Had an excellent time with my family for an evening event! My family and I learned about Cutco, how to use the knives effectively, and had a great time. Shane was extremely helpful in answering questions we had and making suggestions as well. Ive owned Cutco knives for years now and happy to be able to get them sharpened in Atlanta! Great store to visit!

I love all my Cutco items. I recently won a free Knife class and invited 6 of my friends. We all really enjoyed learning easy ways to chop and made some really yummy salsa. Shane did a great job of teaching and entertaining us!

Absolutely love Cutco Knifes, as they are high quality and guaranteed for life! They are worth every penny, trust me! That said, I was especially impressed how knowledgeable the Store Manager Shane was. I was looking to expand my cutlery, and he offered some great recommendations and was tremendously helpful. What a GREAT event! Went to a culinary cutting event Friday, August 28th with family members. Shane Sklar made this session informative and fun! (No hard sales pitch, fun and totally relaxed.)Learned better cutting techniques while trying a variety of Cutco knives. Made delicious salsa :-)Everything made by Cutco is guaranteed FOREVER. I bought two Cutco knives around 4 years ago. Never used until now I’m using more often. Initially it was great but after few months it became dull. Took to my local store to have it resharpened and this is what happened know: the blade came out of the handle. Really?! Is this the “state of the art” knife I paid over $100?!!!!!Just not reliable. Be aware, It’s easy to demonstrate and convince people demoing on a brand new knife.

Had a great time! The manager at the store was super helpful and was able to find the best solution for all my needs! Would highly recommend this store to others.

Cutco knives are good. Ive owned several of their knives for many years, and love them. This review is specific to this store.I needed some knives sharpened, and the website says you can drop them off here for sharpening service. I thought, Great! That will be way better than dealing with the post office. Wrong! I was the third customer in line (all for sharpening drop off). After waiting nearly 30 mins, I decided to take my chances with the post office. An entire lunch hour wasted with something that should have taken 5 mins. Each person was given a 10-15 sales pitch as they dropped of their knives. Fine. I get it. They make commission. But if each consumer takes 15 mins, have more than 1 person working! Im just going to mail mine in as usual. Will definitely save me time on the back end.Gave three stars since I was at least greeted when I entered, and the guy seemed to know his stuff.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE ~ AWESOME PRODUCT !!!!!!! ordered the homemaker plus 8 set from shane -who was BEYOND AMAZING - AFTER seeing the same set @ costco in new orleans where i live - closest store was atlanta - so i called PLANNING 2 BUY the knives from costco ..... shane made sure that DIDNT happen...... HE BEAT COSTCOS PRICE & KNOCKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE RIGHT OUTTA THE BALLPARK !!! the knives are a gift 4 my daughter & though i DONT COOK - I WILL BE BUYING a set for myself - ONLY FROM shane @ the atlanta store !!!!! 👍👍👍
