Went into the store today (2/27) to exchange a pair of shoes I our purchased during the holiday, and man! When I tell y’all the service was exceptional.... it was EXCEPTIONAL ‼️‼️‼️Despite what was going on outside the mall, this store made my shopping experience amazing!
My service was fast and everyone was willing to help me omg my wife a I had a wonderful experience at this location India...Kenyatta...Antonio...Nakayla...Monroe and Jamya yall ROCK KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE✍️
So this location cant process returns? Or, at least that is what the young woman with the red braids has told me time and time again, when I have attempted to return unworn merchandise with the original receipt. She continues to blame the register for the issue... at the same time she never seems to say theres a problem with the return process until she looks at the receipt?!?! Is the corporate office really neglecting this location to the point where they are unable to process returns for their valued customers? Or, is the young woman not trained on the appropriate process to handle a return? Either way, dont waste your time coming to THIS location for any level of customer service or customer satisfaction. There are far too many OTHER shoe stores to waste time here!
Never again... If you had good customer service at this location then that means you were fortunate enough to NOT have had an encounter with TROY THE STORE MANAGER.... TROY IS THE WORST STORE MANAGER OF ANY STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.... He is rude, disrespectful, and for some reason he believes that he can create his own store rules that over power FOOT ACTIONS RULES & POLICIES THAT ARE STATED ON THEIR RECEIPTS AND WEB SITE.... I hope no one has to go through what I have went through at that store.... I would recommend the footlocker that is located in the same mall opposed to going to that foot action... Or just go to a different foot action location... I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS AT THAT FOOT ACTION LOCATION UNLESS I KNOW THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT... SMH... UNBELIEVABLE

Wow! Its not usually you travel to the city to purchase a pair of sneakers. But, the Falcons are the 2016 NFC Champion and warrants a fresh pair of black & red sneakers.Unfortunately, I had to endure the management at Footaction Westend. Which attempted to take all the hype out of going to the Superbowl by providing the worst customer service experience EVER!Specifically, Troy Stewart. If youre a part of the AUC and MUST frequent this establishment, ask for an alternate representative. Robert was great...Unfortunately I was 100% disappointed. Will not EVER return. Unless it is necessary as was today. Hopefully, none of my fellowshoppers will endure this experience in the future because of this post.Be safe and God Bless
Troy Stewart, the store manager was VERY unprofessional and gave HORRIBLE customer service after driving 45 mins to this store !!!! He thinks he owns this footaction and refused my unworn exchange for a bigger size. When asked for corporates number he rudely told me to google it ... mean while its on the back of the receipt. DO NOT SHOP HERE !! No one in the mall likes him and knows about his rudeness and unprofessionalalism.
They had the shoes I wanted
I brought in my receipt and unworn shoes in to be returned less than 18 hours after purchase. The employee refused the return saying that the bottom of the shoes were dirty aka worn aka nonreturnable.
