4 stars bc the markdowns were awesome..i havent been there in yrs..so i feel like ownership changed. It was BUSTING with clothes. Some of the racks had webs on them. Im a deal hunter..but it was just too many things to look thru. Stuff allover the place. Probably the reason for the great markdowns. I was happy with my finds. I would go back.

ATTENTION!!!!!! Labels promotes and uses deceptive business practices. The owners and employees are all in on it. Be careful buying the disgusting used stain clothes thats over priced and unclean. I do not recommend doing business with Labels.

I found a lot of great deals as a shopper! I didnt expect Platos Closet prices at this store. They carry a lot of designer clothing from Banana Republic to Chanel. Yes, this place could be pricey but the items I purchased were in dry cleaned condition and were very well taken care of by the consignor. I am an Saks shopper on a Target budget and was quite pleased with the $$$$...

I cannot believe the deals I get here. This is a must visit in Atlanta for anyone looking for gently worn high end designer and designer vintage clothing, shoes, bags accessories and jewelry.

Do not shop or sell at labels! First, the put my wrong email address at the other location. I was asked where I purchased my Kate Spade bags from; I called because I was never notified when one of my bags sold, when I found out I only got $30 from the bag, I asked them to take my 2nd bag offline, and they did not- I specifically told them not to sell my bag, because there is nowhere that sells a kate spade bag for $30. After calling to see if the bag was available for me to pick up, they decided to sell my second bag...... They only credited me $30 more for the error- I feel I was profiled..... Do not shop or sell here!!!!

Walking into this place was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. I went there to resale some designer pieces. The majority of the pieces were brand new with tags. I had items around $300 unworn, with tags.... in flawless condition. My first problem was that they listed the items for $30- $40. At the end of my contract I went to pick up the clothes that didnt sell, and he bagged them and told me I was all set and had three pieces. I checked the bag and they had only put two items in there. I called to ask if they sold it or if they accidentally forgot to give it back to me, and the nervous woman at the end of the phone said she would get back to me. The first thing that alerted me that something shady was going on was the tone of her voice, she didnt ask what item was missing and she didnt ask my name. It was as if she already knew who I was and what I was missing. I waited all weekend for a call and I got NOTHING. I called back that Monday and they said they couldnt find it but he would look again. He called me back about 20 minutes later to inform me that they werent reliable for lost or stolen items and that they could give me $13 for my troubles. How convenient that my brand new BCBG dress with tags, around $350, had been gone. This is one of the shadiest places i have EVER been. Poor customer service, extremely disorganized, and downright rude.To anyone looking to consign, I urge you to stick to Ebay or another website of the sorts! THis place will lose your items that are nice and expensive. I read other reviews from other customers who have consigned and are missing items as well. Stay FAR away!!!

I WAS SHOOK!!!

So i was curious to see what the prices would be like.. barely anything under forty dollars for USED stuff.. if your a thrifter dont bother, if your rich and want a [air of prada shoes or something... check it out.. This is the perfect example of why i hate consignment stores. Overpriced junk, especially in vinings. They are playing of off peoples economic status. i was disappointed
