Publix has the highest grocery prices in my humble opinion. I would expect with such high prices that the staff would be friendly. Not the case at this location, not even a thank you for the business. Unlike so many shoppers, I have not been all the impressed at any Publix.... maybe I simply expect more since prices are the highest.

So I go into different Publix locations and try their pulled pork meals in their Deli department. I was very displeased with this particular Publix. The pulled pork that I received was pulled FAT! I don’t mind a little crispy but it was burnt. The sides that I chose were Mac n cheese which was dry and looked as though it had not been refreshed until requested. I ended up returning the plate all together. Upon returning I was rudely asked what else did I want! I would have asked for fried chicken but there wasn’t any that looked appealing to have. I Waisted my lunch break! The service and the food was RUDE! Do better!

Publix has the best deli/hot food & bakery! I love their heath bar cookies!!! Omg!! Their wings are perfectly cooked! Staff are genuinely talkative in a good way.

I came in for a sandwich and the woman who made it was excellent! She changed her gloves as needed, covered my sandwich when she needed to go get cucumbers from the freezer and was very nice and efficient. Light skin woman, tall, I believe her name starts with a C. She was working around 4pm on Saturday 6.26.21. Give her a high five or something! The sandwich was delicious as usual.

Everyone treats you like family, it is a very pleasant shopping experience, I have enjoyed every shop...

Good spot. Good service. Does get full though. Usually only have 2 people working the subway spot. Subs are delicious.

Worst service of any publix. For being one of the few in the state yet to adapt a self checkout option having you close the 10 items or less line is a joke. Took over 10 minutes to check out with only 3 items. If wasn’t the closest to my house I would never go here.

Excellent food, employees and baskets are unlike the competitors as these glide like a dream through the store.

Excellent store manager who helped me out at the register today. I had no idea that she was the manager until I asked the cashier who that was. She came by to ask me if I needed help packing and then solved my problem with a BOGO item that I could not find.The staff is always extremely helpful too, and very thoughtful.

20+ people in a line around the store and only 1 cashier with several employees standing around? My goodness at least give us a self checkout system. Left my groceries and went home. Get it together

Always like the Publix business worldwide but this one needs the ATM fixed it put me at a very huge inconvenience but great job on the customer service guys.

They replaced part of the produce section with a candy and nut shelf, so I dont go there nearly as often as I used to.

As always you find that staff go that extra steep and keep it clean and help when ever they can

Very friendly and amazing staff. There is always a few managers around. I buy nearly 20 packs of water bottles here for a business every week and they never miss me. Someone is always asking me if I need help getting it to my car. A lot of Publix have lost their southern hospitality identity overtime but this one hasnt, which is a nice touch when youre in the busy Buckhead.

Definitely a bit lacking on our stock. Takes a while to get the variety back on the shelves

This is by far the worst store for quality and customer service I have ever been to. Today in particular Debbie was my cashier when I arrived at check out no greeting what so ever. She then proceeded to ball up my receipt and roll her eyes at me. Not a good look for a store in this area. I swear it gets worse every time I go- too bad there isn’t another store closer to my job.

Fresh produce. The store was clean & personal was very courteous and kind. I will go to this location again.

Pharmacy dept. was efficient and well run.

Theres nothing wrong with this Publix, but the plaza owner/management company has some shady business practices. We shopped in the plaza, then walked across the street to visit another location. When we came back to our car, there was a boot on the wheel and a man demanding $75 to remove it.He did not care that we were plaza shoppers and had spent money in the plaza. He said we left the plaza on foot and had to pay!As a form of protest, we returned what we could to the stores we shopped at, hopeing this would send a message to the store owners who tolerate this shady practice of the plaza owner.We also spoke with the manager at Publix to see if they had some kind of parking validation process. She said she was aware of the landlords parking scheme and told us there was nothing she could do.Unfortunately to Publix and the other store owners, I would encourage EVERYONE to AVOID THIS PLAZA!

Best grocery store Ive ever had in ATL.. the staff are just the loveliest.. (but give the deli counter a miss - they are rude and lazy).

I visited Publix’s around 5pm on 08/10/20, AJ was my cashier and Juliana bagged the groceries and neither of the two said hello. Horrible customer service!

This publix is awesome! staff is always friendly to everyone and is happy to assist you with any questions. The service here is excellent. Store is always clean and organized. Shop here; you will love it!

It was great, one of the workers help me shop because I was on my wheelchair and couldnt push a shopping cart or reach for some items and she helped me all the way through my shopping. May God bless that woman in every step in life that she takes and may God bless the manager but asking her to help me. Thank you Publix for being there for me when I needed a helping hand. I like the variety of items they carry plus the ease of running in to grad something quick when I need it. Great resource for household items. Makes one stop shopping easy for me ad the return or replace policies are really wonderful and easy!

I always come here and receive amazing service from the cashiers, customer service, e.t.c but I have seen some unprofessional business lately with one particular cashier, she has red, very short hair who was FaceTiming or on the phone, or something, while ringing up my items. I felt like it was really rude and she was rude to the baggers.

Why stocks of Siggis Drinkable Yogurt and Promised Land milk remain minimal-to-sold-out when there is high demand for them is inexplicable to me. Publix customers expect items to be monitored for current stock and a level of stock maintained...for which we pay more than other stores charge. INVENTORY CONTROL IS POOR HERE.

I used to live in the Atlanta area and we are visiting town and Publix for some of our favorite Publix brand goods to bring home. I am a foodie and I loved Publix (&their brand name goods)! This Publix was clean, workers were very helpful in helping me find things!

Hands down the best experience Ive had with a pharmacy in quite some time. The pharmacist Steve was pleasant, friendly and efficient though he was quite busy. Most pharmacists seem harried and overworked.

I wanted four gallons of distilled water, they only had two, zero fried chicken and zero chocolate gnash cake.

Convenient location and friendly staff. I just wish they would have more registers open at the rush hours.

Closed 30 minutes early and we asked why they were closed and was told doesn’t matter she wants to go home. Never coming back

Clean store, but Customer Service workers (NOT cashiers, etc) are pretty rude. This is the only Publix in Georgia where I have encountered this. They are nice to few specific individuals, but seem bored and like they can’t stand their job - and when you need help, all they do is mumble and drag feet.

Switched from closed Prado store to Chastain. Now my new favorite ..

Management/customer service is awful at this location. It does not live up to Publix standards! The staff at customer service are unfriendly and ignore you if you do get their attention they barley answer you. I spoke to the manager about this and she seem no to care at all.

Very clean with friendly staff. But I will say that the store itself is a bit run-down and dated compared to most Publix locations. Parking is also somewhat limited.
