I came in on Valentines’ Day for some chocolate covered strawberries for my girlfriend and the line was very long but it’s that kind of day after all. The staff was super friendly and even gave out chocolate candies for the long wait. I didn’t order a head ahead of time which made the wait a bit longer for me more than most people there. The line took 30-40 minutes to get my order but again it’s that kind of day. The prices are a bit up there for about $9 per chocolate strawberry so be ready if you are planning on heading over there. I wish the prices were a bit more clearly defined by the staff and more of them asked about what everyone was in line for.

I dont have a single negative thing to say about Godiva. I adore this place so much! They even have chocolate ice cream and drinks to die for. Godiva is a 10 all day if you love chocolate and need a fix. Heres a pic of my empty chocolate laden frozen drink my son bought me on Christman Eve 2017. 😍

Ive been a fan of Godiva since it was considered candy for grownups, which generally meant kids didnt touch it. Maybe because at the time my parents saw it as an investment because it was priced higher than your average store bought candy bar. But as an adult I find the prices nominal. The quality has never fallen off and the customer service personel seems to still make the customer a priority. Holidays or just craving chocolate. Godiva will always be a go to.

Just came in today and had the nicest sales associate. He was an African Man with a British accent and I didn’t get his name, but I had an absolutely wonderful experience.

This place is an ADDICTION and the manager is so lovely to work with. James always has a smile on his face and works hard to keep the store in perfect condition. I keep coming back, not only for the food, but also for the friendly staff.

My only issue is that their rewards program doesn’t really amount to much. At most you’ll get a chocolate piece each month and an extra one on your birthday. Maybe a punch card that gets you a free drink after 10 purchases or something like that would be more purposeful.

I recently came in to buy some Easter chocolate goodies and one of the employees, James, offered to help me build a basket! He was so patient and nice working with me. I was smiling and laughing the whole time. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you like chocolate goodies, ice cream, and great customer service!! Im already planning my next trip!

Very nice staff. My son decided to treat me so I indulged on strawberries dipped in chocolate. Very good selection & it will fill your chocolate cravings. I love chocolate. Upstairs at Lenox Mall Atlanta the best.

This place need new people or better manager! My girlfriend and I came into the store for some chocolates and the vibe of the place is tense! The gentleman who was in the from of the store was mocking an employee making fun of her the worst part is he made the comment when my girlfriend and I was by the register I do not understand why an employee would bring bad negativity to their job this is a problem there should be a undercover person Working there to really see what is behind close door

My favorite cashier is Riley. Riley from Godiva. I also saw him go up the escalator one time in literally 4 steps to get back to his job. Riley from Godiva, you doing it right man. A true inspiration.

We had the chocolate shakes they serve, and they were great. The staff is really wonderful, and friendly. And honest, when asked how a shake was, instead of lying and saying it was great, the gentleman told us he hadnt had it because he doesnt do hazelnuts, but he did say they sold a ton of them.

Extremely helpful staff, made several good suggestions for gifts... The dipped strawberries were incredible and I highly recommend the key lime truffles... Wonderful experience!

I wish there was a way I could give 0 stars but I guess you must have one. First of all the manager sucks. His attitude is very distasteful to his employees. He is lackluster when it comes to him doing his job. I came in and saw him berate one of his employees for not greeting a customer when the employee was trying to help me. I felt so bad for the young lady. She may be the only reason I come back there but I honestly don’t want to do business with your store until something is done with that manager. His does not know how to do his job. Also put security cameras up in your store. That’s a safety hazard for you not to have them.

When I came into the store the people greeted me but continue to talk about her daughter to her coworker. I asked her questions and all I can get is a SURE or YEAH but my questions was never answer. She seem very sarcastic when she reply. She was wearing a grey sweater every time I come she wear the same grey sweater when I come. This was the first time I had her help me in the sale floor but after being feel like I was rush and she acted very unprofessional I will not come back to this place. Her attitude was fake. If she do not like her job she need to leave it.

This place have the worst manager ever! The service was slow and the manager are rude I had asked for a drink and when the cashier turn to a gentleman behind her to ask him to make the drink for me he huffed and puffed and say, I guess so the fact he would say that in front of a customer is upright rude obnoxious and bad customer service. There was a line behind me she was only trying to keep the flow going. The worst part is he took forever to make my drink only because he was whispering to another co worker about something. They was having a whole conversation. When he handed my drinks the taking politeness was fake. Everybody can clearly see. Even the look on the team members was making was like why! Never coming back. There are real handmade chocolate place around the corner down the street.

Lots of different kinds of chocolate. Super fancy presentation. However, the food by itself is only of average quality. Doesnt justify the cost.

Godiva has the nicest chocolates and truffles you can buy. This is a nice fancy chocolatier place using the best quality. I usually buy shakes from them which is Amazing! The way they make their shake really show in the taste, you can taste the flavor dancing in your mouth. I had the strawberry, the chocolate and others (I try them all), you really taste the quality ingredient unlike other places where you get left with ice at the bottom. Honestly any flavors you get its really smooth and rich in the taste buds! The shakes are pricey more then 5 dollar but its so worth it! I usually treat myself once in awhile for these shake. And the staff is always friendly and welcoming, if you have any questions or need help they will help you out. And the chocolate are amazing, they have strawberry with choclate too! If want to treat yourself to a nice chocolate or shakes this is the place.

Really poor customer service. My experience there was very unpleasant due to staff not providing a welcoming experience. I felt that employee James was really rude to employees and customers. It was very unfriendly and not sutable for family. We wont returning to this location as long as this employee is there.

Terrible experience and im appalled to tell why...the store manager is so obnoxious and rude to his employees it killed my vibe to return. He straight up disrespected one girl calling her trailer trash and insulting her intelligence. It hurt to even listen to that-my mother in law pulled the girl to the side to see if she was okay....bless her heart. We asked her what was her mangers name was to report his behavior to corporate she said his name was James. Before the incident James was standing near the employee break room and i over heard him say in frustration I hate people which I feel is rude and unwelcoming especially since i was with my mother in law shopping. She enjoys Godiva chocolate so i brought her out as a treat. Not anymore. The place needs a good sage burning. Solution: find a more professional and humane manager.
