Bill was very helpful. He looked up the item In his computer from an ad that i received in the mail, and then took me to the houseware section. We didnt find any on the shelf and he went into the stockroom and found a box that matched the description. I wasnt sure of the color and he opened the box to allow me to take a picture, so i could compare once i got home. His customer service skills and patience were excellent along with the female at the Customer Service Desk. Glad to know that this is my new store, since i moved here a month ago!

Wonderful customer service employees throughout the store to assist with any needs! I went last week then took my grandchildren a couple days later. I was out shopping for bedding when I found this jewel to sit at the bottom of my bed on clearance 49 bucks Queen sheets 19 way to go went back to pickup a Ring indoor camera and we found binoculars for our trips to the mountains!

I was assisted from the time I walk in to check out due to the on line pick up order did not process completely. Was even able to use my coupons with the manager over riding the on line pickup order. This is now my store.

I purchased this for curbside pickup and the price was great! Regularly $39.99 it is $19.99 for black Friday... I was able to find parking right in front and the process to notify someone was easy. Aside from the person taking around 5mins to bring my items to me it was a very quick and easy process. Five stars for fast service and a great price.

One of my favorite places to browse. The Bed Bath and Beyond brand has survived economic downturns and the rise on online retailing. Its a unique kind of shopping experience not only with regard to the selection of products on the shelves but the way the stores are presented to shoppers.

A huge store with lots of selections. We went there to get couple pillows that we couldnt find in the Buckhead store. Ended up buying another bedspread there and some more pillows. The the acting manager is the one that helped us find everything. She was fantastic. She went out of her way to help us and help us get coupons to save us money and free shipping she was just absolutely wonderful. Bed Bath & Beyond should make sure the manager of the store. She was great just cant even brag on her enough.

I went in for a specific item and they didnt have it, so I didnt shop for anything else. But the young lady working was very courteous.

My experience today is why more and more people shop online!! I came in looking for a specific item, and after much searching, my husband and I split up to walk the ENTIRE store trying to find an associate to help.. I finally found a back entrance where I had to call for help in the employee only area. An associate heard me and she was nice and showed me where the item was. I was very grateful for her help.. Then there was an issue with my coupon at checkout.. I just made my purchase out of necesity, but Amazon makes it so much easier and convenient!!!

I came here to set up a wedding registry with my fiance. We asked 3 employees how to do so and we got 3 different answers. No one knew how to actually do it and when we finally got set up on the app it wouldnt allow us to add any items. Anytime we scanned a barcode the app crashed on both our phones. Left registry-less and disappointed. Nothing wrong with this location specifically per se.

Would be nice if prices were listed on the products. Some prices were not able to be viewed easily. Some things I couldnt find a office at all and had to use the price check scanner that didnt work that well.

There is no signage to denote if the store is going out of business or not. It is very poorly stocked, despite the usual design of most Bed, Bath and Beyond that are filled to the ceiling. Many things arent available any longer.

Had curbside pickup. Ordered a shoe rack online.Price was great. Store is huge and can be a little confusing when looking for something.

I absolutely hate coming to this Bed Bath and Beyond! The customer service is horrible! It’s the closest one to where I live and when I need to pick up something quickly, it’s where I come. However on my last few visits the customer service reps have been rude and nasty... even when calling on the phone for an online order. I normally do not post on bad customer service, I say the person has had a bad day, however consecutively I’ve had bad experiences and it’s horrible. Corporate should definitely get involved with correcting the customer experience in this store.

Very good selection of home goods. I always end up buying something when I come here. Where I think BB&B does it well is their return policy, which is quite generous. Add to that the fact that gift cards dont expire. Today I finished using a gift card that Ive been whittling down since 2013.

Bed bath and beyond has everything thou could ever think of inside. This trip wasnt a 5 because I got no greeting and no one ever offered to assist me. I got there about any hour before they closed, but thats no excuse. I encountered one employee 3 times and not once did he ask if I needed assistance or if I was finding everything alright. This one of visit doesnt completely diminish all other visits to this store location. But it did make me feel a certain way. If you find this review helpful, please like below.

Nice place to shop for household goods

I was able to purchase my items online, send a message when I got there and wait for my packages to be placed in the trunk of my car. All I had to do was show my ID.

