I was really tensed as the color what I wanted to buy was out of stock in entire Georgia but Tomme, Kenneth and Lana went out of their way to help me so nicely to order the product with express shipping. Me and my daughter came today to get a foundation match. Taevon helped us and he was so much fun, professional and knowledgeable. He made my daughter feel wonderful today and walked out with other purchases. He match everything perfectly and demonstrated the technique for each product. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a great experience! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help and thats rare at alot of stores! It sounds small but it makes a big difference when your shopping and not from the area. Destiny was really helpful and didnt try to get me to buy a bunch of stuff that I didnt need. She answered all of my questions honestly and gave great service! Ill definitely be back

This MAC is amazing. The beauty associate that helped me was extremely welcoming, pleasant, and informative and highly knowledgeable.This gentleman named Austin was able to match me with the proper blushes that highlighted my features and met the requirements of daywear per my request. He was extremely attentive to my concerns and requests and was extremely helpful all around! I definitely recommend this MAC and Austin!!! They treated me so well and they helped me with my everything and I never wore make up a day in my life. I didnt know what to do and they did everything!!!!! Love them!!!!!! And mac is the best (expensive but best under sephora)

Brand new sales rep, very nice girl. Sampled and asked to purchase a StudioFix concealer. She sold me something that wasnt even close to what I asked for... you know how they go get the items out of the drawer for you... and didnt realize it until I got home (which was out of state).

Alexis was amazing!!!! She really gets it! I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Glad to have employees who care.

Helpful as soon as you walk through the door. Convenient, can get to the store from the outside of the mall. Great selection for women of color.

They were too busy to care about our business. We were told that we werent regular customers so, they didnt recognize us at first as a customer and, that we hadnt made an appointment. Really? Well, HOW YOU DOING Uuuh?

The customer sevice is terrible, if you do not fall into their regular/default customer profile. They will ignore you and pretend dont hear you when you ask for help. The girl has tatoo all over her arms is extrmely rude, would not go again.

It only gets one star because i couldt give it a zero! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE visiting this location! Visiting the area from NYC I called to schedule a makeover for my birthday 2 weeks prior to my visit. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant.... I requested 2 makeovers. One on Friday night, which was the actual day of my birthday. I scheduled my appointment for 7pm. I wanted to book the last appointment possible being that my birthday dinner was reserved for 9pm. The woman on the phone told me the last appointments were usually at 6pm but she could make an exception for me. I also made an appointment at 6pm for the following day. Fast forward to the day of my appointment..... I reached the store 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Two makeup artists were occupied by customers in their chair while the manager was busy doing work behind the counter. While in the middle of his appointment one of the makeup artists was nice enough to ask if I needed help. I explained to him that I had an appointment set up for 7pm. I assumed this was an issue just by his reaction. He told me to speak with the manager behind the counter. After a few minutes of more waiting the manager explained to me that none of the artists would be able to assist me that night being that the store was getting busy. It was my 25th birthday. Talk about not having a heart! I told her that I was misinformed by one of HER employees and I shouldnt have to suffer the consequences. I even told her to look up my appointment for the next day. Of course she did not confirm or deny my appointment for the following day because that would only solidify my point. Talk about unprofessional! She even tried to shoot me away by telling me I could go to another counter in the mall to see if they would do my makeup. I knew she was just trying to get rid of me so I told her to call the other locations in the mall for me. She needed to take accountability for their mistake! Of course they said no too. It was a Friday night in the middle of June.... the mall was packed. I felt like the employees should have owned up to their mistake and did my makeup! I never got my makeup done professionally from a makeup counter and I specifically wanted to try out MAC first. Especially being a person of color.

The staff didn’t really attend to me that well, they could see I was waiting for service but chose to carry on with something else. The store itself was quite small and didn’t have as many lipstick shade choices as I thought they would. I was left disappointed.

OMG!!! Where do I start? Latricia is the best person at this M.A.C store. She provided awesome customer service, she was very attentive to my makeup needs, and she was well informed about the products of MAC. I have had previous issues with other associates at MAC so switched over to Sephora. I can say I am now back with MAC because of Latricia phenomenal customer service. Thank you for your awesome service.
