This location has the worst customer service. I came in to return an item that I bought a couple days prior and they refused to return it for me. I told them I’ve returned something similar before and have not had a problem and their response was “they probably returned it by mistake” no, they returned it because they are aware of their own return policy and I have a right to get my 150$ back. The item was unused. Not only did I wait in that line for over a half hour but the young lady had the nerve to give me an attitude and throw my item on the counter when I asked to deal with a manager instead. So ridiculous.

Usually very friendly employees and a great place to shop. I went today to pick up an online order, there was a middle-aged Asian lady who was at that counter (I did not catch her name), who I asked to open my package for me so that I could leave the large box there, there was just a single item inside.She cut the tape and then pushed it towards me and told me to go take care of it because she had to help other customers. I looked behind me and I saw nobody. And, quite frankly I believe I was the customer that was being helped?!I didnt appreciate that at all.I just wanted to dispose of the box so I didnt have to do so at home and this employee really lacked professionalism and courtesy. On a side note; she did not ask to see my ID or my order number email, so I guess you can just walk up and point to a box and she will hand it to you, no questions asked.

Shop there frequently. Have the freedom to browse and shop as I like. Staff are available without being intrusive. I dont think I have ever gone there and not been greated in a welcoming manner. . . but then again I dont carry a big bag and act suspiciously as I shop. I really dont like shop lifters operating next to me as I shop. So I have no problem with the staff being visable.

Very organized. A pleasure to shop in. They just need more inventory. They dont have nearly as much as the Nordstrom Rack in Troy. The shoe department was very stocked but the clothing was so-so. They had a great selection of sunglasses. Accessories was probably the best out of the store.

Petty well organized. I expected prices to be slightly cheaper but it depends on the brand really. The store itself is in good shape and isnt a horrible mess. The cashiers are polite. Plan to spend some time here if you want to look at everything.

I aways tell people, dont go to the other NR, go to the one at 75 & Baldwin. Its by far the best. Clean, organized, helpful staff. Big turnover on clothes and shoes. New purses every week. Great price range of all items. $4 to $45. (and of course UP! )....All the time!!Youll never knowwhat youll find at N.R.

Store seemed to have nice things but me and my family put our things down and walked out the store cause I felt so uncomfortable being targeted or treated like Im a theif ..there were several ppl that would follow you around but not one person asked if anyone needs help..their main concerns are to catch shop lifters not help the customers sad but true

I usually make most of my work shoe purchases from here. That or my winter boots have come from this Nordstrom Rack. I will say, the prices can still be a tad on the higher side even at discount prices. So most of the time Ill get things on clearance. Ive gotten a number of Sperrys and Sorels on clearance at pretty jaw dropping prices. I havent spent much time in the clothing area though. I just bee line it to the shoes and back out again

Racist in Baldwin store! Four other white people walked by. Security Checking our bags from another store and we were already in the middle of store. Our bag didnt even beep. Then another cashier stepped in uninvited while we were checking out and gave us the third degree about an employee discount when all we needed was employee id as asked by the original cashier no problem! Wont ever shop here again....first and last time at this location. #getalife

I hope this store closes. Rude unprofessional workers. I was constantly, targeted. Made inappropriate gestures about weight and size. Mocked and ridiculed, all just to sell shirts. Thank God, I work with professionals with degrees and make double the salary. Close this awful store now ! There is no way this cult of retail workers should be allowed to treat people so terribly.

My favorite store. It’s kept very clean, the employees are kind and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. The clothing and shoes they have are high-quality and really cute. I can’t leave this place without buying something!

Nordstrom rack is a great place to go to get discounted clothes and accessories for both men and women. I think they have stuff for juniors and younger men come on but I am not sure. They do offer a huge selection of shoes. Depending on when you go, there stock could be overflowing and lots to choose from while other times it could be kind of sparse.One thing for sure is that I wouldnt suggest going there to find a specific thing.

Clean and organized. Much like many of the other locations the merchandise doesnt change much. Ive had good luck finding some good items here though.

I got a whole new teacher wardrobe and a very nice backpack for $500. That includes enough professional clothes to not have to do laundry for 2 weeks. 😁 Many outfits included 3 pieces too because I like to wear sweaters and jackets. They have beautiful clothes at affordable prices.

One of the best Nordstrom Racks around Detroit. Never too busy, and its well stocked. Their home and purse sections are better stocked than most. Lots of clothes and shoes to choose from. Very clean.

Ive shopped at this location for years. The selection has always been great. It has deteriorated in womens plus sized lately so I bought some cosmetics instead. 10 products to be exact. My second trip in a week. Well I had a corrupt lip gloss and the lady didnt want to hear my explanation. She just kept saying we dont take back cosmetics for any reason. I ask for the manager and told him to smell it twice. He just looke at it and wouldnt smell the gasoline smelling lip gloss. He allowed my refund but then the sales lady denied cash for the 7 buck debit card refund. Moving on to stores stand behind their products and recognize my debit card as the cash that it is.

Great prices but the shoe department was chaos. The shoes were scattered all over the floor and was just neglected for sure.

I have always had great service at the Nordstrom Rack at Big Beaver, but I cannot say the same about this store. I recently spent a lot of money on a pair of Cole Haan shoes, and after wearing them for two days they started to make a weird noise in the left shoe. I tried to take them back to this store tonight because they are faulty, but had the worst customer service in my life by an older gentleman with grey hair. Ive worked in retail and restaurants, so I know it can be a tough job. I left the store fuming, and will have to go back, because this person was downright terrible at their job. Go to their other store, they are way more friendly and helpful.

Cool stuff its expensive but its nice to have something like that out this way.

Bought a bottle of moisturizer . All of the bottles on the shelf had their pump popped up. I picked one and paid. The clerk didnt even bat an eyelid or ask me if I should get another bottle with the pump closed. Once I was driving home, I felt squeamish about that. Tried to return it on the second day.. thr clerk and themanager(who was the one that sold it)kept telling me you used it, we cant take it back. I kept insisting I didnt even take it inside my house. They even had the gall to say she wouldnt have sold it if the pump was popped up. I didnt let up, because I was being honest. Finally the manager said she will make an exception this time.. I got my money back, but I will not be shopping there. This was my first and last..

They go all the way to size 13 in the shoe department for ladies! Extremely helpful staff; they even offer to bring additional items out of the back if you can describe the style youre looking for. Its always a treat to shop here.

Well I dont know why they put Nordstrom on the building because it can throw you off because when I went in it was nothing like I thought it would be so I walked out with nothing.

If only I could give this place zero stars I would have. This place didnt really have a great selection in lingerie let alone barely had any staff on the floor! Lines were super long and no one on the floor had a mobile system to ring me up. Some of the workers just ignored me when I asked if they could ring me up. I couldnt find one staff member that was helpful.
