I LOVE GameStop dont get me wrong....maybe its the video games of today I dont like much but when I went to this GameStop I didnt see anything I wanted or needed to play...they had awesome merchandise and a lot of games to play but for some reason I felt underwhelmed....first time ever in life I walked out of GameStop without a video game in my hand

I stopped in game stop while in the mall and even though it was about to close i still found the game that I wanted and got it really cheap as the cashier informed me of coupons that I had to use. Great customer service and an inviting atmosphere I will definitely be back to shop here again. Stop in and get your favorite games here.

Terrible experience arrived at 10Am for my Ps5 pre order, the manager Tavares S walked up with a group of friends and said he had already handed out all the tickets for the Pre-order needless to say I wont be coming back attached is the Pic of the tickets he handed to his friends before entering the store

Excellent customer service from their associate Alicia I believe. Brunette girl, glasses, slim and shorter. Very knowledgeable on nearly all of the products, incredibly helpful, and even willing to give her detailed opinion on things when asked - rather than merely trying to upsell!

The staff is very helpful. Deysi was very friendly and made the shopping experience great.

Nice to look around. I would not recommend buying stuff here though. Most games and accessories can be found cheaper elsewhere.

I had a great experience here. I was looking for some games for the Nintendo Switch without much in mind and an employee approached me and asked if she could help. We found a game together and I play it for hours daily.

Very busy but well stocked and well staffed so there was no long wait. Good salesperson attention given.

I liked everything in the store. The setup, the products and variety, but I just felt bad for the associate. It was only him working and some customers can be so rude when they find out youre by yourself.

They have game cases for used games on the shelves but do not have the the discs/cartridges behind the counter to sell. I went to purchase some used games and the guy at the counter knew he didn’t have them as soon as I walked up - without looking first.They offered to order the games I wanted but since the game didn’t meet their minimum online purchase amount they were going to charge for shipping. They even tried to up sell the shipping method to express shipping for a game they were supposed to have in the store.I would not recommend this location. They are very disorganized and do not have a great selection. I had them put back the other items I was going to buy and plan to purchase somewhere else.

It’s cheaper to buy old used games from obsolete consoles here than online, but typically cheaper to buy new games elsewhere or digitally. It feels like GameStop is more geared to merch now. Shirts, keychains, bling bags, etc. there’s more non game items than there are games haha.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Wish they stocked a bit more Magic the Gathering products.

Ask for Olivia. She is awesome and very knowledgeable.

I have never had a better customer experience than the one I had today. I had an issue and the Store Manager Tavre went above and beyond to help me. This is the only GameStop you need to shop. 💯

The only complaint I have is that there isnt a great selection of Xbox One games here. Other then that I like it.
