If you already know exactly what you’re looking for and exactly where it is at this location, Home Depot is right down the street and they might even be cheaper

Very rude customer service.Reply: Government doesnt have the right to live other peoples lives and to control them. Honestly, I feel your position is discriminatory to logical people that have a hard time doing things they disagree with. At the very least, I think customers deserve to be treated with respect and if you ask them to do something they feel strongly against and it goes against their ideology, you should leave enforcement of such laws to law officials rather than try to yell loudly at customers in the hopes of intimidating them into doing something they dont believe in.

OUTSTANDING group of individuals. I felt like I was going to buy building supplies from my family. My husband and I met everyone from the man in charge to the guy answering the phones. The young blonde( can;t remember her name) was such a ray of sunshine. She happen to be coming back from lunch and opened the door for me because I was handling my son. Jason(I think) was the guy that runs the place he was so kind and professional. I didnt even know they offered delivery until one of the guys Brad I believe was his name informed me so. Super nice guy. Everyone we come in contact with truly was outstanding. I usually dont leave reviews but this place deserves it. If youre looking for building supplies, definitely go see them.

I waited 3 hours by there guard shack and then when I got to finally get loaded the wood looked like a termite farm rotted and all bent. Some fat guy kept standing over me with his gut on my back saying his brother was the boss and didn’t even offer to help me load also there was some buff black guy who just kept talking and also didn’t help poor customer service but the salesperson was very helpful if they could improve the yard employees I’d shop again

For truck drivers delivering here. Prepare to wait unless you are working for them. Absolutely the slowest store Ive been to. At least a two hour wait time and youll be the only truck in line.

We just completed a home and our builder used Builders First Source for much of the construction materials. We ordered all of our high end PlyGem windows and doors from BFS. They were the worst at getting us estimates and answers to our questions. It seemed to take over 8 weeks to get our windows/screens and doors from them from the time we ordered them. I have been waiting over 4 weeks to get an adjustable hinge from them for our French Doors.

Good prices and will special order more of what you need in building materials. Also carry plumbing supplies. Friendly, professional service.

I have never been so blatantly ignored in a store before. It was made very clear to me that unless you are dressed as a construction worker, painter etc or they already know your name that it is a waste of your time to even walk in the door.
