I like Michaels. They always have great crafting, art and decor items, and their employees are always helpful and friendly. I give them a 5-star rating for the areas they cover. As a quilter, I just wish they had more sewing items!

They have very very cute home decor. The prices are a little high however it seems most items were on sale of some sort. Also the young guy at the front was very pleasant and he saved me a additional 20% percent . Loved it

I buy many craft items here: paper, beads, wire, leather cording. It usually takes longer than average to find everything I need. It is almost impossible to find assistance when Im searching over and over for something. Certainly staff knows Im in the store. I am never asked if I need help. Its never offered until I got to the check out desk.

Checking out is never quick and simple and their coupon and sale system is like playing the slots in Vegas. They are still the best arts and craft store in the Auburn-Opelika area, the staff is always friendly and the selection is adequate.

I actually worked with other to put this store together. When we started it was a empty open space building. We put together shelves, cabinets, basically everything you see. I loved it an also continued to work there for a few months after grand opening. Great addition to Auburn, Al

I ordered a ceramic pumpkin and this location packed and shipped it. I use the term packed loosely because they threw it in a box that was too big and didnt cushion it with packing pillows so when it arrived it was completely smashed. Due to the fact that the order was a seasonal item, Im not going to be able to find another one before Halloween.

I ran in minutes from closing to look for something I needed. The staff did not rush me at all and were very helpful.

Wonderful dinner and wonderful experience. The staff and owner himself were very professional and made us feel valued. Our dinner was excellent. We had the sliced tenderloin and the baked haddock dinner . We will definitely return. This is the kind of place we enjoy. It is small, intimate and the dishes were impressive.

Great selection, but suffers from some organization and categorization of goods being in places that make sense but not as much as they could elsewhere. Oh well. Still a good section but I wish that half the store wasnt seasonal goods.

Went in the store today to have a picture custom framed. I and another lady waited a very long time for someone to show up at the counter. She finally gave up and left. I walked to the front to ask the girl at the front to please send someone back to framing. When I got back to the framing counter she was there. She never said a word to me. I grabbed a few frame moldings and mat’s to try around my picture. She still offered no help and in fact just tinkered on the computer. After a few minutes, I packed up my picture and just left. Hobby Lobby will get my money tomorrow. This lady was rude and had NO customer manners. This happened at 2:15, Sunday August 4, 2019. I wish I had gotten her name tag but if I am not mistaken the girl at the front desk said it was the manager that would have to help with custom framing. I never leave bad reviews but I am this time so hopefully the right person will see this and correct their employee problem.

This store has everything from A to Z. I went looking for crystals and stones and found several different ones. I also found everything needed to make my own jewelry. I also did some shopping online. Very helpful when I cannot get to the store.

As a parent of an aspiring artist, I was impressed with product selection and price. Almost always with sale. Clean, organized and friendly service.

The Auburn, AL store isnt very big it seems when compared to the Columbus, GA one. They dont have a lot of selection but they still have a good bit of things to look at.

One of the smallest Michaels I have been in. But service and products were good.

Store layout is very nice, wide isles, great friendly help, anytime they past you, they aways want to know if they can help you find what you are looking for. I will always go back to shop at Michaels, prices with hugh discounts alway makes me smile.

Good store just didnt have what I needed

Lots of fun craft supplies at great prices.

Today I went into the Opelika/auburn michaels store. since the local hobby shop has closed I needed some flat military model paint. when I found the very small selection...it was locked behind a plexiglass shield. I asked for help and the employee called [over the radio] that a { gentleman} needs help with paint. 10 minutes later nothing had happened. I guess that they have had problems with paint sniffers or shop lifters hence locking up the spray cans...in any event this cost them over $100 in paint,2 model tank kits and the water based glue I use to make windows in place of using the clear plastic supplied in most model kits ...

Great addition to Auburn area. Easy parking, well stocked and knowledgeable employees.

It was a nice enough store true enough but unless you have lots of money to do the crafts your doing I recommend finding a different hobby.
