I recently bought an SUV from Mario (about a month ago) and it was the best experience! He’s was reasonable with the price and was so welcoming and answered all of my questions. He made sure everything was set with the car and was very transparent. 10/10 recommend!

Mario has been my mechanic for over twenty years. Ive bought several cars from him and always gotten a good to great value out of them. You cannot compare the prices on a car that has been thoroughly checked out by a professional to some online ran when parked price.He does repairs in the most economical way, instead of just replacing whole systems like a dealership would. He explains how things work, your options for repairs, and will show you parts hes replaced.

My wife and I bought a Chevy traverse on 3-1120. Mario was very thoughtful to make sure the vehicle met our budget. There was no pressure in the sale process. I will recommend anybody to stop by and see what he has to offer. You will not be let down.

Mario is a skilled mechanic and one of the most fair I have come across. I trust Mario to make sure my car is safe for my family even though they treat it like a trash can half the time. It’s a relief to know that if I have an issue with my car I have somewhere to take it to be fixed where it will be quickly diagnosed and fixed and I don’t have to worry about being sold a bunch of expensive parts I don’t really need. Mario fixed my 2009 Toyota Matrix!! Needed an oil change, rear motors, and there was a weird noise. He fixed all that and it’s driving like new. He always communicated to me what he was doing and it was a fair price. Thanks Mario !

Mario is the MAN!! I originally had gone to Pine Crest Motors for a car, I already had one but wanted to get rid of it, the amount of repairs needed I just could not afford. Mario looked over the issues with my car & had my car on the lift & showed me where the problems were & which ones really needed to be taken care of. Between parts & labor his prices really cannot be beat. I trust him 100% with my car. & I normally would never trust anyone. It is hard in todays world to find someone who takes pride in what they do, & can make an honest living. Mario made sure my car was repaired & at a good cost. He never tried to screw me over or sell me thing so did not need, like how other places have done to me in the past. I didnt even have everything to pay up front but he managed to work with me. Going forward this will be the only mechanic who I will have repair my vehicle. He is kind, compassionate, extremely understanding & he gets the job done. Even before he worked on it he would call me in advance to make sure we both were on the same page. I highly recommend Pine Crest Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle or even to get yours repaired. You wont find another like this guy. & if you do, there isnt many people like this left in the world. Pinecrest Motors is the place to go for Auto repairs. Mario is extremely fair with his prices. Hes very honest and always call you before doing any work. Its the only place we go to. I have been a customer of Pinecrest Motors for over five years. He has worked on my vehicles in the past. Recently I purchased an SUV from Mario. He has serviced this vehicle and my previous ones and has always treated me fairly. I’ve always been satisfied with his work.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! Mario sold me a 2010 Kia Rio 5 speed without ANY luxuries and only 92000 miles on it for 3500.00. The car was back and forth 5 times. He keeps on saying Im within the 30 day warranty.....Let that sink in because that was the basis of our encounters. Id bring the car in with an issue ( list consists of a windshield that was cracked at purchase (A bill of 150.00), 2 front links (bill of 150.00 within the 30 days), a faulty starter solenoid [remember this for later], a faulty #3 coil which he stated he didnt charge me for (within 30 days) but somehow a tuneup in which I provided 95% of the parts for that was done at the same time still had a bill of 175.00, a 245.00 rebuilt new starter with a final bill of 600.69, and the newest of dilemmas: a skipped timing belt which took from friday through tuesday just to diagnose with bent rockers and a parts cost of more than 1000.00. The car only has 97000 miles on it to date. I have driven it only 5000 miles since my ownership started on 11-10-2018.Needless to say I pulled the work from Mario and am going to Sullys in Warwick. Not once, did he acknowledge that he sold me a lemon. Not once, did try to work with me so that his customer did not feel cheated...maybe offer another vehicle. Nope. Not once. I have been riding my bike 8 miles each way to get to work at 7am (this was during the 5 day diagnosis - which I had to call him or go to him for information, he never initiated a customer call)I will never go to him again. I was a customer from the initial purchase then kept him as my mechanic. I have kept all the documentation and I will be seeking legal action.Mario; You should be ashamed of yourself. You did me dirty and underhanded. I will NOT let this slide.5/4/2020: update: Was forced to scrap the vehicle at 100,889 miles after putting in 3957.37 worth of mandatory repairs (this does not include regular maintenance). I got 100.00 for it. Mario: You suck.

I wouldn’t do business with them, selling an old 04 Ford Explorer for $5k when it’s valued at $1k?!?! And their justification is because it is? If he’s doing business like this, I can’t Imagine the labor they’re charging and ripping people off!!!

I have known Mario, the owner for years. Helped me out and my kids for years.
