As a young female car shopping was super stressful and I kept going places and they treated me terribly, like I was wasting their time. I saw a nice car in Emersons lot and decided to look at it when the salesmen came out and He treated me like an actual human being and not a bother. Out of town and our way to Maine, we had a vehicle set back that would require immediate attention once we got to the Lewiston-Auburn area. This visit was much faster than my last experience; so that was great! Im glad I came back. The available Wifi in the waiting area and the open space to spread out was great. I was able to log into my work laptop and actually be productive while my vehicle was serviced. May I suggest, I would see some benefit to having a couple desks / cubbies of sorts available for customers to plan on plugging in and hanging around for the duration of their service. I know for me it makes scheduling appointment times a lot less stressful if I know I can remote into the office, as many of do regularly these days.Thanks, Mike

I purchased a 2021 traverse from Rich on New Years eve. Rich was very courteous and polite. He was able to locate a vehicle with the equipment we wanted. The sales experience was pleasant with none of the usual games many dealers like to play. Sue handled the financing and it again was a pleasure dealing with her. She had the financing offer within an hour and offered other available options such as undercoating and extended warranty with out any pressure.I have yet to use the service department since I only have 700 miles on the car.

Techs leave your truck filthy. Glove box contents were a mess. Last year when my state inspection was performed the tech scratched my dash with his tools. My truck is a lease and dash condition is important.

Your online service was down? my appointment didnt transfer correctly to your on site system, is what I was told. i told her i was there for a 67k mile inspection and would and that i had opted out of the oil change online because i had just done it two days ago. i was told i needed to call on my next appointment to make sure they had plenty of time. it is not the customers fault your online system down or incorrect. after receipt to pay I was charged for an oil change that not needed to be done, a waste of your time and mine, the charge was removed but a lack of communication would have prevented this.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 Chevy Silverado from Emerson Chevrolet in Auburn and I could not be happier! They gave me an excellent trade in value, a reasonable price on the purchased Chevy, and fixed a leaking cooling system a few months after the sale for free. What I appreciate the most is that eight months after purchase I was told that I needed new tires. The sales department replaced them with the same Goodyear Wranglers free of charge! They certainly did not need to do that considering that it was my fault for not ensuring the vehicle had new tires upon purchase. Everyone who asks about my truck gets an earful of the excellent people over at Emerson Chevrolet in Auburn. I will be buying my next vehicle from them.

Typically I don’t gravitate to the dealerships for service, instead using my local mechanics that I know and trust.I decided to seek service at Emerson when my truck threw a check engine light and went into limp mode. I was hesitant but knew this was a dealer kind of visit.I called to make an appointment and spoke with Sasha in service. She was friendly and prompt to get my vehicle in That same day!I was concerned with being immobile while they looked at my truck.Sasha went above and beyond. She was quick to aid me with a loaner vehicle.She was also able to add a host of other repairs to the grocery list since I had this accommodating loaner. Sasha took all the stress out of the situation.After this experience I’ve decided I am strictly going to Emerson for my Chevy service.Even small things I would otherwise do myself such as oil and fuel filter change.Those days are over.I was very pleased with Sashas communication and accommodating service, great repair time, the loaner and the final bill. I do highly recommend Emerson to my family and friends.

Big Bravo to the excellent service from Emerson!-My 5 yr old vehicles paint was peeling on the hood and GM, because the warranty had expired & theyd already approved another area to be done that was peeling, denied coverage for the hood. Emerson approved the paint job on my hood as a good will coverage for me as Ive been a long time customer of theirs. A BIG thanks to John, the service manager for going the extra mile to get that approved for me!! Friendly staff. Wallis, Brian, Vinny and Will have been professional, helpful and accommodating with this truck of way to many issues. Through out 2 1/2 years I’ve been without this truck a total of about 11 weeks while trying to figure out the problems of this “Friday built” vehicle. Latest thing and the reason for this email survey I received is the starter died at 50k miles. Seriously!?!? Come on GM, you should hear my friends in which 90% are Ford guys. Not Anyone’s fault, it happens. Thank you guys for your help. Hopefully you guys can get me in a new Chevy without all they ongoing issues soon. As always superb professionalism from the staff and excellent work is done to my vehicle where I was living in the neighboring state for a year and the dealer there informed me of the reason why my check engine light was on and what to do to fix it, well I had Emerson work on that issue to only find out that the other dealer was incorrect on their diagnosis which cost me a large amount of money to only find out that Emerson found the correct reason and solved the issue for a low cost but due to the other dealer I was still stuck with a large fee for their incorrect diagnosis. Excellent job Emerson and I will continue to go to you since I trust you!

A friend of mine called a couple weeks ago, and spoke with a manager about a mutual friend of ours given about looking for a vehicle. As they started talking the manager asked my friend if he wanted him to lie to him. Idk why anyone would actually make lying an option, first of all. Secondly, my friend has 5 impairments, including 3 with just learning, alone. This person actually mentioned that my friend didn’t have a job over a certain period. Which, I find rude. And, as he said he had the job, and started to tell him that he did, the manager kept talking and interrupting him, while he was trying to talk. Well, as we all SHOULD know, the ADA (Americans with disabilities act) was put in place back in 1992, by none other than Bush Sr. Being the fact that most of those jobs he had before had mistreated him as well, and have unfortunately made him depressed as a result. I didn’t know that it was okay to make fun of someone for their impairments.

