Ive been here a few times and its been decent but my most recent encounter with a nasty employee made it so I will never come back. I went to pick up my ring after having a diamond replaced and the employee that worked with me was extremely rude. I didnt have my receipt because I wasnt told I needed it, when I informed the employee of this she told me nope you cant pick up your ring without the slip. I told her I wasnt leaving without my property and she rudely informed me Id have to have my ID to get the ring. I, of course, had my ID so I showed it to her but they didnt have it under my name, it was under my fiances name so he had to show his ID. Even though when I dropped my ring off I was told it would be in my name since I was picking it up. She then condescendingly told me its under the name of whoever paid for it, and I informed her that I did pay for it. After she finally did her job and got my ring she rudely told me see, everythings fine. No, everything is not fine.I didnt mind having to wait 15 minutes to talk to an employee, but the fact that she was extremely rude, condescending and just straight up nasty is why Ill never go to a Jareds again.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff, selection, and quality of jewelry at this location. We have worked with several people, as we have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, but lily is so wonderful to work with. We recently, within the last year, worked with lily to create two different custom pieces and they turned out better than we had imagined. The attention to detail is unmatched by any other jewelry store. If you are in the market for any jewelry or custom pieces you will not be disappointed.
On 7/31/21, I brought in mines and my husband rings for inspections. While waiting I had more jewelry cleaned. I worked directly with Doreen and Katie. They were more then helpful and knowledgeable about cleaning techniques I could use to get hair out of my necklace.Im a stickler for good customer service. I feel like service was attentive, engaging and exceed my expectations.
I was very satisfied with my experience at Jared. I am extremely satisfied with the TAG HEUER I purchased from Sandra at the Great Lakes Crossing location. I plan on purchasing more watches for my business partners in the near future. Jared AND Sandra will, without question, get my future business. Go to Jared, look at the piece you want. Hold it. Try it on and buy it. There are better prices on-line for fine time pieces. Dont complain when you receive a replica, a used item or a mechanical train wreck. I am a watch enthusiast and I have heard many sad stories of on-line purchases.
If I could give a 10 star review rather than a 5 star review I would. I would highly, highly recommend Lili and Doreen (Auburn Hills location). They were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There overall customer service and experience shined through. Thank you both for a seamless transaction!

Was disappointed in the staff here when i addressed my feelings about how they resized my engagement ring. I had them size it smaller and when I got it back it was not symmetrical, and looked bad to me. I expressed this to the staff and the lady just told me “it’s fine.” That’s unfortunate because working there they should know how important an engagement ring is to someone, and how much my fiancé spent on it. They should be more considerate about accommodating someone who is not satisfied with the job they did.
Sandy waited on me when I stopped at Jared. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I will be back to meet with Sandy when the times comes.
They took my great grandmothers ring and completely refurbished it for cheap in only 3 days, I couldn’t be happier with Doreen and Lily’s services. I’ll definently be back :)
I have been dealing with Tara for years now and her customer service is stellar. She is always there for you and always working to make sure she finds you the right piece of jewelry at a great price. She is very fun to work with. After numerous purchases I am proud to say I will be a client with tara for life. Make sure to ask for TARA!!!!

This place is a joke. They’re constantly pressuring you to buy things and the quality of their products are terrible. My center diamond on my wedding ring feel out, when I went and got it replaced they gave it back to me with diamonds missing from the band which were previously all in tact. I honestly wish my husband would have never purchased my ring here because now I have to come every 6 months to get it cleaned to keep the warranty and deal with being pressured into buying other stuff. I do not recommend Jared, and surly not this location.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a ring on 12/31 with expedited shipping. It’s now 1/8 and it hasn’t even been shipped. I called to inquire and was told someone would call me back in 10-14 business days. This is not acceptable. I expect to speak to someone right away about my order. I should not have to wait this long for a call back. I will be getting a refund and I will never use your company again.
My now husband and I came in a few months ago to look at engagement rings. Right away we were greeted and asked what style we liked. I showed the woman, i believe her name was Tara, my pinterest board of rings, and she knew right away what I would like. I ended up leaving the store engaged! It was wonderful to have the Jared store people as a part of our moment. They were just as happy and excited as we were, and my ring is perfect and beautiful!
Everything IN-STORE works well, the salespeople are alright but the older staff are pretty slow with everything, especially computers.However, ANYTHING ONLINE or any SPECIAL ORDER service is of the worst I’ve seen. I ordered something and when the time came to pick up (2 weeks after the set date which it was supposed to come in) it turns out they ordered the wrong piece. Not to mention while I was there, a very similar problem was happening to someone else.

I went there to clean my wife’s jewelries, Juljan was very nice, pleasant . I love to go on that store every time we come from Canada.
They have balloons all over and Im deadly allergic to latex which is in balloons. Was in the store not even 10 min. and started having problem breathing. Woman helping me and my husband said will caffeine help!?! Then had to leave and sit in the car while my husband tries to get a ring finance it has been almost 2 hours and he is still in there.Im updating here they now will no longer have balloons in any Michigan store! This is amazing no company ever even recognized my issue and taken action to prevent it from happening to me or anyone again. Im so grateful thanks you management who made this happen!
