I had a small kitchen remodeled last year and oh boy did it turned out to look amazing. The owner asked me to write a review and i could not be anymore happy to say once more thank you to the amazing staff, designer and owners. Flakka and Toni are perhaps the most humble and honest men i have come across in a long time.

This review is long overdue; however, if it may help anyone make the right decision on the most important room at a house. Initially consultation with Flakka was refacing our dated cabinets. His initial estimate was very thorough, but found some significant fitment issues with the existing set-up. We also explored other areas of our home (coffee bar, downstairs landing for built-in, and basement bar area) After discussing it, we determined that going with new cabinetry would be the best solution & greatest value.We chose a glazed knotty alder in a unique smoky finish and we chose with ease the countertops as it was a perfect color match to cabinets. His team was professional and did it correctly step by step with a couple of of small issues in one of the cabinets drawers being changed because of a scratch during delivery or installation. Comparing them to other estimates, we certainly got good value for the money. After living with the new cabinetry for almost a year, we still love it and get compliments from guests.

I have only positive comments about this company. We are finally done on-time with the project right before holidays as we have guests visiting us. It was a verve wracking if the house would ready on time since our guests are traveling from England. Tony and his partner Flakka made it all possible and they finished the kitchen 2 days before the deadline. Fantastic guys. Well work with these them early on next year to have renovations in our basement. I am attaching a couple of photos taken at the day after the project was completed. I used Voloti Homes for a kitchen renovation project.I had a very small kitchen and needed a kitchen designer who could maximize the space. I worked with Flakka who designed the new layout, exactly what I was looking for. The construction crew were terrific and they did the work on schedule.The whole process went smoothly, even when we had design modifications to accommodate for a couple of unanticipated conduit relocations. The whole team is very responsive and overall a great experience.I would definitely use them again.

We met with Toni and Flakka for an initial meeting at our place.They were patient and listened carefully to all our long list of requests. It took only one meeting and we hired them on the spot. We received usually replies to our email within a couple hours. My family of four and I planned to move to Atlanta last December from Orlando Florida due to a job transfer i had in my company. We bought a house right next to Wieuca Road in Buckhead past September that needed to get renovated. Seeing personally the work this company did on his house was convincing enough for my wife and I to schedule an appointment for an estimate. We agreed on the major remodeling we needed done for a new kitchen, two full remodel bathrooms, a basement remodel, paint the entire place and this whole project was completed within 8 weeks. I engaged with this company last fall to do a mid-sized kitchen refresh retaining the functional layout from a previous remodel. Toni inspected, provided improvement suggestions and an estimate within my budget guidelines on a 3 week project timeline. Due to damage from a roof leak a complete gut was required. The two man crew was punctual, focused, with clear agenda for the days accomplishments. No structural damage from the leak was found and the crew provided good cleanup (particularly after the plaster & lathe gut), good communication, attention to details, and flexibility regarding last minute changes, The countertops were installed in time. New & improved lighting, plumbing, cabinets, floors, appliance installations and more, and as promised my new kitchen was completed in exactly 3 weeks.Thumbs up!

They got my entire roof done in a day and a half. I do have a small house and all but i really did not expect it to get done so fast! The kitchen they build for us was a bit pricey but we loved it so much and decided to go for it. That also turned out to to look amazing. with a few other upgrades we did to the house, we are glad to use them. Tony is very friendly and professional.

We had our vanities in hour bathroom done through Voloti Homes. Initially I requested a stone that it was not produced at the moment from the factories. I decide it no to wait and did chose another stone from their collection and it was slightly different and higher the amount of dollars that what was initially agreed with the company. Turn out the vanities looked amazing. Great experience and my wife insisted on five star review as well. We do business again with this company.

I am a veteran and the VA was helping with a walk-in shower for me. Tony a class act young man from Voloti Homes came out and explained all of my options and made sure that I had the best set up for my comfort.

