Had a great experience, start to finish. This was my first time at Stonecrafters, after a few other companies that also did great jobs. Stonecrafters took the extra time to send me to supply houses with unusual and interesting stone selections.... much better than most of the slabs found at the usual suppliers. I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly, professional, did what they said theyd do!

I had a fantastic experience with Stonecrafters. They were super reasonably priced. The quartz countertops for the kitchen and bathroom were beautifully installed. Working with Gabi was a breeze! They even came back out last minute to drill for an air switch, with very short notice. Would definitely use again!

We needed a QUICK turnaround - like 24 hours - for a white marble vanity top. Stonecrafters had a great piece in their bone yard, as well as the sink size that we needed (small). They turned it around quickly for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again! Very appreciative of their quick work.

I had my counters installed yesterday, and I couldnt be happier. The ladies at the shop sat with me for hours while I tried to decide what kind and design of counters I might want in my bathroom and kitchen, and I ended up so pleased. Everything was exactly perfect and the installation was quick and painless and the workers arrived on time. We did have to watch to make sure that they leveled the counters - they originally werent going to level it, but luckily we caught that before it went down permanently (our cabinets werent perfectly level, so they had to put in some shims and a couple other things to level off one part of the counters, but if you have newer cabinets that shouldnt be a problem, ours were old and refinished.) Everyone was very helpful and professional, and when we forgot to ask for an extra hole to be installed for our soap dispenser in the kitchen, they came out first thing today to put it in. Additionally, I saw my exact type of granite at Home Depot for 15 dollars more a square foot than what I paid through Stonecrafters.Overall, 5 stars and when its in my budget to do my other two bathrooms, Ill certainly be returning :)

I recently purchased a 6 x 74 marble threshold to use in a shower install. It unfortunately was only polished and beveled on one side. Stonecrafter USA was recommended to me and they were very helpful. They took the piece from me, did a nice polish and bevel and had it ready the next day at a reasonable price. Based on the service I received for the small job I had, I would certainly recommend their services for a much larger job, such as counter installs, or another job like the one I had.

This is a GREAT company to work with! They went above and beyond on service and the prices of their products beat out the others I investigated. Everyone from the owners to the installers were super people and I highly recommend them.

Stonecrafters did a great job on our kitchen countertops. Turnaround was very quick and their installers were professional and pleasant to deal with. We definitely recommend them.

I question the integrity of the management. There were communicating problems that contributed to a less than desirable install. Customer satisfaction become secondary to the profit motive of the company. I was threatened that her installers would not leave my house until they collected $240.00 which I request as compensation for non communicated, very obvious seam in my stone. I was also threatened that the installers could dismantle. I was willing, but she recanted. Too emotional. Would not recommend this experience. Too stressful.

First, the pick up date was delayed from Friday to Tuesday, at the time of pickup, the sink was not glued to the countertop. We had to wait for them to install it, only to find it was glued not centered. The hole for sink is cut not to size of the sink - why did I bother to drop them sink so they can cut it to size? For a low price you get very bad quality job.

If you want a countertop that isnt level and slants in one direction Stonecrafters USA is the place for you. They only do countertops, they dont do cabinets so they just glue the countertops to whatever is there.
