The gelato wasn’t fresh and I thought it was overpriced.

This is a Really chill and relaxed place a very low light atmosphere. They have a good selection of ice cream and cakes. They also have a bar here which make even greater! When I came here I had the cappicino gelato and it was flavorful.

Just found this place by accident. Some of the best gelato we have found in the Atlanta area. Cute area hidden in the city. Will be back to try more flavors.

Love this area! caffe Antico is located in Little Italia which is run by a guy from Italy. Its very authentic and reminds me of places I went to in Italy!

Went there closer to their closing time. Had a Neapolitan which is a combo of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice creams. I requested the server to swap out the strawberry for the tiramisu, but he said he couldnt. This was quite strange and the server wasnt friendly. Also, they didnt give the biscotti thats supposed to be part of the Neapolitan as apparently they were out of it. The chocolate ice cream was my favourite followed by vanilla. Hope that next time is a better overall experience.

Guessing just ordering a cup of coffee late in the day is not in their wheelhouse. Lukewarm average flavor really expensive tiny cup of coffee. Oh, you want cream? Pour yourself some out of this quart carton when I get it from the fridge. Big selection of gilatto, if you want that. They should give the coffee away or step it up a little if gonna charge for it.

Cute little cafe and gelateria across the street from Antico pizza. We ordered the triple scoop special of the day, it was quite limited in size. Theres no tasting allowed. The flavors of pistachio, vanilla and strawberry were nice together. I didnt try anything from the lineup of Illy cafe espresso drinks. May return because of its proximity to Antico.

Great atmosphere with excellent cappuccino! The torta al cioccolato and frutti di bosco were tasty as well.

Just a heads up, Cafe Antico is now located inside of Gio’s Sicilian Pie! The gelato was very good, and the staff was nice and prompt. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because they don’t serve waffle cones :( But other than that, good experience. Plenty of outdoor seating.

We got here 30 minutes before closing time, there was so much smoke smell, the employees were definitely smoking inside the place.The girl had such a bad attitude serving us.Definitely not coming back to this place. Shame!!

I bought the coffee ice cream. I loved it. It was so delicious. It is a little pricey for the little bit of ice cream you get.

Cute little shop, said they were closed online but they let me order a coffee this morning before work which was awesome! I got a lavender iced latte with almond milk, I do wish they had coconut or soy milk as an option as well but I made do and it was pretty good!

Having ice cream after filling my stomach with some wine at Antico made my day just perfect!

Ive been coming here to get coffee fairly often for the past month. The service has always been decent, and the coffee is very good. Today was a completely different experience. My girlfriend and I walked down the street early in the evening to get some iced coffees. The two employees behind the coffee counter completely ignored us for about 5 minutes before another employee helping a family with gelato told them to come help us. They proceeded to slowly make our coffees, all the while making rude remarks to each other about having to serve us. The coffees we received had nearly no ice in them and tasted predominantly of milk. When asked to remake them, they were combative and reluctant to listen to us. Overall, this was a very poor experience and completely unexpected.We will be contacting the manager to relay the substandard service.

Adorable hole in the wall gelato shop. Decor outside feels like Naples Italy with rustic details. Fun environment for groups as the seating is endless.

Came by to try this place on a Saturday morning. Not sure if their hours are listed incorrectly, but we arrived at 11:25 AM waiting for them to open at 11:30. There were 8 people (including us) waiting for them to open. We watched one employee walk in and out without acknowledging any of us. After waiting until 11:45, we left since it appeared they were not going to open soon.Seems like it would be in the cafes best interest to open on time to help generate business for Antico and Gios on Saturday. Based on some other reviews, they may not have great customer service anyway.

Pizza was really great but the Gelato was disappointing. I took my daughter there after trying Gelato for the first time from Gnam Gnam Gelato in Greensboro a few weeks ago. I was looking forward to her trying it, but it almost tasted like a totally different food.I asked them if they make it themselves and they dont.. I had the chocolate chip mint and tasted the vanilla.... I thought they were both too sweet. Perhaps they should look into getting their Gelato from Gnam Gnam Gelato in Greensboro. Just a suggestion.... anyone who reads this if you are ever in Greensboro you have to try it..

Great ice cream, coffee and tiramisu. I love the outside seating area and the music here, its like a short vacation.

Terrible service. Everyone had an attitude. The girl who served my husband rolled her eyes at me and went to help another customer. The boy who helped me laughed at her for doing it. I have never felt so disrespected in my life!

Great ice cream for having after pizza

The gelato & coffee were good, but the girls around the counter acted very irritated that we were there. Not friendly service at all! The ladies at the pizza place were much nicer!!!!

Absolutely horrific customer service. I have never felt so disrespected in a place ever. I have been to this place several times before, so went I approached the counter I told the girl behind the counter that I couldn’t remember if I liked the nuttela or chocolate better so I would like to try a sample of both. Apparently, two samples are not allowed, although she didn’t inform me of this. She just simply ignored me when I asked for my second sample. She iterally ignored me for a good minute or two. I didn’t know what had happened. I had my three children with me, none of them asked for samples and they proceeded to order. I asked her if I could just have their sample so that I could decide. She then stared me down and before opening her mouth she pointed her finger at me and said in a threatening tone, “Nevermind, it’s not worth it.” My husband, a very passive guy, was shocked. We left, without me ordering ice cream. My children couldn’t believe what they saw. They kept telling me, “Mom, how could that lady act that way? It was so rude. I felt so bad for you.” I will NEVER step foot in that place again. Ever.

Yummy desserts I love canolis and tea but the past 2 times Ive gone theyve been closed early because the owner didnt feel likebeing open for another hour. Bad service, lazy management.

The pistachio gelato is amazing

We tried this place because we love Antico and Gio’s Chicken (both next door and I believe same owner). The staff at Caffe Antico is absolutely horrible, they were extremely rude from the second we walked in and this continued through the entire experience. In addition to the miserable employees, the gelato is nothing special....C-I would highly recommend Gio’s Chicken and Antico for dinner but if you are looking for dessert avoid this place at all costs...better off getting a cone from McDonals across the street.

Cute shop, delicious cannoli and chocolate bombe, but I get the impression that they dont make one thing that they sell.

Quite simply, it’s just not that good. This gelato has to be some of the most mediocre gelato I have ever tried. The flavor is just off and the texture is nowhere near as creamy and smooth as you would expect gelato to be. If you’ve had good gelato, or gelato in Italy, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

Very disappointed in the owners decision to allow a concert with aggressive noise levels on a Sunday morning. No one at the event was able to provide me with a permit for a FULL stage being set up with a bank of subwoofers in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The Atlanta mayors office of communication does not list a permit for this location on this date.

Charming place, with good ice creams and excellent coffee, although employees should put a smile on their faces from time to time, because, although it is not mandatory, they would make a better impression on the customer.