This was the first time Ive ever been to this store before. There was a great variety in items and it was pretty neat. Some items were a bit pricey for me, but it was a good shopping experience overall. The staff was very helpful and quite friendly.

I was having an issue with an online order and was having no success getting support from the online customer service. I needed an answer so, out of frustration, contacted the store nearest me - the Akers Mill location. I contacted them in hopes of getting contact information for someone at the corporate level who could help me. Instead, they went above and beyond! I want to give a special shout-out to Charlie and Amber. Charlie investigated my concerns and reached out to someone at corporate, who also followed up with me via a phone call, so Charlie must have been convincing. Amber called me on the phone and worked with my order to get it handled via express method to ensure I would get my order by the date it had been initially promised. Neither of these individuals had to do what they did to repair a problem with the online system. I am so thankful to them and they convinced me to remain a customer of BBB - in fact, I shopped at the Akers Mill location today. Everyone I worked with there today was just as helpful and courteous as Charlie and Amber. If you need great service, go to this location!

Can a guy get some help in this store? I wondered around in the bedding department way to long without any assistance. It took me several minutes and attempts to find anyone who had a clue or interest in helping me. The selection was slim. No wonder Amazon is killing it! If retailers cannot give me good service and expertise, what do they have to offer vs the big giant Amazon?

Excellent service. I came in the store shortly before closing in search of a duvet insert and Amber was so kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and she helped me find an insert and corner clips to make it fit/stay within the cover. My cashier was also very friendly although the store was closing. Rarely do I ask for help in here, as this store is like Target and will let you know what you need, but I received impeccable service here and will definitely be back.

I was in and out. Went for a seafood cracker. BB&B is too pricey for me.

Great place as always for whatever is needed for the home. Just so much to choose from and see! Store is always organized and smelling good. I could spend hours on end just looking at all the amazing things they have in stock.

Im kind of over the big box home goods stores. They could have opened up a few more registers ( they finally did ), but the line wait was excessive. Prices were good, but didnt find what we were looking for (cedar spheres).

I did a pick up order for a sleep mask. When I got to the store my order was not ready. I was directed to where the masks were. They were not there. I asked for help from a gentleman and he directed me right to them.

My all time favorite store!

I was on the hunt for a scented wax warmer. Without the help of an employee, I found what I needed. Purchased the warmer.

Me and my fiance came here to start our wedding gift registry. The woman there was incredibly helpful and she walked us around the store and gave us suggestions. I must say its really true there werent just beds and there werent just baths. They went above and beyond.

Bed bath and beyond is good place to shop home goods, bathroom items and kitchen tools. The store was packed. It was great to explore new.products. But it more and more becoming unfocused, and the shopping satisfaction drops. I hope to see it position itself to take on William-Sonoma.

Its a BBB... so you get what you might expect.. The shining light there was the service and employees.. They were kind and awesome...!!

Found what I wanted in a very short time which helps to make shopping easy. It is always nice to shop here and they are always willing to order something online if you cant find it in the store, especially since online they have more options. I havent had a bad experience there.

May be thats my personal psychological issue, but every time I go out of this store Im asked by someone of the stuff why I didnt buy anything. And I feel extremely uncomfortable at those moments. I have a mix of feelings in-between of panic that I unconsciously stole smth and the guilt that I didnt buy anything. So I just stopped going there. Thats why internet shopping becomes more and more popular.

Good customer service

Poor visit. Called said had a product and when drove all the way there they could not find it. They said that the location shows that there is 10 of them but they cannot find it anywhere. Very disappointed. They were nice about it though which is why gave 2 stars.

Its a retail store with a nice selection of different types of goods focusing on the home. Like most stores, they carry some good products and some bad products. I think many are overpriced without the commensurate value. Do your research. Buyer beware.

Its difficult for me to shop in a physical store because there is a part of me that always thinks I can find it cheaper on line. But none the less, Bed Bath and Beyond has everything you need for your home if you need it pronto. From pillows, to glasses, knives and garbage cans, lamps and hangers to even some As Seen on TV stuff. But I realize its also part of the reason I dislike this store. They have sooo much stuff and not enough space for it all. You grab a big cart and spend half the time bumping into things or people or leaving it far from you to get down a narrow aisle.Otherwise the prices are decent, the staff was super friendly and made sure to let me know they were there should I need help. Checkout was quick and parking is plentiful.
