Got my candle blessed today and the man that cut into my candle didnt do it right. I been burning candles for few days and he caused my candle to go out. Praying it didnt messed up my whole thing. Very unhappy because this is very important that my candle keep burning.

The owners have always been sweet and caring when I didnt come in for a few months he was genuinely caring about my well being. This store has everything that you could possibly need in your journey. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Since I’ve moved to Georgia, I’ve been looking for a shop like this with EVERYTHING I need and with great prices. I just wish they stayed open a little longer on Saturday’s..... Overall, very professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back regularly.

Extremely rude. Ended up walking out before purchasing anything. I am a woman of color, the man who couldn’t contain his discontent for a perfect stranger was beyond rude from first step in.

No nonsense.. some things arent in stock sometimes but you arent ever mislead because they have a catalog and if they dont have something they will tell you instead of letting you dig through the store for 30min.

I was very impressed..... the energy was strong in the store my spirit was shaking but in a good way .... I love that before you leave Mr rondo place a special oil in your hand and advise to say a prayer ... since then I have been even more peaceful... I read thru the reviews and those who speak badly are expecting to much from a store that has been there 75 years ... the bad reviews probably missed out on the opportunity on a blessing that can make them so peaceful... highly recommend and will come again ... I came into Rondos, about two weeks ago, in search for help due to someone retaliating against me. The same man I always see in there was accomodating to my needs and very helpful. He provided me with a satchet to carry around, blessed it, and an oil directed for my needs sent me on my way. Monday my case was dismissed because the judge deemed it as retaliation in addition to lack of evidence. I returned after court to update him on the decision and thanked him. He sent me on my way with a blessing and said Ill see you next time, which he will.

I like what they have going on there in a few ways, but there isnt enough info about some of the products. Many of their products didnt have ingredients listed and therefore you cant really tell if its a conjuring powder made with genuine herbs, roots and botanical fragrances or if its just fluorescent colored talcum powder. I noticed one of the floor washes (maybe the Reversible one) did have an ingredient label, and it was all chemicals with no herbs or roots or even natural fragrance listed. That being said, they do have a wide range of products available but if you want a complete catalog to nicely summarize their offerings, you have to pay $3 for it.The man helping me was nice, but he did tell me that I needed to have a baby because that is essentially my duty as a woman. I would have preferred not to have a stranger tell me what I should do with my body or life. Its just not a topic I care to discuss with someone I dont know at all. Its not your business why Im not married and dont have kids.When I walked over to check out the books, I instantly got snapped at by another man working there and was told NOT to open the book because if I stand there and read it why would I buy it. Then I asked if I could check out the table of contents and he said NO. I was a little taken aback because he was just downright ornery and proceeded to tell me that if the spine gets broken then no one will buy the book. I wont buy a book that I can not open and peruse. Therefore, I had to make a note to check them out later, online, where I can get a little bit more information on what Im buying. Turns out that what he was selling for $15 can be bought for $4 online, some with free shipping. Id rather support a local business, but if I cant see or explore what Im purchasing, then Ill take my business elsewhere.Con - I wish they were more transparent about the ingredients they use and the processes, etc. The two employees were definitely lacking in social graces.Pro -There are tons of products to check out...but its not easy to tell if theyre legit.

Racist treatment the moment I walked in the door. I asked if they had books on Santeria and tried to inquire on books on Voodoo but was cutoff by the first gentleman saying they had none in stock. Finally browse the books that were available and found one on Voodoo. As I was reviewing the book I was told not to bend the pages, which was odd because I never did. Then I was told I would have to purchase the book if I wanted to read it. I was just skimming to see if I really wanted it but they barely gave me the chance. Im assuming this gross behavior was because I was black and a woman, the 3 men working in the store were old and white. Horrible customer service, scarce product selection. I will not be going back.

They are pretty good with various needs that you might have the from a botanica... at the same time their prices are a bit higher than Im used to coming out of New York .....a lot of things that you might need they do have.. but your ATR needs cannot be met here thus it is straight southern style but good nonetheless. ... Do keep in mind you might pay a little more
