Recently my Good Friend bought a used car from Joe, the owner, and this turned out to be a very good deal for her. Last week I had an exhaust leak, and although a gasket in the system did not seal completely at first (it was the one that was called for), the mechanic spent a number of hours correcting the problem until it was completely fixed - at no extra charge to me! Both he and the owners son stood by their work. This shows Honesty to me! In another, more recent experience - my car was stalling, and the Check Engine Light came on. Their mechanic took ignition parts out, examined them, and decided that they were all adequate. Instead of charging me for new, unnecessary parts - he re-installed the good parts that I had, charged me minimal labor for this, and discovered that some bad gas (NOT bought here!) was the problem! The car runs fine now - and that is ANOTHER example of HONESTY !!

My tailpipe had disconnected from the muffler. Their non ASE qualified person cut a piece of pipe,connected it together with two clamps not tighted and while my truck was on the lift would not let me myself look to see if I were satisfided. Put my truck down drove it to the side and shut it off.Chargeing me $130.00 I had to drive 80 miles with a loud truck.The next day I returned with a muffler for them to fix the real problem and was asked to pay another $70.00 which I refused to pay and was told to leave his shop.I have submitted paperwork to BBB .Dont waste your time with there repair shop.
