I always recieve splendid service here. The audiologists Maggie, Kate and Robert are always so helpful and accommodating. Today I realized that I left my hearing aids at home when I came in for my appointment. Maggie and Kate were very patient and empathetic with me and calmed me down because it took a lot to get there in the first place. They allowed me to go home and get the hearing aids and come back. Kate just fit me in to assess my issue. I really love that. Thank you for going above and beyond everyone. 😊

Going to give you 5 stars simply because your choice of TV station in your lobby shouldn’t get you a bad rating.

The Dr. And receptionist was very nice and they explained everything to me to calm me down for my anxiety.

I wish I could give this place a higher eating, but I have spent a lot of money on hearing aids that the staff cannot get adjusted in a manner that really helps me out. I am not sure what the problem is, but I cannot recommend this product or this store.
