Friendly owners, good quality beads and they are very reasonable. I always come here to shop for genuine beads.

Cashier/employee that has worked there for years seems to have a bubbly personality (brunette with glasses) but after receiving money she switches to a rude person every time, very odd.

The workers here a phenomenal I went in just to have a pink and walked out with over $200 worth of high quality beads

This place was actually decently priced, though there was no labeling of any of their stones, which was a bit deterring. Aside from that, the people assisting customers were very nice and honest about what they had. Ill definitely be going back for that reason alone.

To be a smaller shop, the selection is adequate more often than not. If it were not for this shop, I would be left with only the option of ordering from the internet, which is not always the best option for me as the owner /designer of my own jewelry shop. There are two major craft retailers in the area, and they offer MAYBE 10-15% of what Colorstones does in beads, and their beads are priced significantly higher. Thanks Bonnie, Gary, and Mollie for continually offering your experience with matters where my knowledge is limited!

Can be a bit pricey however; its a really dope place. I only would like for them to label the stones so you wont guess what youre picking up. Sometimes it can be busy and you can ask specifically. Just need labels. Thats all! I still love the shop.

Nice selection but about 5 items I wanted to purchased they weren’t able to tell me the name of the gemstones.

I like the selection but the lady who ran the place was curt and snarky. I bought here a couple of times and too a lady with me who also purchased and she was not very nice to either of us on either visit. No customer care skills clearly. Had she been nicer, my rating would be higher

I love Colorstones and Im crazy about Bonnie and Carl. They are always so willing to help. Selection is kind of small but they make up for it on the bargains and some things that I cant find anywhere else.

They are clearly lookn at me thru the glass door.i guess thy r not intrstd in gaining my money or futre buissness.i now regret ever spending any money here.this is the last trip here.sick of th attitudes and general assumptious behavior.dnt worry i wont trouble u with any more of my buissness.thnx.
