Big store and superbly nice employees!!! Every single one asked if I needed help with anything. WOW thats never happened in a Dollar Tree before. The cashier was awesome!

I like this new bigger store. The reason for no 5 stars is because during my last 2 visits, there was always someone in the store with no mask. I understand you cant force, but no employee ever asked.I just did my best to avoid the maskless patrons, so other than that, it was great.

This is a nice large Dollar Tree with nice helpful employees when it comes to finding something

Saturday evening I bought a bottle of grapejuice,i went back to my car opened it and took a sip,I really did not like it so I went back inside and explained myself to the cashier who checked me out and asked if I could exchange the juice for another drink, he told me no and laughed at me for asking, then another employee physically charged me and put his hands in my face challenging me to a fight,I didnt know what to do because the guy had to be 80 years old,Im 37 and lift weights every day so I didnt think it would be a fair fight, I was surprised that he would react in such a way,all I asked was to exchange a drink and I was challenged to a fight by a toothless senior citizen and a fat kid with autism

Everythings a dollar! However, its NOT always the best deal in town; but it is often enough. And its closer to me than even a grocery store (since Krogers 👣 like a 🐝-otch).. so its very convenient. And they carry some stuff Ive never seen in other stores.. like these white cheddar popcornchiptrianglewachacallits I cant live without no more.

Im speaking on this Dollar Tree only! The staff here all seem pretty nice and Ive always been greeted when entered and theyve been extremely professional. Where they fall short is, they never have anything when I go in there as compared to other stores. The shelves always empty, as if they arent able to stock them. You cant be empty all the time and you cant be so busy to restock either. All I want is my green tea and small box of sugar. If these are hot items; order more please and thank you.

I normally have a great experience at this location. I like to come here because I live in the area. This new guy wasnt very welcoming when I walked through the door. He seemed aggravated. I got cash back and he watched me type all of this extra stuff in then says with an attitude theres no cash back thats why theres a sign here. He was so rude, I said I didnt even see the sign. He called his manager over which is a familiar face and states that the sign is right here but she got cash back anyway like I did it on purpose! I was livid by this time I told the manager that I come in here all the time, she says its ok. He just shouldnt work around people if theres no customer service. If you dont want to be at work then stay at home because you never know what someone is going through the day you snap on them.

The line was super long but the two cashiers were rocking it out...the line was moving rather smoothly!

My mom was verbally abused three times by a cashier at this location. When she tried to follow up with the manager, he dismissed her. She then tried to take his name, and he responded with “there’s the door”.We will follow up with the corporate offices on this issue, as this is unacceptable, and far from proper customer service.

Considering it is a week before Christmas, the store was in good condition. Got a few good deals and thats why I went.

Poor customer service. Willeh rather scroll through her cell phone rather than greet or interact with her customers during the check out process. Not a good look. VerV unprofessional. Seems like the staff members at this location dont want to be there and they never smile when greeting or speaking with a customer.

Terrible products and even worse customer service. I purchased a cleaning chemical that leaked into the bag when I bought it, and it destroyed the receipt. The manger, who was extremely rude, said we cant take that back with a major attitude. Do yourself a favor and never step foot in this location again.

Staff is so nice

Horrible staffing & extremely bad service every time I have gone to this location. The manager Tia today was beyond rude & even told the staff to stock paper towels instead of helping customers standing in a fairly long line. I waited for 15m before being told, I know the Roswell store told me to fill your balloons but Im not going to & Tia literally refused to put helium in purchased balloons. She told the other worker not to help me in any way. Do NOT go to this location. The Roswell store is always stocked & the staff is very friendly.

This is a convenient location, as its 5 minutes away and I would have no complaints otherwise, but customer service really is everything. I went in tonight after work and experienced, yet again, unprofessionalism. A couple employees at check-out were looking at something on a cell phone and in deep conversation as I approached. While one of the employees acknowledged that I was ready to check out, the other in a blonde wig, continued showing her something on the phone...as I waited. Unprofessional and the situation called for a manager, as this employee was blatantly rude and forgot the fact that she happened to be at work and on the clock, with a customer in front of her.

The manager, Tia, was incredibly rude. Bought balloons at another Dollar Tree for a kids birthday party and was told any Dollar Tree would fill them with a receipt. Manager Tia refused, to the point of not even letting us return the balloons for store credit and buy them again, which is well within store policy. We were 10 min away from needing to bring the only balloons for a 4 year olds birthday party and she wouldnt even abide by her own stores policy to be of assistance. My wife and I were floored. Bad experience aside, this truly is a disorganized and sloppy store. There are always boxes out in the aisles​. Definitely the worst Dollar Tree within the surrounding neighborhoods. Ive been a loyal customer for years out of convenience but I wont be spending another dollar there again.

This place was great! Tia was very helpful and they had what I needed.

Went for balloons and they were out of helium, what made it even worse, this was the 2nd Dollar Tree I went to that same day that was out of helium.

If I could have selected no or negative stars I would have. This is the smallest least stocked and disorganized Dollar Tree I have ever seen. The store was in total disarray. I will never shop there again.
