Absolutely fabulous!!! The empoylee that helped us out was super nice and very social. He kept us interested with conversation even as we waited for a long time for my old phone to transfer data and update. I never once felt like I was getting impatient waiting for it to be done. He made it very enjoyable and explained everything he was doing to us to make sure we understood all that was going on. Will definitely be coming back for all my iPhone and AT&T needs!!ππ I unfortunately forgot what the manβs name was wish I couldβve remembered so I could mention him by name but he was fabulous!
After calling several stores I reached the overly kind store manager at this store (I missed getting her name) and she answered all the questions I had regarding my daughterβs phone. After heading in to the store I, again, received excellent customer serviceβ¦ this time from Tomas (their Business Expert). He and his manager were both upbeat and courteous, they answered all my questions and concerns, and Tomas assured me he was just a phone call away if I needed anything after leaving the store. Their customer service expectations are superior to all other AT&T stores we have used in the area. I highly recommend heading there and asking for Tomas if you want excellent customer service.
I stopped by this location to buy a new charger expecting to have to wait a while since they are usually quite busy in these stores. To my surprise I was in and out within a few minutes! What a pleasant surprise! The Employee was very helpful and like I said, I wasnt there very long at all.

I cant say enough good things about my service yesterday. My phone wasnt working correctly and it turned out I had a small crack on the screen. Jeremy was so friendly and helpful and got my repair warranty going immediately. Brandon the repair guy had my phone spotless and brand new in about an hour. I went to this store today because my boyfriend told me thereβs always been great customer service here. He was right! I am a previous sprint customer who hasnβt been treated the best in the past. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Dakota. He took care of everything we needed so fast, and even helped us pick out accessories for my new phone. He was so knowledgeable about the products! My boyfriend left the store and told me we were never going to another phone salesman again - he made our experience great!
UPDATE: I went back and worked with Mike and Brett. They both were very kind and helpful in getting our old phones traded in. Brett was surprised to see the work ticket sticker on my new phone. He gave me a phone number to call to share my concerns (it eventually worked, I will update to 4 stars). I would get new phones from the store before I ever bought online again.**Manager Jeff called me back and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He is terrific.Original review: My online order from AT&T had issues. I wanted to know why the new phone I received was opened, missing an item, and the phone had a work ticket sticker. The phone support agent said I needed to go to a store for help. The agent in the store could not answer so I asked if we could ask a manager. The manager was less than 10 feet from me when he asked her, so I asked if she could come talk to me about it. She would not speak to me and whispered to the agent instead. He came back to tell me they could do nothing. They would not exchange the phone and they would not call support to see if they could get better answers. The only reason I originally gave 2 stars is because the agent was very polite and helped get me started on setting up the phone. This manager was rude and I was shocked she would not say a word to me after I asked for her help.
Bought an Iphone 12 pro max and when i got home I notice the hotspot didnt work called tech support for at&t and Apple both said no problem just exchange it at the store so I went to the store in Auburn Hills 2 days later and was told by Alex they do not return or exchange defective phones and i would have to go through Apple to get it fixed. [even on a brand new phone]and there would be a $55 restocking fee [On a $1300 defective phone]Both At&t and Apple said that is simply not true and the should have exchanged it at no cost because it was less than 2 weeks oldIf I didnt want the Phone I would understand that policy But I just wanted a Phone that I purchased to work. Exchange it for the same thing and they wouldnt. I went to a different At&t store and they did it with no ProblemSo Just know If you Buy a Iphone From Auburn Hills store Your stuck with the run around all by yourself. they will not Stand behind there products.After 25 years and 9 lines with At&t, Verizon is looking pretty good.
Random charges trying to get the most money out of you. Adding two apple watches to our account raised the bill a little over $200 very disappointed and switching!

