I love these products and have had great customer service! The bamboo and fresh mint clearing mist is a must have. I have tried at least 10 different products and love the scent and effectiveness of them all! I have reached out to them twice with questions and have had quick thoughtful responses each time. I also have sensitive skin and have never had an issue with any LBA products. Highly recommend and join their email list if youre concerned with prices as they often have sales!

I love your products and came to purchase more of the Borage face cream. However, I am very disappointed that the store hours are not updated. If you choose to be closed on Sundays, update your google hours.

I received the passion fruit and rose enzymatic exfoliant mask as a gift for my birthday. I was so excited to try it. When i looked at the container i thought it was pretty runny to be a mask. And when i opened it, it smelled horrible. As if someone poured something else into the little container it came in. Not going to put it on my face. Nor am i ging to spend the money to be able to try their product. Bad first impression for me.

Shannon has a beautiful spirit and is amazing! It was their first day selling stones, and boy do they have some beautiful ones. But everything is lovely from the scents, and the potions for the body, even the books on how to use them! Will definitely come back!

Not only are their products amazing but doing business with them is easy! I had something break while being shipped to me, these guys got back to my email promptly, sent a replacement right away, an apology note AND an extra product on them! Really disappointed that as soon as I stepped into this store, I overheard the clerks say to each other, Its a look, roll their eyes, and gesture to my partner and I, as if we werent the kind of clientele they wanted. Did we look too poor? Not hip enough? I had money to spend, but I guess we had a look.Also, for gods sake white people, stop selling Palo Santo. Stop selling native tribal remedies. Just stop.

Moreover, they have culled other off brand beauty items from around the world to round out this boutiques offerings. Candles, charcoal toothbrush, room freshener... they have you covered.

They have a large selection of candles if youre looking for something special this is definitely a great boutique.

Ordered the Borage + Botanicals Hydration Cream which ended up giving me a bad skin reaction. The product is not to blame, I think it’s just my sensitive skin. The problem is that when I tried to contact them about experience and negotiate and refund, they never responded. Now I’m stuck with a product I’m allergic to and out $60.

I live their face oil! It smells wonderful and my skin brightens up every time I use it. Their customer service is great!

Let me first say1. I am a fan of indy/natural brands2. I do not enjoy posting bad reviews and3. I live not too far from Atlanta and am in favor of local brands.But this was my experience.I placed an order on 5/20. When I placed the order I received a message that said:Please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship. We handcrafteach item in small batches in our Atlanta micro factory. Thisincludes production, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Since eachproduct is made fresh and by hand it often takes a bit more timeto produce than mass-produced items.I contacted customer service after 10 days had passed without my product even being shipped yet and this was the response:Hello!Thanks for you inquiry! We hope you are well and thanks forplacing your order with LBA!As noted in the email below we make each item in small batchesand by hand so sometimes it takes a bit longer than the typical 7business day delay. Your order is however in queue to ship!You will be receiving a shipping confirmation and trackingdetails as soon as it leaves our warehouse!The order was finally delivered on June 2. So up to seven days turned into typically seven business days, which is not the same thing.Also, if it takes so long since its hand crafted, why would it be leaving their warehouse?Now I admit, maybe I am being too picky and maybe I have just been spoiled by Amazons fantastic shipping time and customer service. If the product had been good, I probably would have been content, but-I ordered the coconut mint cooling mist. It smelled like a heavy floral perfume and gave me a headache. Yuck. Now I know jasmine is in the ingredient list (I did read it before I bought it) but I expected something called Coconut and mint cooling mist not to smell like a heavy floral perfume. Maybe I got a bad batch? Maybe mine had been waiting in that warehouse too long. I dont know.If you are interested in these types of products I would recommend the Body Deli instead. I am not affiliated with them in any way, I just enjoy their products.I give LBA two starts because they did actually deliver a product to me (eventually) and the shipping was free.If you do order from them, I would just say dont expect prompt delivery and test the item before you buy, dont expect it to smell like its name.