First of all I would like to say that my complaint is with the Service department. The Sales department was very easy to work with and very personable. My wife and I purchased a new 2020 Chevy Traverse on October 31st. A week later it started throwing error codes so we brought it in to get looked at on 11/6. The codes were Service ESC, Steering Assist Reduced, and Onstar messages to service Antilock Braking and Stabilitrak systems. They were able to see the error codes in the computer history but unable to replicate the problem so we took the vehicle back home. The error codes came on again on 11/7 and 11/8. We took the vehicle back in on 11/13. We were told that they couldnt replicate the problem again. We didnt get the vehicle back until 12/1. The next day 12/2 the codes came on again and we brought the vehicle right back in. Again they were not able to duplicate the problem and we were not given a return date for the vehicle. On 12/10 I gave them a written Seven Day Notice of Final Opportunity to Repair via the State of Maine Lemon Law. I was eventually informed on 12/22, after my wife had called them, that they had replaced a SDM module and the Rear Differential module due to testing with a multi meter and that it was ready for me to pickup. Fast forward to today, 1/13, and every one of those error codes came up again. I am absolutely disgusted that this is going on with a brand new vehicle that we paid $40,000 for and either these guys cant fix it or dont want to. Every time that we have brought this vehicle to them, either my wife or I had to hunt them down and find out what was going on. Not once did they ever call us during this entire process to fill us in on anything. I will NEVER buy another Chevy again and I will NEVER bring another vehicle here for service or recommend this dealership to anyone. Our only option now is to push the vehicle to the Maine Lemon Law because I have ZERO faith in this service department.

The experience isn’t my own. But, I am absolutely saddened by how a friend of mine was treated, when he had questions about test driving a vehicle. At first the sales person was happy to, after other people got back from break. But, a while later, the manager was telling him that he can’t allow someone to put miles on a $50,000.oo vehicle and upset costumers, when in fact.. The vehicle was ACTUALLY $30,000.oo I guess they’re tying to make an extra 20 grand off people who are trying to figure out what they do or don’t want for a vehicle. It saddens me to write a one star review. But, I know it’s necessary. And, I won’t be doing business with this place myself, either. Ever again.

I was surprised at checkout that the oil change cost MORE then every other Chevy dealership i have been to. I asked the guy at the counter if GM parts cost the same at any other Official GM Dealership, he said yes, then i called another dealership and asked for a quote on the oil filter, specifically for my truck, the oil filter was $5 less, so then they pulled some BS excuse out of the air about how the other dealership may buy in BULK, or maybe they didnt come with boxes or something, basically a fabrication to excuse there price gouging. I will never go back there. $117.27 total! $2.24 for Shop supplies! (It says Shop Supplie on the receipt, Defiantly NOT a Typo! its a SHOP LIE!

I bought a new truck here on 8/17/19 and couldnt be happier about the salesman that we got. Cory Camire was the most down to earth and coolest salesman ive ever had. He was super personable and right on the ball the whole time. I came here to use their DC Fast charger that is free on the back side of the building. They get 4 stars due to the fact that the EV they sell takes 50kw and the fast charger they installed is only 25kw. Its slow, but its a nice amenity to have and be able to use. Maine is new to DC fast charging infrastructure, so this was nice to use to be able to arrive with some sort of charge in my battery. I was driving to Rangeley, ME where there the newest fast charger addition is in Farmington, ME.

Awful experience. They gave us the old honeymoon phase and promised us the earth, moon and stars. As soon as we owned the vehicle we couldnt even get a call back. My vehicle is in the shop there now and our loaner is covered in dog hair (I am allergic), marijuana and cigarette burns. I am an in home healthcare professional. This is unacceptable.

One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. When I got to the dealership, i walked the lot, i looked at some trucks and to my surprise, i was not interrupted. I walked into the sales bay and a very nice gentleman named Bob came up to me and gave me a warm handshake. He asked a few questions; like “what are you looking for”, “See anything you like”, and “Can I get you anything”.I had a nice hot cup of coffee and Bob walked me through my first lease agreement. At no time did I feel pressured, matter of fact, they found me a few rebates and my lease was much less then I expected! There was also some very nice ladies who walked me through the specifics of the lease.After the paperwork was completed Bob took me back out to my new truck and walked me through all of its safety features and entertainment features. I took my 2 year old Traverse in to have it checked because the power steering sounded horrible. Sure enough it was bad. The price was outrageous ! They want almost 2 grand to fix the repair. I still have 4 years left to pay on this SUV! I have always kept up with anything that needs to be done with my vehicle. Not happy with the outcome. I have always enjoyed my Chevys, going to have to rethink this now. Really thought they would do better then this for my loyalty to the Chevrolet family member!

The entire experience was fantastic. I worked with Vinnie who ordered me my car and we walked through all of the options together and he ordered me exactly what I wanted. Then when the car came in, Bob was going to let me take the car alone to drive, but I asked him to come along. It was a good ride and a great experience there and when it came time to work the numbers, I got to work directly with the guy my sales associate would go to for a price on the car. I got the lease down to where I was comfortable and the car was ready for me to go home in that day. The entire process was wonderful. After signing the paperwork, Bob took me around to meet all of the staff there and I even got to meet Mr. Emerson. I had to bring the car back to have a noise looked at in the back and Bob went and said hed get me into a loaner car, but I told him I was all set and could wait for it at the dealership. Honestly, this was the best car experience Ive ever had. Im really glad I chose Emerson Chevy for my next vehicle. Thank you!! Go see Bob Lemay!

Waited for 10 minutes before anyone would speak to me. Refused to vacuum my truck like my former Chevy dealership/service dept. Had to wait almost 2 hours for what seemed like a minor amount of servicing and when I went to leave, the tire pressures were off so I had to return.