I had a life changing experience at the AT&T store on Baldwin in Auburn Hills the other day--my faith in humanity is restored! Aaron was a saint-- so kind & patient with all my needs. After a long & frustrating experience with customer service over the phone, he was able to finally accomplished what nobody had been able to achieve in 5 months! I may never visit another location ever again! AT&T should clone Aaron & give him a raise for how kind & knowledgeable he is & for ensuring the complete satisfaction of his customers! π
Not only did I receive wonderful customer service today purchasing a new phone, I was surrounded by wonderful people. I had to bring the girl with special needs I care for with me (she loves being around people, so errands are her favorite) and although she generally behaved like an angel, an employee offered to put a show on to cure her clear boredom (AT&T wasnβt quite the party like Meijer is for her lol). Although we didnβt take him up on it, we appreciated the offer!As we were leaving she unfortunately suffered a seizure as we were walking to the car. Although this is a part of her life & we are always prepared for them, itβs always scary nonetheless.Unfortunately, everyone had a clear view out of the big windows because her seizing started right in front of my car. As we were sitting there preparing for the worst and waiting for it to pass, a couple of employees came out to offer us reassurance and help if needed. This was not necessary but deeply appreciated. She went back to her happy self just as fast as the seizure came on.I just wanted to share this story to let anyone that reads this know that I was of course expecting great customer service, I was not expecting to encounter such kind people. Also to let everyone working there today know that she is okay & say thank you for going out of your way to be so kind!Iβm sure most AT&T branches have employees with exceptional customer service, but the AT&T branch in Auburn Hills have employees with genuine hearts to top it off.Thank you again!

First time having a smooth experience with att. I had a scheduled appointment to fix my cracked screen, they were very prompt with appt time and quick with the fix. While my phone was getting fixed. Alex helped me with upgrading to the new iPhone! He was very informative explained everything and got me the best deals possible! So by the time my phone was fixed I was already halfway set up with the new phone and was out in a timely manner! Thanks Alex!

Bought the TV, internet n phone package. Havent had more than 2 weeks without problems. The manager is great but the assistant manager is NOT pleasant. She was irritated that we wanted answers and wanted us out of her hair! 611 customer service sucks. Be careful before buying AT&T TV service. Have had the service for 2 months now. Locked out at least 6 times so far
Jaimis at this store has taken care if our company account for at least a couple years now. He makes whatever we need happen!!! We had a slight hiccup with the last Apple Watch and he spent a lot of his own time trying to contact the necessary departments, and stayed on the case until it was working! This store has worked very hard to make our company account work smoothly.
I moved home from Florida in 2015 & had terrible service from MetroPCS ever since ( I was with MetroPCS for 8 years ) lucky for me a very nice guy named Jaimis at the Auburn hills location convinced me to make the switch & I havent lost service since! I even went ahead & got a new Apple iPad pro as well and that was life changing for my business! Go see JAIMIS !!!he will put your worries at ease!

The staff was very friendly even though I was upset because of some ongoing problems. They made me feel so welcome and taken care of. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and his eight years of experience made solving the issue totally painless even after spending hours on the phone with customer service with no results. For 10 days I could not receive texts on my iPhone from friends with Android phones. On my third attempt to find out why, the ATT rep suggested a new SIM card. That took care of my issue. ππ

BUYER BEWARE. This store will have sign saying one price and it will be differentWhen you bring it to their attention they will say it was a sale that ended and will not honor the price displayed by phone. Also they will tell you one trade in value but then will get a letter from at&t stating you do not qualify and it will be to late.

I havenβt actually been into this location but I called to inquire about a phone number change due to a security breach with my contact information. I spoke with Austin who was absolutely wonderful to speak to. He was so friendly and even though I will have to have customer service change my number (in order to not pay the fee) opposed to doing it in store, I am extremely satisfied with the service I was given. If all the employees are like Austin this store is in really good shape.

Wow the way I was just treated was horrific!!! I called into the store 25 mins prior to closing to purchase an iPad Pro as a gift for my daughter. I called in because of the friendly sign that says curbside service or in store. I felt no need at the time to go into the store because I was respecting the social distancing policy. After remaining on hold patiently I noticed the customer service reps beginning to close the store. I got out of the car & approached the door & notice the door was locked. The rep on the inside began doing hand motions to what appeared to say they were closed. I showed him my phone & that I was on hold with one of the other reps inside store. He came to the door looked at my phone & said that wasnβt the right number. I instantly went into google to show home the address & the phone number attached to the location. The rep goes into the back to speak with someone I assuming because thatβs when the rep I was initially on the phone with answered the phone. I explained to him that i was left on hold for 25 mins & counting & that I was the customer coming to purchase the iPad. He put me on another hold to only come back & say hey Iβm sorry we closed down the registers already & they couldnβt do anything to help me. Wooowwwww after arriving at the store in well enough time &!being placed on hold for that length of time this was how I was treated. The rep says just come back tomorrow & Iβll take care of you, REALLY? I asked him why would he come back to my place of business after to spend your money if I treated him the way I was just treated. He then says you just want to be mad. Well donβt I have the right to be after being treated like an unvalued customer?
