Cds disorganized, not many cds or dvds in there anymore. Way small compared to how large the place was when it first opened. Sad to see cds and dvds going so fast!!

This is easily the nicest looking FYE I have shopped. No empty panels or random empty bins.

FYI, FYE is still around. They sell CDs and DVDs too. Like, what year is this, amirite? Dont want to forget the fact the prices are sky high, either. Like, the prices were as high as the wannabe goth/anime girl behind the register. How is this place still in business?

Not as great as I remember. Nice to see one though. Took me back. Staff was fine but nothing that really wowed me.

Have a great options for technology and collectibles. The vinyl stock is very good.

They have a pretty decent TV show selection. Wished they had a bigger 70s variety, lots of rerun fans say that was a good sitcom era.

Every cool store had all the Nickelodeon dvds 📀 like cat-dog n others

They literally have the best exclusive anime items and a huge variety of funkos. Not to mention the vinyl section. The only downside is that they sell out fast and dont restock all too quickly. I always make sure to stop in every once in awhile though just incase.

I used to love this place. Perhaps Covid has played a role, but the DVD selection at the GLC location is lacking tremendously. Seems like theyve lost touch with their customer base.

We went looking for funko pops. They had an assortment.

Lots of fun stuff but also a lot of empty or messy shelves

Wish they stopped mainly doing my hero academia and naruto things and more of like evangelion or konosuba anime products. Despite that still 5 star.

My cashier Anton was very nice, however did not tell me he was signing me up for the rewards club. He asked if I had a coupon and I said no. He told me he would give me one for 10% off. He then goes on and signs me up and as an 18 year old I am very confused. He has me pick 3 magazines to get for free and tells me to call a certain number to cancel. I had no idea what he was doing, I just wanted to check out. Saving 20 cents did nothing, and I had to call and cancel my $11.99 a month membership because he did not explain it to me.

This store is so cool, they have all sorts of interesting things here and I never expected to find this perfect gift for my sister, who happens to love Japanese food and stuff!

If you are looking for Vinyl, Funkos and Anime candys, it is the correct please.

Great store, lots of pops

Its not what it used to be. I understand that they had to downsize because of the competition out there and more folks streaming their media instead of purchasing it. I still cant believe their prices for a lot of their product. Its usually 35% higher than any other location that you would go to to purchase the same product. If they try to be a bit more competitive they would get more of my business. I still enjoy coming in here because they do have a larger variety of media for you to look at.

The girl clerk with the blue highlights and glasses is very disrespectful lacks enthusiasm as a worker and refused to give me info on items I was looking for in the store gives a bad name to this company

Love it one of my favorite stores to go to. Just bought a headset there on clearance for twelve dollars regular fifty dollars. Insane always have deals on speakers and head phones. Cute stuffed animals. Great tees that have cute stuff on them or like comic books or manga stuff great stuff. They have tons of weird food to try and Japanese food really cool place love it. Always go when Im in great like mall.

I really want to like this place and really wanted the only complaint to be that they were overpriced but they will scam you with there membership telling you its free to get a percentage off your purchase, then months later you realize theres multiple magazine subscriptions being charged to your account. You then call their offices, the magazine headquarters multiple times, they tell you its canceled but they still end up charging you for the rest of the year ended up having to cancel a credit card for this place. They have lost all my respect because of that. According to Yelp and Google multiple people have experienced this.

Very great nerdy store. Absolutely love the fact that they carry the coolest product. From living dead dolls to superhero merchandise. And the most randomly oustanding items just like the stickers in this collage.

This store has a great variety of merchandise. It might take them some time to get newly released kpop albums but eventually they become available. The staff is helpful too.

My son really enjoys going to this place when we go out to Great Lakes Crossing he always seems to find something that he wants me to buy in the prices there are usually not too bad he ended up getting a pair of earpods for $19.99 originally $39.99 which to me was a good deal. My son is a big wrestling fan and usually can find something there DVD wise that he does not own so overall this store is a pretty cool score

What a transformation! FYE used to be a music and movie store. Now they are a small music and movie store with a TON of pop culture gifts, gags and apparel. I thought it was a very clever adapation to a market that no longer embraced people buying physical media. There was something for everyone... Dr.Who, Game of Thrones, horror movies and Harry Potter... just to name a few.

This place always has everything new and trending. There usually are a lot of sales. Employees are very helpful if you are trying to find something and pretty knowledgeable about stuff.

Pricey!!! No EXPENSIVE!!!!! but the things youll find here you wont find in a local store of any kind. Lots of anima, POP, And exclusives. Worth the go.

I remember when this place was a huge store, still has great variety of music & movies. Some apparel.

Certain collectible items were visibly damaged with no care or discounts given whatsoever, but other than that, they were fully stocked and knowledgeable about their products. Employees were as friendly as could be considering corporate limitations.

Love FYE, I am still one to buy CDs of albums I love. And FYE has them. They also have it on stock so theres no waiting a week or so.