My wife and I selected Voloti Homes to do a complete remodel of our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! We started planning with Flakka and Toni & were able to walk us through a detailed process in picking out new countertops, floors and details into how we wanted the kitchen to look. He was able to work with us and ensure we didnt exceed our budget limit and there were no surprise costs that you might hear in similar projects done from other companies.One of the best things about this company is they assume responsibility for all of the paper work with the co-op and management company and kept us in the loop. When the work got started they were able to knock down a wall to open up the kitchen, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days. End to End most of the work was complete in a 3 week period which was outstanding to us!Flakka and Toni were awesome and explained everything in detail with us and gave us dates by which each could be done. Fantastic lead!They also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. Great experience with this company! The did a complete demo of our guest bathroom and it came out awesome! The personnel were professional, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing! I had three different estimates and although they were the cheapest, you get what you pay for and I feel they knew what we wanted and met our expectations. I contacted a number of contractors to provide quotes for the gut renovation of a luxury condo in Atlanta. From the start of the process it was really easy to get a hold of and get along with everyone from the crew and owners were always very prompt responding on the phone and dealing with our detailedTony was very supportive and spent multiple Saturdays and evenings helping us select materials and reviewing the progress of the construction. The project included a kitchen and bath rehab, wallpaper removal and painting, hardwood/tile flooring installation, and framing/drywall throughout. The quality of the work allowed me to rent this unit within a few weeks!I highly recommend this hardworking and honest team. I look forward to working with most respect with such excellent guys and professionals on future projects.

I found and called this company from google search. Two gentleman came by and provided within 24 hours a detailed estimate that we were not happy about.Pros. For the quality of materials i requested in every aspect, they did provide me the right price as i expected and was hoping for. Fair price for the quality.Cons. The time frame of the project requested they could not finish within 15 days one bathroom and a full kitchen remodel.

Voloti Homes did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodel.I had a half small bathroom only to remodel and I chose this company once i saw my breathtaking kitchen they designed on my next door neighbors house here in Buckhead. When they crew came out to do the quote they had great suggestions and they made me feel very comfortable. The designer worked with me and we came up with a very pretty design.  With regards to the job itself, my only request was that once started, they devote the resources to get the job done in the allotted time.  The crew was awesome and professional and they finished the job ahead of schedule. They are not the cheapest of the estimates i received but I can’t imagine another company providing better quality service and results. We just finished our kitchen renovation and we love it every day. Flakadan designed the space, using every inch of room, including corners and the higher parts of our space. He answered all my questions and I had many because this was our first renovation ever.They were very professional, and the finished project looks so good - sleek and modern, yet easy to use and clean. The Crew at Voloti Homes took good care of me. We had a section of our kitchen damaged 5 years after my initial install. Toni’s guys replaced the part and installed it for free, 5 years after the initial job and outside the normal warranty. Nice service.

I contacted this company to get home improvement done. Countertops are a huge deal. They costs fortune and there isnt really much as far as turning back. After my wife shopped every option in the Atlanta we talked to these guys.As far as the sales process it was easy. I picked stones and cabinets within 20 minutes of discussions.We went home and did some research and compared some samples and we thought this company was our best option.We were 100% satisfied. Very happy both of us with the end result.They will be doing our bathrooms within the next year.Good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good but this was GREAT work and a fair price!

Had to hire this company to paint my house. Considering the facts that it was not their specialty, they did a great job with THE BEST PRICE in what I had shopped around. They gave plenty of questions answered to me and my wife for future home remodeling projects we have planned. We should have waited to do a complete kitchen before we painted but we were assured from Flakka no extra charges would be added it to the estimate on repainting the areas around the kitchen. Very humble young men working in good ethics!

We undertook an ambitious renovation of our condo that involved the entire home; a full paint job, an unanticipated skim-coating of the kitchen ceiling, two bathroom gut renovations, a walk-in closet, a third bathroom upgrade, and a new set of closet doors for each bedroom.The work that the crew did was astoundingly excellent. The project was completed on time (basically 9 weeks, as promised), and the  quality and scope of the work was transformative  - our home feels brand new!!Our designer was great - imaginative and attentive to our vision, which was pretty specific, and our project manager was a real pleasure to work with. Working with Toni and Flakka was a nice experience. Very smooth process and I pictured to be a whole lot more messier. The crew that came in and out in daily basis cleaned out everything during and after they finished working every day and left everything so organised I was really impressed. Everything from start to finish went beautifully. Everyone was very professional. This is one of the first upgrades we’ve done in our Home where we have had absolutely no regrets when finished. Voloti Homes remodeling has remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms. They are extremely easy to work with and have competitive prices. The most recent job end of 2018 was redoing three bathrooms. We worked closely with Tony and Flakka (head remodelers). As with any big job there were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make and These guys helped us keep it all together. The team has a great system where they come into your home and virtually show you different layouts and options for our remodel and they measure everything and show you all the dimensions. Regency works with great vendors for cabinetry, tile, stone, and fixtures. Their contacts are easy to work with and will walk you through the process of choosing all the materials and help you stay on budget. We had a couple of snags throughout the process - which is to be expected with a big remodel - but anytime we had questions or concerns or wanted to change something (layout, details, etc) they were happy to work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Even since the job has been completed if we found anything that we werent 100% happy they came back and made sure it was done to our high expectations. Everyone is very easy to communicate with over text and email or a quick phone call if needed. We totally trusted Tony and gave him a set of keys at the beginning of the project and told him to go for it. He can and went as needed and was her most days to try and finish the job in a timely manner. If we had anything left to remodel (thank goodness we dont) I would hire Voloti Homes again.

