I have been going there for at least a year having my oil changed the older man there is extremely RUDE !!!! I have dealt with him for a while and just ignored it but last Saturday he talked to me like a child for not having an appointment so I booked one and went back on that Monday went in and no-one ever came out to even acknowledged me that day. So I called today and talked to that VERY rude man and told him I will never go back there... Such a shame I was loyal went every 5 months paid top dollar. NEVER EVER GOING BACK !!!!!!!!!!

Went in to fix front brakes not a week later found out installed incorrectly and had to get them re installed at another location also ask for rear brake inspection said it was fine when I got my fronts fixed. That week later I found out my rear breaks were really bad and caliber started leaking could’ve been prevented but they rushed the job and didn’t make sure to do the inspection he told me to my face he did costed me 1200$

I tried to support local business seeing i drive 20 miles away to go to valvoline for oil changes cause Im on and out in 30 minutes but coming here took almost over 2 hrs to get my oil changed!! After the 1st hour went by i had to make sure everything was ok..then to be told they have the wrong filter and Id have to wait for it to be delivered with out a time frame ...i guess you have to drop your car off..which is not helpful when running errands

I came in to get an oil change and I was taken right away and was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable gentleman. I’ve been receiving synthetic blend oil change for my 2017 Honda Accord I didn’t want to pay for the expensive oil and he had patience and kindness and explained why I needed the synthetic oil not the synthetic blend. Even the mechanic knew what he was doing. Anyways overall I will trust this Midas! They certainly have a touch.

I came in complaining of noise. Paid $375 to get a wheel bearing replaced, after complaining of noise on the right side they replaced bearing on the left. After the work was done I was told the right side needed to be replaced as well. As money is tight, I could not. After making my way to the highway the car is just as loud as before and Im not entirely sure how to gage whether or not my car is in better shape now than before.

*The only place* I will ever bring my car!! They are very trust worthy, work hard and very good at what they do! I would recommend to family and friends! I see a lot of good and bad reviews but it also depends on your attitude! Nothing is free orcheap and disrespecting people will not help you get it for free or cheap. Keep in mind they work just as hard as anyone else!

Went to pick up my car after they did a 2100 dollar job, only to find a huge scratch along the passenger side door which was definitely not there when I dropped it off. I told the manager Ian about it and he played stupid of course. I will definitely not be going back there, nothing but hack job liars that work there.

The people here are awesome. I went there for oil change. They did complete auto care and told me my car was in great shape no issues without asking and didnt pay for it.I spent few minutes waiting for my car.This is my second time in a row of sending my car there. Their price is within budget.

One of their mechanics, Matt hes one of the best they got, hes so friendly and honest. He put a water pump in my Toyota and my car has been running like a champ. I recommend everyone go to Midas. Their whole crew is a great bunch of guys :)

Asked for an estimate Saturday thru email about my problem with my car. Monday morning they got back to me, possible heat shield rattling. If it is, no charge. Went there 5 min later fixed no charge. Highly recommend. Fast courteous service.

Do not Service your car here. Changed starter and belts. Week later check engine light comes on. Its the crank shaft sensor.. Brought it back immediately . Mangers says its not their problem take my business elsewhere after long argument. Brought to another mechanic. Needs new starter and belts were over torqued.. Awful work..people..and customer Service. SCAMMERS!!! Dont even get an oil change

Contrary to the name Midas - which is a national chain specializing in mufflers - this shop can handle most any repair on your vehicle. Honest and fair they also deliver the car when promised. Chris who is the manager is very nice to deal with and many times he works as a mechanic himself. Highly recommended!!!

Buyer beware. Classic mechanic schemes. Left the cap loose after an oil change, causing me to leak oil, and possibly damage my car because all my lights came on shortly after I went to their shop. Took 4 hours to do a break pad and rotor replacement because they apparently ordered the wrong part from a nearby affiliate. Didnt bother to tell me what was going on as I patiently waited outside. Mechanic gave a visiting buddy the star treatment while I waited confused as to why it was taking so long, and my car was up on the jacks untouched. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked what the holdup was. Price was more than originally quoted, and I left with a new vibration in my front end, which they apparently did nothing with except take the tires off and put them back on badly.

So the guy in the front was extremely unprofessional. Wouldnt even put on my tires that I bought from a store even though they advertise they do that very job. He instead wanted me to buy their expensive tires. He also kept taking his facemask off.

Had work done on my car a few months ago, everything seemed fine atfirst, ive been driving my work truck for the past few months, havent really had to drive my car, today i opened my door to get a somthing from my glove box and noticed that my open trunk button was missing, i found it in my ashtray along with a few tiny broken brackets, i didnt think too much of it and just popped the button back in place, it no longer worked and after playing with it for a few i gave up, the trunk also has a key so i can still access it. I ahut my glove box and as soon as it clicked the carpet panel under my dash on the passenger and driver side dropped down reveling zip ties holding it into place in all the spots where the brackets broke, aswell as 2 spots that required small bolts to hold the panel up. It is clear to me that who ever worked on my car had trouble getting the panel off and decided to just rip it off, then instead 9f securing it properly, they decided to rig it together not as a permanent but just enough so that i wouldnt notice, i spent over 600 for all the work i had them do and this is the kind of service i got. Gave 2 stars because Ian came out and showed me how to reset my low tire sensor and was very kind in doing so, but i promise next time ill be taking my money elsewhere.

Took them 3 visits to get my tire fixed properly. They finally did it right, but Im not taking it back here next time.

Brought my own parts and asked for good faith estimate on just Labor to instal rotor and break pads on each wheel, John quoted me for $125. When I picked it up the bill was $250. I challenged them on doubling the good faith estimate and John claimed to have quoted me per axel . The manager got involved and got very hostile claiming he was going to take the break pads off if I did lent pay double the good faith estimate. They have been very helpful in the past and Ive brought my car there multiple times but due to this treatments I will never go back . I will report my experience to corporate and the Better Business Bureau

DeceitfulsThat place is awful!!. i went there for ATF level check, they put my car up in air but no body touched to check the level, then the rude front disk guy told me all set and ask me for 50$, i told him what the heck??? nobody touched the car and you my money ? he said check was done, i asked how did the guys do it . he printed out a paper showing the procedure and i insisted that no even touch the car and i insisted then he said we will do it again for you, but they didn’t know even know how to do it and when i complained on internet, they said your car was overfilled and we fixed . but in fact the rude front disk guy told me level was ok and nothing need to be done

Thieves, liars, I had my nissan sentra sent over there for a muffler. which they did fine. when I went back for my brakes, they said I had to have my control arm redone by last mechanic, (idont know whether last mechanic actually fixed it) Then they proceeded to pretend to fix my brakes. I drove away and they were still grinding. brought them back. they told me the brakes were bent by the last mechanic who fixed the control arm, and there was nothing they could do. I was told I needed to buy a new car.Iwas prob. charged a total of $1000 for work on a 1996 nissan sentra. I could have bought another similar car for about that price. Talk about taking advantage of a woman who doesnt know cars! Dont ever go here for service unless you feel like paying good money for a pretend brake job.
