A really nice place for those new to the craft who need small tools or craft essentials and for lovely gifts for your magickly inclined friends. There is a lot of pretty jewelry and the staff if nice too. Dont forget to check out the rock garden!

Loved this store and shopped there several times until someone who claims she works there (she goes by Saer Aileen) started commenting on a tapestry( not from tribal weaver) that I had posted for sale on FB marketplace...she wrote a comment saying that my tapestry is way too expensive and theyre like $10 cheaper at my work tribal weaver. Not cool and not necessary. I sell stuff online because Im a single mom and I stay home with my kid. Its not like Im even selling multiple tapestries. Just 1. I think it was rude and extremely tacky. Tribal Weaver is not affected by this is at all. They have plenty of business, 2 physical locations that Im aware of. I have shopped at Tribal Weaver several times, used to live right down the street. Ill never go to that location again. (Auburn CA) LET ME SAY THO that the grass valley location has a very nice manager and when I called to let them know about her she apologized and said she does not work at the grass valley store. However I still cant bring myself to spend money at tribal weaver at all anymore because I cant support a business whos employee is trying to sabotage my income. I ended up having to delete my post, block her and then repost.

I was excited to bring my teenage children to this store because I used to love shopping here myself in the 90s. My son was followed through the store and made to feel like he was a shoplifter. He was so uncomfortable that he walked out. The store was busy and nobody else was being harassed, as a matter of fact I couldnt get anyone to assist me. So disappointed and frustrated.

Really friendly large store, brimming over with so many beautiful treasures, and very affordable. I loved browsing in such a relaxing atmosphere. Very earthy, felt like I was tranported back in time to a happier year, when people were more relaxed. Tye dye clothing, cotton, beads, stones, lamps, healing stones. Auburns best kept secret. 🦋🌻🌺

A fun place to wander around in. All of us found something we couldnt live without. Even our 89 year-old mom. Staff very nice. The rock section was great and unexpected. Glad we checked it out.

So the first thing I need to say about this place is that its run by a beautiful staff who treat people what generosity and consideration when walking in the first thing they do is ask if I need any help finding anything in the store they helped me select items that I need this time I was looking for gauges to go up in size so they helped pick out the proper gauges that would work with my job and showed me some cool ways of how to put them on and clean them the back room was perfectly secured so people under 18 cant access it the music section was amazing the great variety of cultural music tools theyre a little bamboo garden in the back of the back back of the store is well-stocked healthy plants everywhere and the staff help set you up with whatever you needed everything was affordable price and well arranged throughout the store I would recommend it to any of my friends

After all the years I have lived here, I want here the first time earlier this year and lived what I saw. Just went a couple weeks ago and they have changed things up! They are so many things there now that I want. This store is truest a hidden treasure in plain site! I cant wait to go back!

My daughter bought a shirt for me from here that was too big. So I returned it and was told I had store credit I had to use..... Which was fine because I absolutely love this store.... But I was looking around to find something and the young man working that day followed me around like I was a shoplifter. Ever few minutes he would say can I help you find something?... He followed me the entire time I was there making me very uncomfortable. It used to be I could find something I loved in no time. They had nothing like they used to have.It isnt the same as it used to be 😔 and they dont carry the scents I like anymore.

Love this place. Could stay in here for days looking at all the different crystals and bracelets in incense super cute clothes back pack purses you name it and then you still have the whole secret room in the back if you come to Auburn or even through Auburn you have to check out this store.

I always love visiting this store!

You can find many wonderful little gifts here. I first started visiting as a kid when they were in the building next door, it was a much better selection then, leaning more towards those seeking spiritual inspiration and expression. Now it is more catered to the Rastafarians but I still find it a great store to visit on occasion. Quality of customer service is unfortunately hit and miss, and dont special order anything you need in a hurry it can take them weeks to get around to placing their orders. Also take note of their sign at the register that all sales are final, no returns/exchanges. Its a unique store for Auburn that is worth stopping by if looking for a good gift.
