Cash only. I called ahead to order and the person was very short with me on the phone. The line to the pickup was long and mostly everyone was getting wings, will have to try next time! I got chicken & broccoli and chicken fried rice. Everything was warm and delicious. Price was cheap. Will definitely eat from here again!

The braised wings and vegetable fried rice is so dam good. Its been this way for years. So they are definitely consistent in good flavor. They also have the best lemonade on the block. Taste heavenly. LOL.Now customer service there can always improve. But food is great!

The food here is always fresh and hot because it is cooked to order. My family loves this place. They only accept cash, so if you decide to give them a try make sure that you have cash.

The rice was so oily I couldnt even eat it!! Then they just slapped the egg on top and not cooked through out the rice.

I understand the neighborhood its in not too friendly but damn, if Im not being mean to you why be mean to me. I paid $8 for a large Lo mein which was good. But it most definitely wasnt large. Id hate to see how the small look. Its good food, always hot,fresh and tasty. The braised wings off the CHAIN!!!

The food was fresh and seasoned great and they were PROFESSIONAL. What more can you ask for? I feel bad because I can tell they have ZERO trust in their customers and I honestly can’t blame them with customers cursing them out while placing orders etc. If you want wings cooked differently than what’s on the menu start your own wing places! It’s your community, you’ve had enough time……

Crazy service but the food is the best.

Not a fan... lo mein noodles were soft/mushy, wings were poorly seasoned, interaction with staff is demeaning.

Usually good food but today the veggies in my rice are under cooked plus the rice has know taste. I also ordered wet wings with extra sauce but they gave me dry wings.

There food is good, sometimes their rice is a bit too al dente for me, should be cooked maybe a few minutes longer. The boneless chicken and chicken wings are were pretty good. This was not my first visit. I would visit more and score them higher but when it comes to customer service, their attitude is the worse. Also, they only accept cash, so be prepared if youve never been there before.

If you want good fast cooked to order Chinese food then Hans is the best place in ATL period! The food is compared to high end Chinese restaurants and possibly better imo. You have to realize it’s a language barrier so it may seem as if they have an attitude. Just place your order get your food go home and enjoy. Worrying about their customer service skills is irrelevant. Don’t forget to call ahead to avoid waiting in line and they accept cash only! You won’t be disappointed.

Hans been my go to Chinese restaurant since my kids were toddlers....they are 16 and 18 now and still have me come from Conyers to Bankhead just for their braised wings and house fried rice....

Being a Chinese restaurant in a black neighborhood getting black money you would think the customer service would be a little better.. food is good but customer service is horrible.

One of the best Chinese food joints on the west side. This place has been in existence of at least 20 yrs literally. If youre looking for a fancy looking Chinese food spot this isnt it. The place looks almost like a bug out bunker and its next to a package store go figure. But if you want something that has that smokey Chinese food flavor this is the place. They do have security lol. As long as they have been in business it would be nice if they started taking cards instead of cash only.

Customer service is at a all time low and Hans is an prime example of how bad service has become. The young lady that took my order was rude and obnoxious-it was my first time there and more than likely my last.

The Lemonade is always good

One of my favorite and best real Chinese take out restaurants of all time. Even after I know it has changed some. But it has been there in the area for a very very long time and is popular and consistent, and like I said they have real Chinese not American Chinese food!! 9⭐s from me!!

Ive been going here for at least 10 years with no issue. The food is pretty straightforward and hits the spot when the urge for Chinese food arises. The prices have gone up at this location but the quality and portion size has remained the same or dare I say, a little less. The plate I got was enough but really could have saved the money or went elsewhere. The staff (other than the person taking your order) tend to avoid eye contact, will immediately avert eyes if by chance they do make contact, and wont speak unless they have to so not the most friendly bunch. Overall, its ok for a decent meal to take home (no dining in) when youre in the area.

The best Hans in the city!!! Id been craving this for about 2 weeks but had not had the opportunity to stop by but oh what I Christmas I had!!! That seasame chicken was everything. So were the wings and the veggie fried rice. Never let me down, from childhood to adulthood. Sweet nostalgia!!

The food is great. Always fresh and served hot. I gave them three stars because of their customer service. Their customer service is horrible. The cashiers are never warm. The cashiers never smile, the cashiers sit your change on the counter, the cashiers never tell you thank you. Just horrible.
