The care I received exceeded my expectations, for example, I was given a hearing test the same day as the consult, and the wait was very short.

This is a doctor you dont need if you looking for someone with experience and have your health at heart. In my opinion he did not do all he could. Tests was ordered and could not give detail on some off the explanation. All he could say this not in my field. What is in your field. As doctors get older they tend to not put much effort in finding the source of your problems. Instead pass you on. I will not be back

I’ve been going to Piedmont ENT for about 10 years. I love the friendly atmosphere and care they provide. Dr Jarboe is my physician at the practice and is absolutely wonderful. He’s removed a polyp on my vocal cords and did a septoplasty on my sinuses, this wasn’t cosmetic surgery.I’ve also seen their audiologist who was also very knowledgeable and explained everything, in layman’s terms, about what she’d be doingHighly recommend

The office admitted to over booking today. My husband was taken in close to 45 minutes after his appointment time. Be nice to have an office not do this to their patients especially to make a good first impression. He was told to come back in three months, but I doubt we would want to come back to same office. MD was ok. Front desk and office needs better management.
