Just spoke with Janelle about exchanging my shoes she was great fast with service stated that Ill be there tomorrow she was like ok see you tomorrow thank you Janelle Baby Blue :)

STAY AWAY. Horrible company to work with. Came in & purchased 3 shoes as a first time customer at this location. 4 weeks later, still never received the shoe. I had to call and track down what’s going on with my shoes. The manager Janelle never called me back after leaving several notes. Moses B., the assistant manager I spoke to on the phone, said the regional manager Lauren T. was going to offer me a complimentary shoe for the inconveniences of the store forgetting to ship out my shoe almost 4 weeks later, calling several times without the manager getting back with me, and more. After finally receiving the shoe a couple days later, they then said they will NOT be giving a complimentary shoe for the inconvenience. I asked to speak to the manager, Janelle who never called me back after leaving several notes, & she kept insisting that I should be grateful for receiving my shoe that I paid for, 4 weeks later and that they did a favor for me to send out my shoe that I paid for. Speaking to the manager Janelle and the regional manager, Lauren, was like speaking to a teenager going through puberty. Bratty and unhinged. I will never shop here again after the lack of professionalism and the way they treated me and spoke to me. Beware.

The outlet store of Steve Madden and has a good selection of shoes to chose from.

Lovely selection of mens and womens shoes in their well set out clean store. Prices were clearly marked and, post Christmas, there was a sale on with lots of awesome special deals on winter stock. Helpful friendly knowledgable staff - not pushy - who knew their stock well & were able to offer a few alternatives similar to what we were looking for. My only gripe is that there was a very limited range of shoes that had a square toe box for preventing bunions.

Awful company, bought shoes and they did not fit so I wanted to return them but they will only let me if I return it in store (I bought them on vacation and the nearest store to me is 70+ miles). I have never seen a company care less than they do.
