Stopped by as my check engine light turned on, and was greeted with friendly assistance to quickly diagnose the severity of the issue, and very helpful options on fixing the problems with them, and (as I was traveling) suggestions on where I can get service at my destination. Wish I had someplace local I could have stayed to use their services as they were so friendly.

These guys are great! They went above and beyond and spent way more time and effort than either of us had anticipated for them to determine the root cause of an issue I was having with my heater. They drove to get extra special order parts so I could leave on time for my trip. I was very impressed with their willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure my brakes and heater were fixed properly. They showed me all of the parts they replaced and explained everything to me, with a smile. They are good at their job and have great attitudes which makes them easy to work with.I highly recommend them!

Ray has always taken care of me with fairness and great customer service. In fact, most everyone is professional and caring. Andrew and the other technicians take time to help and explain. I have sent my daughter and boyfriend to the Japanese service center, and Hasti, like her dad, takes great care of them!Ray also found my current Mercedes for me and I am so happy with it. I was concerned about having to pay so much for Mercedes service, but he recommended a model with does not cost as much as other models.

I have been taking my bmw in to Ray for over 7 years (since I bought it) and Ray has always given me the best servicing on my car. I cant even think of going anywhere else. I live in Lincoln and will drive the more than 20 miles because he is the most honest., and he does the best work.Hes always done the work when I needed it and is always done at the time he says he will be. He will always give you the best price.I only hope he never retires.

Wow! Everytime I come here for service big or small the experience is wonderful. Last time it was just an oil change this time they helped me get my SUV ready for our new baby. Oil change, brakes, headlight bulb change (its not as easy as you think), brake flush and more.
