The Food was delicious!!! The only complaints is there were no Highchairs at this location. Also other store front eateries at this location had outside sitting but Honey baked did not.

This is my first time trying their sandwiches and I’m already thinking of coming back tomorrow for lunch! I tried the Tavern Club and it is hearty! The meat is thick but moist. I substituted the multigrain sandwich bread for the bakery roll and I’d do it again!! I also tried the smashed potato salad and it was pretty good with the sandwich. Not the kind of potato salad I am used to since it had shredded cheese inside and was peppery in flavor but it was tasty.The staff is pleasant too! Michele was very helpful and patient.

Kudos to Michelle I came while it was busy for Thanksgiving. It was my first time ever at Honey Baked Ham and she was so patient with me while I was indecisive, couldn’t figure out what I really wanted but she took care of me. Very much appreciated and I will be back just because she was soo nice and courteous!!! Thank you Michelle, great customer service

Customer service can be hit or miss. It was lacking on the phone but was adequate at the store. If you’re planning for holiday pick up I would just walk in. I reserved a pick up time and waited probably 20+ minutes just to get scanned, and then another 5 minutes after that. Walk-ins were out in less than 3-5 minutes. Food was convenient and good as expected.

They need more HAM on the sandwich.

Ive been coming to this location for years. The restaurant is always clean and seems to be remodeled every few years. This review is being made in October 2019. The current staff at this location is very friendly and offers great service. Thats been my experience at this location.

I want to say a huge thank you to Stevie for providing excellent customer service today! It was my first time at this location and he made my experience a great one. Despite the busy time of the year (and it’s lunch time!) he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.

Quick, courteous, with good food, which was all I really wanted today. They cut through a line in the middle of Thanksgiving week like it was nothing. Awesome place to go if you dont want to cook your centerpiece at home, or just dont have the facilities to do so.

I love their smoked turkey sandwich. They also have excellent ham salad and Miss Vickys chips. The customer service is always great at this location, even when I come in at the last minute.

Is there anything much better in this world than a Honey Baked Ham? My answer would be a resounding--NOPE! We were very impressed with the organization and helpfulness of the staff that made our pre-Christmas trip to the store very quick and enjoyable. It is also good to remember that Honey Baked Hams is not just a place to visit during the holidays, but all year long. This location serves up not just mouth-watering hams all year, but also sandwiches and many other delights.

This place is super good! I enjoy the sandwiches very much and I really dont eat sandwiches or bread very often. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. Stop in for lunch its worth it! 🥪😊

I went in to buy a ham and extra bone. The person assisting me was hostile and aggressive from the onset. She brought out a huge bone. I asked if there might be a smaller one or if staff could cut up the big one. “No”. So, I asked about a Quarter ham. She brought out a 5# and I asked if there was anything smaller. “1” she says?? I ask “anything smaller in 1:4 ham? She says “1”. She was so aggressive that I almost left the store. Not busy. I did buy a ham but left feeling really uncomfortable. I have bought at this location for many years.

This is one of my favorite Honey Baked Ham locations. Easy parking, good location, comfortable dining area. Oh, did I mention great Smoked Turkey sandwich! Love this place.

I love their lunch, especially the broccoli salad. The only thing that this location lacks is customer service. They employees do not seem like they want to be there.

I Love This place. I moved from Houston to Atlanta but never tried this place until I moved. Their sandwiches are good and even when I put one in the fridge for work the next day it was still good and not soggy. My wife and I have been hooked on honey baked ham.

I ordered a catering order online (like I have done before) and mistakenly ordered for pick up at the wrong honey baked location. I ordered to the Cobb location by accident and called to fix this immediately when I placed the order. The man who answered the phone wanted to put me on hold, but forgot to press the hold button. Him and a woman proceeded to continue their conversation- not attempting to address my situation. After 10 minutes of listening to them finish their conversation, the woman picked up the phone and told me to try changing it online. Obviously that is the first thing I tried doing and once I figured I couldnt, I resorted to calling. She then told me there was nothing she could do, but cancel my order. I am extremely frustrated that I could have been told that in the first place.

I typically do not like to give a low ratings unless I had a true bad experience. I got home (20 minutes away from this location) and my orders were wrong. I called and I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to speak to a manager. I called back and they just didnt answer the phone because it was close to closing time....ghetto... unprofessional...location. Im never going back to this location and I recommend you dont visit.

Never ate here. Never even went inside. Big glass wall windows. Looks clean. Everytime I saw, they were closed, but it was evening.

Worst location. If you havent been to this location don’t waist your time. To say at the very least everyone is not meant for customer service nor posses basic math skills. (Alexandria)I’ll stick to my regular location on Lower Roswell and Johnson Ferry. Management looks unenthusiastic to be there. Appearance was horrible and moved slow. Open light was on at 10:50 but establishment doesn’t open 11. I made a comment regarding it and response given was nonchalant and not appropriate at all

I love Honey Baked Ham and go there quite often. However, today when I called to inquire about the Rack of Pork Chops, the woman that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful not once but twice! The first time I called all she said was We DONT have pork chops! like I was crazy to call a Ham place to ask about pork chops LOL. So hung up and looked online -- once finding they did in fact have them, I called back and got the same rude lady. I explained that I found them online and just wanted to know if they had them in store. All she said was You can get them online. [end of discussion] UM, you could have told me that the first time I called instead of being completely unprofessional.

I came in the store and was greeted with “I can’t believe y’all are waiting in line for sandwiches.” I don’t understand why she would say that to a customer during lunch time...when you are a cafe that serves sandwiches. Makes no sense—unprofessional. She then didn’t tell the other people to make my sandwich—I was left waiting by the beverages. I wish I could get her name I may go back in the store to get her name—she was an older African-American woman.
