We went to Shoe Carnival today to find shoes that would match my daughters Snowcoming dress. The lady who helped us was wonderful! She found us the perfect shoe and was able to make my teenage daughter very happy! Thank you!

So after accideny playing a duplicate order I immediately went to my order status to cancel. No such avenue exists. You have to contact them. Immediately I reached out by email (no response), phone (no answer, waited for an hour and a half), chat now option ( no answer, waited with it up on my computer for two hours), then tried opening a claim through the contact page ( you guessed it!! No response!!! says someone will contact you in 24 hours !) this goes on for DAYS, A WEEK! I literally wake up everyday and try to contact them all the ways I mentioned above. No response. I continue to try to just simply get in touch with ONE person from their company. Everyday, multiple times a day. Then (still without contacting me back) they decide to ship my order and charge my card. After 5 or 6 days of pleading them to cancel the order. FINALLY after a two hour wait I get ahold of someone in the chat now option. Says “that’s their system so they can ship items immediately” well my order wasn’t shipped immediately. Days and days of communication and THEN YOU STILL SHIPPED IT. Arguing for a day with this company they won’t just refund my money. Want me to ship the items back, take time away from my day to do so and then I have to pay $6 to send them back???! Then wait two weeks for a refund. I tell them no, they say we will send you a prepaid label and it will take weeks to get to you by email ?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ And then another few weeks to get a refund. Just pure craziness. Omg any other company I’ve ever ordered from just allows you to cancel the order. I just am at a loss for words

Great prices and service.

The only person that was any help was the lady checking everyone out. The guys on the floor didnt help or ask if I needed help. They disappeared and I went looking for anyone that would assist me. Had to wait for the nice, and helpful lady at checkout.

Great store too bad they have closed all other locations. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about what they had and where in the store it was located. Will go back if they are still around.

Typical Shoe Carnival experience. Nothing special. Clean store. Lots of inventory. You are basically on your own to discover your shoe needs.Very reasonable prices. Buying shoes here will save your family money.

Love the Shoe Carnival that place is awesome and the one in the Great Lakes Crossing Mall with Nick and I do believe Lisa very professional again love the store excuse me his name was Eric they were very professional very helpful can friendly and nice and you know all that jazz

Employee never knowledge customer and they got shoes that way above everyone head. Grab shoes we went and all the box came flying at my sister another customer my son and my head and none employee came check to see what happend. We end up leaving the store not buy anything and wont be back. And yes we was becareful on grabbing the shoes but there so many boxes it was hard to control.
