This place is hella rad. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. We rented boards and it was super easy and fast. Then, when I went to return my gear, the owner was there. He was really candid and helped me with a decision on new gear. Ill definitely be giving them my business from there on. Good people, great store, great choices, and good vibes.

I dont normally give 5 Star reviews because I seldom think that anything is perfect, BUT I had a perfect experience with Milo yesterday. I was thinking of buying some snowboards for my two boys Amazon or some other mass merchandiser, but a friend told me to call Milo before I made any decisions. I was helped by Brady at Milo and the experience was great. He is extremely knowledgeable and excellent with customer service. Brady answered all of my questions - that wouldve never been answered on other sites. I ended up buying (2) snowboard packages with confidence that I got exactly the right boards and the best price. And, they told me to bring the boards back for a free waxing. I shipped to (2) different locations with no hassles and they even wrote a happy birthday note for one of the shipments. Later, I received a follow up call from Brady. Excellent customer service, excellent board shop. The whole experience re-shaped how I am going to buy all products in the future - more local, real shops and less of the bland amazon experience. Youd be LOCO to buy anywhere else. Milo is a great spot for all you need on the mountain. Ive been going there since they opened. Friendly staff, and they really go the extra mile to find what your looking for. Its people like Brady who give you no excuse to shop anywhere else!

I moved away from SLC and ordered a deck awhile back for the support.. they ended up sending me a t shirt instead. (was someone elses order) So what do these guys do? They tell me to keep the shirt AND sent me not one but TWO decks. Solid Crew Milo keep up that amazing customer service.

Best place to buy snowboards. I purchased a capita board and Union bindings from milo two weeks ago. I received great service, they mounted my bindings while in the store, and even helped pick out some gear for my kids. Took the board out today and it was better than they described. I will only buy my snowboarding gear from milo.

I bought my board, bindings, and boots here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who helped me decide which equipment I should get within my price range. They are very straight forward when suggesting what to buy which is very helpful. My boots BOA system was having a problem and they replaced them for me.

We did a daily rental and they gave us brand new boots, board and bindings. The service was excellent and you cant beat the price. Its so nice that Auburn locals have this wonderful place to rent snowboards. You can rent by the day or for the season.

Best board shop in northern CA, the staff is extremely knowledgeable on the products due to them being avid riders and they wont try to upsale you into buying boards/equipment that are beyond your skill level, Ive been doing business with these guys for over a decade and they have always steered me right! Support your local board shop, dont buy from big box stores or online companies!

I love this shop. One of the best if not the best snowboard shop on the West Coast, and its right here in Auburn! These guys are genuine people and are snowboarders themselves, who share the same passion I do for riding. They know all there is to know about boarding and they carry top notch brands and also feature amazing companies that are small, but are on the rise. Service is as quick as you want it, but if you wanna chat it up with them they are some of the coolest guys I have met. I go to this shop just to hang out, even if I am not buying anything! If you have any interest in snowboarding or skating, look no further and just head over to the shop. You will not be disappointed!

Went into the store knowing that I wanted a spefic snowboard and the guy working talked to me about the snowboard I wanted and helped me realize that the one I wanted wasnt the right board for me and helped me choose a better board that was more well suited for a person of my experience. Awesome place to shop! One of the best shops serving those in the Auburn and Lake Tahoe areas (and many from the Bay Area like myself). Always a wonderful place to pick up some gear for skate and/or snow! An extremely knowledgable and welcoming staff keeps myself along with a huge customer base coming back for all of our clothing and equipment needs. Its nice to still have a few places like this one that is genuine and also gives back to the community!

Local here in Auburn and saw a new shop opened up so naturally had to check it out. One of the workers, Alex, came up to me and was very helpful and showed me whatever I wanted to see even though I was just checking the place out. Went in the next week and got a pair of sweet Janoskis for $40 bucks. These people know what theyre talking about and Id go down there any of the week to just get information and insight or to buy from their huge selection. Keep doing you guys, your shop is kickass.

Lots of stuff for rent, but on wrong side of I-80!! Also a bit pricey. :-) check your rental stuff closely! They will ding you if you bring anything back scratched!! Also the young blonde chick is very friendly!! Check it out!! :-)

I called over 50 stores looking for the brand new Nixon Sentry Chrono Ltd and no one had it. Sold out and not getting anymore they say. Well I guess I just had the luck of calling up Milosport and getting Jason on the phone. He said that it just arrived. Within minutes he had my info for payment and shipping. It made my week. The watch came in 2 days and I was so stoked to get it.Never had I ever had a better 5 minute relationship over the phone in the history of phone calls than I did with the folks at Milosport. Kudos to the people who run the place for finding the right people to represent your shop. He even sent me a text to make sure I got it a couple days later. I know people in the car business that dont do that. Feel proud and confident giving these guys your money.

Expensive but they have the market cornered here in Auburn. They do have friendly staff who are helpful.

Great spot, fair prices. Just dont expect to buy a t-shirt under $25, which is standard for skatewear. Im always scoping their sale shoe rack. $40 for great skateshoes.
