Before I had found Landes Family Auto my used car shopping experience was really poor. I met a lot of car salesmen that gave me unreasonable prices or we’re trying to be deceptive in some sort of way . I didn’t get any of that at Landes. I found an SUV at an great price and was given the best friendly and attentive service a customer could hope for. I now refer my friends and family members to this dealership if they’re ever looking for a car or auto shop services. Really happy with my experience at this business and would definitely recommend you giving it a shot !!

Weve had a car service here many times I cannot explain the owners here they are so unbelievable and family oriented. We bought a car here just recently in fact were driving it today and we are totally blown away and we always know that these people will stand behind every single thing they sell and every single thing they do thank you so much. They provide real advice, patiently answer questions and help tailor a good fit for you car needs as well as walking you through financing. I also can’t say enough good things about their mechanic staff. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable and upfront about any needs I have had for my car. My first car purchase with this dealership was as consistent as with my second. Where do I even begin, I wish I could give 10 stars. Brent and his wife are an amazing duo and the honesty is 100%. The whole time I was going through the process of test driving and the sale itself, I felt like I was heard and did not feel like I was being pressured at all. Both went out of there way to make the whole process a breeze. I just asked out of curiosity if the car had a second remote start key and Brent said that it does not, but went out of his way to get the second key for the car. Usually when you drive a used car, you can feel that its used in some way, but the 2011 Lincoln MKX drove amazing and mechanically sound. The backup camera was flipped upside down when I went to go test drive and I brought it up to him and he is getting it fixed right away. Not to mention, we had a trade in and he gave me a very good trade in value and even had his wife come physically down to my apartment to deliver the car and take my old one. The tank was also completely filled when I received it and the car was completely detailed from head to toe. He also had the oil changed and the alignment done. Down the road when its time for another car I would definitely buy from Landes Auto Sales again. Absolutely amazing.

Overall great car buying experience here. Simple and straightforward. I ended up driving almost 2 hours to test drive a manual impreza and thankfully it was worth it. Brent was very straight forward and helpful, up front he told me that the car had an aftermarket clutch and even though it wasnt slipping he said hed replace it with the OEM clutch if I wanted and let me test drive a subaru crosstrek with the same power train to compare. I ended up liking the aftermarket clutch better and keeping it how it was.Before I picked up the car he also had new tires put on (good ones too) and serviced and detailed the rest of the car to insure the car was in good condition for inspection and going forward. He made sure I felt comfortable letting him know if the car had any issues and that hed take care of them. (No issues so far). This is the 4th car Ive bought used that was under 10 grand and this was by far the best experience. Never felt harassed and Brent seemed to genuinely care that things went well for me (witch is unfortunately rare).After the purchase Brent and his team were helpful and pleasant, answered my questions and helped make sure I got what I needed. I definately would recommend buying a used car at Landes Family Auto.

Well put it this way My wife test drive the suv she wanna drive she like it and brent and hes wife when the extra mile and I mean the extra mile and more for us to get this truck very concerned polite friendly was unbelievable I can thanks the two of them enough they either help us to get the insurance for us and we gat a good deal and both the suv and insurance so to Brent and hes wife thank you. This is a small home town feel dealership who still really cares. Straightforward and honest in my opinion. I traded my car in towards an SUV that was in awesome condition. I would recommend Kyle to anyone. He will definitely take care of you to the best he is capable to.

My purchasing experience here in December 2018 was fantastic. As I was purchasing my first car, I had done a lot of research about local dealers in the area before going to look and Landes Family Auto certainly lived up to their ratings. Kyle and Brent were patient, honest, and fair. They cared more about getting me into the right vehicle and creating quality service than simply earning a buck. They took care of everything I needed to get registered and inspected, made sure they went over every detail of the car with me, and were willing to work with me to get in my price range. Trustworthiness is not often a word associated with car dealers but I felt nothing but confident during the process that Landes would provide me with a safe vehicle and honest buying experience.

All the great things that come to mind cant even fit in the space allotted by Google reviews. Landes Family Auto has been phenomenal! From the selecting of our Volvo (no hi pressure sales) to the follow up service and even oil changes they have been great. They work with my schedule, and I have off hours, their prices are very competitive and without any sacrifice in quality. Kyle has been the face of the company for me and as another reviewer stated, he is definitely the man. Very pleasant to deal with. I bought my Subaru from Landes and go whenever I need anything (oil changes, fuel pump replacement, tire rotation, transmission line repair). They are the most reasonably priced for repairs and car sales, and they look out for their returning customers. They also have animals to pet while you wait. Every staff member is amazing. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had. Kyle is extremely helpful and understanding. Bought my 2008 Liberty from them a year and a half/ 25,000 miles ago. It was a great, no pressure buying experience and the staff went the extra mile to help me get into the Jeep ASAP. Bought a truck from them two years ago, have driven it over 20K miles. Overall Im satisfied, I got a clean and solid vehicle without any notable problems, they went through it well. The only negative is they can be spotty on responding, you may have to call them several times to get something done but its likely due to the small size of the staff. They are friendly, honest, and pretty flexible and will work with you to get you in for service, which is priced quite well.

This was the first time I purchased a used car not through a dealer. I always had reservations about the used car lots and tended to avoid them at all costs. If that is/was also like you, then throw that stigma out the window and give Landes a try. I worked with Kyle – and like others mentioned here – there was absolutely no pressure. We exchanged emails a few times, starting with me inquiring about a Kia Forte and giving him my budget. He was super easy to work with and got a deal done without any hassles or the usual back-and-forths with the manager. I feel like I got a great deal from a great family guy, and know that the vehicle was inspected by their mechanics before leaving the lot. About 30 minutes of signing papers, and I was out the door with my new/used car. I cant say enough good things about Kyle and Landes Family Auto Sales.

I give them 3 stars because I happened to buy a lemon from them. That being said, the dealership was great to deal with when I bought it. The few issues I had at the time -they resolved right away. The whole staff was helpful and friendly. They were very flexible in meeting me around my schedule. I give them the benefit of the doubt that they didnt know the extent of problems with my car. 6 months into owning it I replaced a wheel bearing, rear differential, tires, rear shocks and brakes. 1yr into ownership and the entire HVAC system had to be replaced. Heater core, thermostat, water pump, radiator, hvac control unit, head gasket, and various hoses and sensors - the entire system had blockages from somebody putting jbweld into the radiator to stop a leak(prior to ownership). Over 4000 dollars in repairs later, I still have 4yrs on my loan and a lemon of a car.

A great car-buying experience from start to finish! I went to Landes because they had four different used Subarus in stock that I was interested in. Kyles low-key and helpful approach was a refreshing change from the high-pressure tactics of salesmen on the automile in Norwood. Their cars are in excellent condition, clean and a fair value. Kyle offered me a fair trade-in price for my used Subaru and we quickly came to an agreement on the car I wanted. A few days later I picked up my freshly waxed and detailed Outback. It runs great and I love it! Five stars all around, you wont find a better used car dealer.
