Fred was easily the best sales rep Ive ever worked with to buy a car. He really took his time to explain and show me every feature and have me try it out. When it came time to negotiate my trade, he was honest, to the point, didnt try to push upsales on me, and got me the price I wanted. The test drive was the most fun Ive had trying out a car, too. It wasnt just a quick around the block loop - we went on rough roads, curves, hills, did circles, emergency braking - you name it! This is the first new (to me) car Ive purchased where I actually feel like I know what all the buttons do and exactly how it drives in real life. Highly recommend!

Candie was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say, was beyond helpful and patient with my rambunctious 4 year old. The entire staff was very kind and overall I had a great experience. Watch out for their Service Department. I took my new Silverado in for transmission issues and they flashed the TCU. Their technicians explained that was all they could do and it was fixed on my drive home it would not shift so I had it towed to another dealership where they discovered a valve body failure. It is unacceptable to return a broken vehicle covered by warranty based on the incompetence of your technicians. This shop is more of a Jiffy Lube. Additionally their website for booking appointments for service is not correct. I booked it for transmission issues and all the service counter could see was it was in for an oil change. Because of the knowledge failure of the technicians my vehicle has been in a Chevrolet shop for over a month and it is a primary means of transportation for my business.

I had a great experience at Auburn Chevrolet, Faiz was very helpful and showed a real will to attend my needs about the choosing of a car within a mostly rigid budget. Be aware of service department practice of replacing parts without owners permission. Evidently, they think they have a blank check when it comes to repairing your car. Be proactive and let them know up front you wont pay for any unauthorized repairs or services.

I had major mechanical problems with my Malibu in May just before Memorial Day. I ended up having serious engine problems with my car. It took time to have the mechanical work done however when I got my car back it runs like new and Im totally pleased with the efforts, knowledge, professionalism and care exhibited and the end results and remedy of my mechanical issues in dealing with the Service Department at Auburn Chevrolet. The people at the Auburn Chevrolet Service Department have definitely won my trust and it made me a life-long customer here. My appt. is @3 I got there at least 2:37pm check in and everything but my car didn’t get finished until almost 5pm so I was frustrated and even my fiancé had called them to find out what is going on and what takes it so long for, but they give me a discount which is fair so I mean it helps me but I was so tired too cause I work that early morning until 2pm. So hopefully I won’t have to go through the same thing next time.

Service representative were polite, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. All the items I asked to be checked on my vehicle during the service appointment were completed. Recommendations were made for future preventative maintenance work. The parts personnel replaced my key FOB and answered all my questions pertaining to the performance and home charging of the new Chevrolet Bolt. It was an excellent appointment and time well spent.

The online scheduling can use some help. It scheduled 2 of us at 7am and so one of us had to wait. There was only 1 guy at 7:30am to start working on the cars. So I ended up waiting for my car tell 4:30 pm that afternoon. I’m not upset for waiting but online scheduling needs work. Your advisors are all great!!! The people you have working for your Auburn store really know how to treat their customers!! Every experience my Boyfriend and I have had with the Auburn dealership is awesome!!!!

Mike was very helpful and worked with the technicians manager to try and find out why our cars ABS light has been coming on. They were unable to reproduce the problem despite several test drives.

Took my truck in for transmission issues after them having it for over 2 weeks they said nothing was wrong with it. As soon as I drove it off the lot it was still having the same issues. I immediately called them back where they explained they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I took it to the federal way location where they have located it actually does have issues. I do not recommend this lazy dealership at all.

Rich helped me buy my new Tahoe and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that I received. There were even some title issues with the car I was trying to trade in and he worked through them with me until we found a solution. Thank you very much for everything.

I made an appointment for my service for 10am on a Friday for a simple oil change. The service took 2.5 hours to complete and it was extremely frustrating getting no updated on progress or anything during this time.

I’ve been here many times and they do pretty good work. However I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change and have been waiting here for 4 HOURS to get this completed. At the four hour mark I walked in to see if it’s ready and they had just forgot to grab me???? Cindy is kind and apologetic however this is a complete waste of my day and I will never come here ever again.

Having been a multiple visit customer for service on my vehicle, this visit was scheduled 2 weeks in advance, after the tech informed my intermittent rough running at low rpms was due to a motor mount, Ive taking the vehicle for a 2nd opinion. Today, ran vehicle in trailer mode, the truck runs fine, its just at low rpms in sputters. Surely the tech must have missed something but he sure did find other things to fix that were not part of my reason for visit. I get it, its part of their job but at least pay attention to why the vehicle came in. I would say that the service counter person Gypsie did handle the situation well, she knew how upset I was.

Dane was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He explained everything that was going to happen step by step and took away the frustration that I had with the issues with my new truck. I would very much recommend the Chevy dealership in Auburn to any of my friends and/or family.