VH renovated our kitchen and a half bathroom. I wasn’t sure what company to hire so I went with my gut feeling after receiving a number of estimates from a couple of different companies. This was a good decision.  Workers were friendly and professional. They made sure we were informed on what was going to happen and when. They finished almost in time and the job turned out nice! We had made a kitchen and a half bath to remodel on a rental property here in Atlanta. I would use VH again.

Just like we did for granite, we searched high and low throughout the entire triangle area to find a place to buy cabinets for our kitchen. We visited so many stores and were very frustrated. We found Toni through our colleague at work. We met with him and his partner Flakka and they helped us choose cabinets that was perfect for our kitchen. He helped us decide on the design...whether we wanted drawers or more cabinets and was very informative about the whole process. He came over the same day we met with him to measure our kitchen. Within 2 to 3 weeks their crew along with Toni came over to install our cabinets. Flakka is a master of his craft helping his crew make a perfect job. He was meticulous about the installation of the cabinets to in sure that everything was perfect. We could not be happier and we love love love our new kitchen!

Last year I had my floors, my kitchen and my master bathroom done from this company. I wish I did not spent so much money all at once as the service product and price were absolutely excellent. My parents suggested me to write a review on this company as a feedback on a job done on our home last year. We had our kitchen and half bathroom renovated. After all the messy weeks in the house and plenty of discussions from beginning to end all came out to look nice. My picky mom did changed a couple of panels as they had some dings or scratches on them from transport or during installation i guess. She constantly kept an eye on the crew. I thought my mother would never be satisfied enough as she is a perfectionist but at last she felt she got what she had in her mind. We like the kitchen and the half bathroom its pretty cute too.

Finding out the prices we need to prepare to spend for such a budget, at least we could do is write a thank you review for the extensive consultation Toni, Flakka and their assistants. For almost three hours we had not imagined the live presentation they did by showing designs and materials of cabinets, backsplashes, tiles and countertops. We will call back once we are ready!

My wife and I shopped around and looked at other cabinets and showrooms but ultimately decided on this company for 2 reasons.1 - For our kitchen, we liked the the style and design of the cabinets at Voloti Homes better than other places2 - The estimate service and all the advises that Voloti Homes especially from Flakka and Toni who we dealt exclusively with, was way beyond that of any place we had went to.Flakka spent more time with us than any other showroom we visited, answered numerous phone calls and e-mails in an extremely prompt manner before we even decided to go with them.They even volunteered to come to tile showrooms to help pick out a matching floor, back-splash, and countertop. We were impressed with the knowledge of the products and really appreciated taking his time with us - understanding that is a big decision and gave us multiple quotes upon request. One other thing that was great was that they facilitated our appliance purchase for us, getting us a better price and coordinating delivery to coincide with the cabinets being delivered.As for the product itself - we could not be more happy with our cabinets and have not had any problems. We picked out somewhat expensive choice and there are no regrets on that decision.Overall, we have no complaints about our cabinets or the service provided by this company and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to renovate their kitchen or bathrooms. I did take pictures during the process so i am going to include a couple in this review so anyone can have an idea.

Last summer Voloti homes performed a major renovation on our Tudor style home, built in 1928. The renovation was a complete remodel of the 2nd floor living area, and the improvement of the 3rd floor extra room space. The remodel consisted of removing one bedroom on the 2nd floor and replacing it with a master bath attached to a remodeled master bedroom. In addition, a 2nd floor original bathroom was completely gutted and re-built. Finally, a 3rd floor attic bonus area was converted into a new bedroom.From the design to the final completion, details and service were emphasized over and over. We disagreed over design aesthetic a couple of times, Flaka was assertive in his design opinion, but listened and agreed in our conclusions as well.With dozens of phone call answered with questions or concerns in almost daily basis we had during the process and plenty of face to face discussions, must say they did it correctly.One other point id make about that whole experience was the attention to clean-up. Demolition crews spent the final hour of every day cleaning up. Carpenters and finishers alike, all were very good about keeping the place clean. It seemed to be a point of emphasis with sub-contractors, and they adhered well.

Used this company two months ago and their product quality and service were excellent . fair prices and i will use them to do my master bathroom next this spring. I have already got estimates and design tamplatete . waiting for my budget and i will have a pefect home remodwl before end of the spring. Thank You Voloti Homes.
