I gave them 4 stars only because of my 1st experience but after meeting the owner I see why she has such good reviews from others. She was really professional eager to help &gave me helpful advice. I will definitely be back. I love the vinyl choices, the quality of the material is great as well. I also had a logo printed off for one of my clients, the quality of the colors was great. I love supporting black own business that cares about their customers.

This place is amazing!!! The lady who was there when I purchased today (I believe shes the owner) was amazing. She was very helpful and professional. This store is cozy and full of variety it over the shadows the lack of parking near by but its worth the walk once you get inside. I recommend this place for all your vinyl needs. 5 stars!!!

This store is so cute and the owner is a very nice woman. The owner gives you bestie vibe. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products that she sales. You can tell she truly loves her clients and her community while I was in the store her regulars popped in to say hello. I spotted some cool HTV vinyls that I was able to get I can’t wait to use them this weekend.

Well I purchase some HTV from the store and the owner was not present so I asked the young man at the counter about a particular vinyl and he said to use it like regular htv. So I get to designing and printing out this vinyl and low and behold it is NOT for use like regular HTV. turns out you had to use it like ORACAL 651 which means you print it differently as well and you have to transfer it. I let the owner know because spending$$$ on two little 12x12 sheet it was a waste. The owner basically said sorry and have a Blessed day. No I will make it right by you NOTHING. Bad business practice. Im good on going back to this shop. NEVER AGAIN.

What they lacked in supplies, they made up for in expertise and customer service. Black owned, I love when we can share information and give tips with each other.