I called ahead of time to look into a high country specifically. Chris Cox was very polite and professional. He had it pulled up and ready for me when I arrived. Was personable and helped find a solution through all our obsticles. Eventually finance was on board and also helped Chris find our resolution. At first it seemed daunting and unlikely I would get the truck I came for, and Chris understanding I was there for one vehicle didnt do any dirty commission sales on me like most lots, and not only listened but understood me. Together they worked all day to get me the truck I always wanted. I would come back to Auburn Chevrolet in a heartbeat!!Working with the service shop has been good experiences as well. They bring in the right people for the job and dont give up the efforts to find a resolution that satisfies the customer.

This was my first at the dealership. I had a illuminated charge port installed on my Bolt, everything came out perfect.

Everything was great except I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my car to get washed. I had mentioned it when I dropped the car off that Id like for it to be washed and then when it was ready it wasnt. This is the 2nd time that has happened. Otherwise, I always have the best service!

Everyone was great. I had a large dog and they allowed me to have him stay inside.

I feel like my wife was taken advantage of here. She pulled up and there was somebody already at her car door. Once out they kind of kept hyping her about a car that she had no idea about(she does not know much about cars). They kept sweet talking her into buying a 2017 jeep cherokkee latitude which was WAY over priced saying it was a good deal and now shes stuck with a car and 27k in on a car worth only 15 to 16k tops. As well as they kept rushing her to sign the paperwork. Unfortunately I was at work. We will not be doing business with them again. Be very weary folks. Always have someone with you that knows about vehicles and pricing or the vultures will take advantage of your loved ones. This was less than a year ago. Ive only got to writing about it now so sorry for the late review for all the folks out there

This is the second time that I have brought my 2018 Impala into Auburn Chevrolet for service. Both times I worked with Dane in the service department. The first was for an air-conditioning system problem, and the second was for a broken tail light. Although each visitation drastically differed in the amount of labor that was needed to fix the car, I received the same level of service for both. Dane prided himself in keeping in contact with me while both repairs were taking place. He did everything in his power to understand and assist me with planning my transportation needs while the repairs were taking place. Dane was always professional and courteous which made me feel assured and comfortable to trust him with my car repairs. Bought a used car-windows broke 3 days later! Service department told me they were doing me a favor to get it. Parts were to be in on a Friday. I had to call the following Mon to see if parts were in! Check engine light on at 2 weeks after purchase. Called on warranty I purchased on my used vehicle and learned it wasnt active, I had to go back to Auburn Chev. They couldnt fix the problem, told me it was okay to drive. At 30 days after purchase, new light on dash. Car is in Ellensburg with my son. Call on warranty-tell me to call Auburn Chev. Two people there tell me I can take the car anywhere. Goes to dealer in Ellensburg. They diagnose and learn I cant use warranty because Auburn Chev has a 90 day clause. Ive called them about warranty several times and was NEVER told this! I called Auburn Chev and told them i wanted repairs done in Ellensburg and paid by them. Only good thing theyve done for me. Do they call to tell me they aurhorized repairs? Nope-hear it from the dealer in Ellensburg. To be fair-Auburn Chev did finally call me the next morning. Getting previous check engine problem and new problem fixed by new dealer. Thank goodness for them! Asked about plates-oh, they are here, but big surprise, no phone call to me! Extremely frustrsted with the service Ive received!! Never had this many issues buying a used car in my life!

What I truly appreciate is a Service Tech who communicates needed repairs every step of the way and works together with you as a team to insure critical needs of the vehicle are met first with the nice to haves second. Dane went over each detail with me along with the associated costs and I felt like he was genuinely looking after my wallet as well as the overall health of my vehicle. In most all other dealerships I have felt like unnecessary repairs were suggested and sometimes pushed in an effort to increase revenue regardless. So, let Me start by saying that this was the smoothest and easiest car-buying experience Ive had. From the Salesman (Chris Cox) to the Sales Manager (Todd) to the Finance Manager (Nate). They all made every part of this experience amazing.So, My Fiancé and I were looking for a car. We had seen a Grey Cruze at the store that My Fiancé works at. She had talked to the owner, who happened to be Chris wife. She referred us to him, and I am so glad she did. He got us set up with a 2019 Chevy Cruze. It has everything that I and My Fiancé were looking for, and a couple things she didnt even know she wanted.That night (Feb 15) their printer wasnt printing right. We had to stay an extra (Almost) 2 hours because they were having trouble printing the contract. Even though we had to stay longer than expected, and this is where Todd and Nate come in, they made sure that we were comfortable and they made sure we knew they were doing everything possible to get the process moving. I was even standing by Todd when he left a message for their IT guys because they had run out of things to try in order to get it printed. There is not a thing they could have done better.Overall, this was the absolute best experience Ive ever had at a dealership, let alone a new-car dealership. My Fiancé agrees. They went above and beyond for us, and I cant thank them enough. If you need a new car, go see Chris and his excellent sales team. Those guys are amazing.
