Father Approved! I’ve brought my car here for both minor repairs and major bodywork. Always outstanding service and feel that they are honest with me about what’s wrong. Recently my car had some issues with the brakes and air conditioning. After examining the car, I was called and the proposed repairs were discussed. Very easy conversation and not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. The team made repairs to fix the issues, as expected, but what really makes Fuller’s stand apart from the crowd is their thorough documentation of the steps they took repairing my car. They provided me with a comprehensive print out of each issue and the steps taken to rectify each one. I showed my father this and he was very impressed and pleased with the thoroughness of their service. No matter how old I get, my father’s approval is the ultimate high praise!

Absolutely terrible. The people are nice but I have had to return for the same issue (which they should have fixed the first time) on multiple occasions. Paid about $1600 total after just 2 visits to inspect and repair my brakes. Do not trust this company. Had to go to a new mechanic to find out the issue still wasn’t fixed. Mechanics either do not know what they are doing or they are deliberately taking advantage of their customers.

Hi. I cant say enough about the place. They did an excellent job my first time I went there. Then I backed up into a snowbank and my side fender clips broke so now my fender was sagging. A d I thought to myself since they did a great job on my car. I decided to take it there again and guess what. They did a great job again. Theyre awesome. I would highly recommend FULLER Autobody . Fuller’s is the best. My fiancée and I moved to Auburn a couple years ago and both started taking our vehicles there. They do great work, don’t rob you, and are very honest and friendly. Most recently, I got a new alternator there. This was about 6 months ago. This past week my vehicle was making a strange noise and eventually started to give me issues. I got it towed to fullers and it turned out the alternator was faulty. This caused the belt to snap on the alternator and therefore broke my serpentine belt. They fixed EVERYTHING free of charge and were very apologetic. I will definitely continue taking my vehicle there and I highly recommend you do too!

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and professional. They did EXCEPTIONAL work and went above and beyond by buffing out a couple of parking lot scratches in my driver side door. When I had a persistent rattle from the collision, Willy took the time to take a ride with me to ensure it was rectified. I was even texted helpful updates throughout the repair process. They were professional and friendly. When parts were delayed from the manufacturer Ambro kept me informed and worked with the insurance co seamlessly. The results were fantastic, just like new.

I was buying a used truck an hour and a half away from where I live. When the truck immediately started smoking on the highway, we pulled over only to find that the entire engine was covered in coolant, which had exploded from unknown area and was dripping out either side of the hood. I was horrified! Luckily we broke down 1 minute away from Fuller. We called them and they had us bring it in. They were incredibly professional, and had the car fixed for less than $300 by the following morning. They were not only timely and accurate in their mechanic work, they were also educational in explaining to me exactly what had gone wrong and how they had fixed the problem. I wish they weren’t an hour and a half away from my home town or I would make them my regular mechanic in a heartbeat. Special shout out to Dan for making my experience the opposite of traumatic, and being so accommodating in general.

I came across Fullers about 6 years ago and was impressed. The owner is hands on and honest. They work fast and have a friendly comfortable waiting area. My first experience was surprisingly exceptional and over the past six years or so they continue to impress! They have experienced mechanics who dont get stumped when the diagnostic computers are unable to determine an issue. I dont take my cars anywhere else!

The customer service is great, mechanics are professional and very understanding. They have always handled our cars with care. Also they have a family space where your children can enjoy playing toys at a corner.

Greatest service

Brought a car in for hood replacement. Hood was replaced, but they moved a fender and other things that are noticably off. Fender doesnt line up with rest of car. Vents on the hood have gaps. Bumper and hood do not line up. Dent on brand new hood. All body lines were nice and straight before dropping off, even after my hood got crushed.Bought it back to have everything fixed under their warranty, and they only fixed the dented hood. Few days later, I noticed my fog lights do not work. If you take pride in your vehicle, DO NOT GO HERE. Theyll make every excuse under the sun as to why its not perfect. But go to another body shop, and they will tell you that it is all easily fixable.I would post pictures, but Google reviews doesnt support that I guess.ONLY good thing I have to say, is that their staff are very friendly. Great place if you dont actually care about your car. Mine is my baby and I am still deeply upset about the condition she is now in.

I just want to give a shout out to Rob who walked me through my issue with my AC and gave me his professional opinion on my situation with my vehicles state if the repair is worth it or not. Obviously AC is a luxury but Iv been driving through brutal hot summers for years and my car is paid off so I want to drive this thing into the ground but not be miserable anymore lol. He gave me an honest opinion on my vehicles health reassuring me that my vehicle looks great in all phases and a big repair in the future looks unlikely and if my vehicle was a clunker he would of advised me this repair would not be worth the cost to repair. It was a pricey repair but I think at the end of the summer I will be thankful I got my AC repaired. Iv been a returning customer for the last 4 years and Fuller has never let me down. They have even fixed problems my own dealership couldnt figure out... Fuller auto has been professional and kind and Chris the owner even gave me a ride home once when I had to tow my car in with a bad battery and I had no ride that day. These guys care about you and I always recommend my friends to go here if they got a problem. You get what you pay for sometimes and getting things done right the first time is always awesome.

My friend works there, but I had some work done before. It was a long time ago and they had done the bodywork and painted it for me, but they are pretty expensive! So for less money you can take it to Franks Autobody on School Street in Webster MA.

Customer service was fantastic. They listened to are concerns and keeped us updated just about everyday. Car was completed and finished a day earlyer then expected.Car had panels replaced and painted. Work was excellent, and perfect. Paint looks amazing and matches rest of the car perfect. I had an issue with my Ford Explorer where it intermittently had trouble starting and did not sound like it was idling properly. I took it to a couple of chain auto shops and they agreed the idling did not sound right but could not figure out the issue because their diagnostics machines did not show any errors. I took it to Fullers and their mechanics were able to fix the issue and it did not cost much. It is great to have computers ... but better to have folks that know cars! I have been using Fullers for the past two years and wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Fast, courteous and honest!

I had a minor accident that required a replacement of my bumper. I took it to Fullers based off of previous experience and because they are certified to fix my make of vehicle. Ambro was the estimator that I worked with and he was honest about timelines and the work needing to be done. The hiccup I had was that the final detail on the paint job needed to be corrected twice but the whole team was patient and took care of everything as requested. The team handling phone calls and paperwork were incredibly kind, informative, and professional. Hopefully I never have to have my vehicle repaired again but if so, I will take it to Fullers. Ive been taking my car to both Fuller Automotive and the Fuller Speedee for the past few years. They are always fair, helpful, and quick. Chris really helped me out with some problems that I had with my old car, and he earned a long-term customer by doing so. I recently started working in the Boston area instead of Auburn, yet I make time to bring my car to Fullers.

Very friendly staff. Talked with the owner for a while about my car and he gave a thorough explanation of the service it required. Kept me updated on service timeline and finished the work in under 24 hours. A bit hard to figure out which building was the right one, though.

I LOVE this place! I drive for a living and have to stop for Oil Changes about once every 5 weeks... Everywhere else I have gone takes WAY too long for my busy schedule OR they are not as amazing with their customer service. There is one person I would like to recognize MOST at Fuller and his name is Mike. He has been as absolute sweetheart and the has done nothing but help me with regular changes on whatever my vehicle needs for the last 1.5 years! I now have 78,230 Miles on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler and its still running smooth! LOVE THIS PLACE! Thank you guys!
